I go to Planet Fitness in every town Im in while traveling for work and have never had a bad experience. Tanning bed is great at this location. Hydro massage chairs are super good.

Work out at PF 5 days a week. No judgment.. Just everyday people getting healthy. Very clean, very respectful, and they genuinely care about health. If your looking for a gym, you really cant do any better than this. Thanks PF..BIG thing coming.. Keep it up

Not being on 24/7 made me resent PF. I can understand for a few months due to the pandemic… but it’s been well over 1 year now. I have decided to take my business to Colaw fitness. They’re new and have a 24/7 facility.

I HAD ANOTHER GREAT WORKOUT TODAY!!! THIS GYM HAS ALL THE EQUIPMENT YOU NEED, BUT ITS NOT VERY CROWDED!!! STAFF ALWAYS GREETS YOU WITH AD SMILE!!!

It’s a little run down compared to most locations. I don’t know what it is, but it always feels gloomy inside even when it’s sunny outside. The mood is just off. On a more positive note, Planet Fitness is a great place to have a membership with. They offer two types of memberships. The Basic and the Black Card, which includes gym access, tanning (various bed types and levels), red light skin treatment (or something like that), access to massage chairs (like the ones at the mall and airport 😀), as well as, water massage beds. With tax, the fee per month is just under $24. The Basic membership includes gym access only, and is only like $10 per month.

Everytime I attended the facility is enjoyable with pleasant greetings every time with on duty staff willing to help if needed I love the variety of equipment and the availability of trainers if needed plus the universal access to the facility mean s so much along with the reasonable prices is the greatest 👌 thanks so much

I really love the black card perks. It’s the reason I signed up at Planet Fitness over other clubs in the same price range. The club is spacious, even during the height of COVID you could go and not feel worried about being close to anyone. It’s clean, well equipped, the staff is friendly and happy to help. I really enjoy going to the gym here.

I love planet fitness. However I think this particular crew needs a better perspective on cleanliness. The lockers are always dusty. I have gone into the bathroom and have been unable to use either of the toilets because they werent clean. But they are very nice and respectful to the members.

Ive been too many PF in multiple states and always PF doesnt let me down.

A lot of weights and machines available for everyone. This place is neat and it is not crowded. You dont need to wait a lot of time for a machine.

The staff at the front desk was very nice. They did a great job social distancing the machines. You can either wear a mask while working out or not. I saw the majority of the people wearing masks (me included). I felt very comfortable and was able to focus on me and my purpose for being there.

Really nice gym for a low price as someone overweight i felt no judgment.

The am team is super chill, I have been to many other planet fitnesses and in other states and this one is the my favorite!

Overall Planet Fitness is great. Some locations are in better shape than others. Cleaner, or more up to date showers or locker rooms. Remember, they make money off of people that dont go!

If you are at risk of COVID don’t workout here unfortunately. While the facility is good, it’s really hard to feel comfortable here when this city has a Mask Mandate but the staff doesn’t enforce anything (including their own signage) putting others at risk during an ongoing global pandemic. Irresponsible is an understatement. Regardless of personal views wearing masks should be followed as is posted on their doors, inside the gym and where public. Let me add that although there is an updated policy, nothing is enforced (mask worn to enter, exit, while in public areas etc..)

Doesnt have a normal free weights bench press, only Smith machines, dumbells stop at 75 pounds. Only good thing is the inexpensive cost of a no contract monthly membership. Golds gym here i come.

I like the easy locational access, the number and types of weight machines, and the reasonable pricing. Zach at the front desk helped my wife and I out a lot with getting set up; he and the other staff have been friendly and helpful.

Great gym. No muss no fuss. The environment promotes a non judgemental attitude and 99% of the equipment is in good working order.

Tried to change my home gym and no one can seem to help me. I’m out of state and just wanted a transfer and now I want to completely cancel, I’m sick of planet fitness and all the lies. Employee lied about being a manager and didn’t help me transfer my home gym.

Pretty good gym, good ambient temperature only have 2 complaints. Really just 1 the other is preference.Wish they wouldnt play the news(try to get away from all that when I workout) and wish they had some unassisted squat racks.

I enjoy Planet fitness and the price is right. I have no complaints about this place

This gym is very nice, clean, and equipment is in great condition. The tanning and massage equipment is also very nice. The bathrooms are very nice and the layout is kind of cool to be honest. I really enjoy this gym. The ONLY reason there is not 5 stars is because EVERY shower stall is missing enough length on either side of the curtain to give you complete privacy. Literally there is about a 1 to 1.5 foot gap and you can see straight into the showers... kind of awkward, Ive told the staff and they said they are getting new curtains this week, that was 2 weeks ago...

It was good. Not too many people working out on Saturday morning. Everything looks clean and working.

I was under the impression that I was signing a year contract with the gym and after a year, they charged me the annual $42 fee so I contacted a manager to get a refund as we are in the middle of a pandemic and I don’t feel comfortable going due to covid-19, not to mention I moved out of state and unaware that I was going to have that charge. I was directed to send an email but all I got in response was my contract emailed back to me. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money since they don’t care about their customers during a global pandemic.

It is always clean, staff is friendly, and plenty of machines to go around.

So they want us to wear a mask from the door to workout and give you a hard time if you dont have one on. Some people have medical conditions why they cant wear one. At the same time the employees that say something about a mask are at the front desk with their mask on their chin. Also you guys are worried about mask when you have nasty sweaty people not wiping down the machine. Im getting sick of hearing about a mask at 6am not what I want to hear a that hour. If I dont want to wear one I shouldnt be made too.

The manager of the gym is very unprofessional she her unprofessionally dressed a lot of the time. Very biased in how she acts with gym members. She doesn’t seem to be very present and helpful with her employees and never there to discuss issues regarding the gym. Will not return due to the managers lack of professionalism.

I love the cleanliness of the club. I especially enjoy the hydromassage bed. It has made all the difference in my ability to enjoy working out after back troubles. But, most of all, I love the staff! Started my membership at this location through my employers Prime Healthy Lifestyle Program and the first impression has been positive.The space is large with tons of treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and stationary bikes if you dont feel like doing weights. Appreciate the TV and a variety of programs one can choose from while exercising on these machines.Besides the variety of machine and free weights, there are also separate areas for circuit training if you want a full-body workout. The tall ceiling and mood lighting provided an airy and contemporary environment.The space and equipment are kept fairly clean and as a marketer, I have always appreciate a company with strong branding elements. For the case of PF, it is their unique no judgement positioning and corporate purple-yellow color scheme.The staff who helped me get setup was not as excited and dont seem happy to work there. An introduction to the gym and programs (besides asking me about joining the Black Card club) would have ben helpful. He may just be having a rough day.The function of Life Fitness equipments to record workout history (via personal account & PIN) is a great idea. Hopefully Trey-Von, the club manager can resolve the internet connectivity with these machines.

Planet Fitness has been a great gym! There is such a variety of equipment to fit every workout need! The staff at my home PF is always friendly and helpful! I travel often and am thankful with my BlackCard membership, I can still work out while on the road!

Staff is so friendly and fun! Equipment is always super clean! My husband and I love the black card massage chairs, total body and tanning beds! A really wonderful atmosphere to work out in! We love it!!

The reason for my poor review is because after the Covid 19 close down they didnt open back up during hours that I could use the gym. I knew that my annual dues were coming up and so I went in to cancel my membership with ever intention of coming back once they were open 24hrs. When the gym manager called me back about my $42 fee that had been charged to me 2 days prior to me coming in, wouldnt refund my fees because I supposedly was suppose to cancel by the 25th of the previous month. She refused to refund my money which I believe is very poor customer service considering they changed their hours. Ill never join that location again.

Planet fitness has convenient locations. The filtered water bottle refill fountain is amazing. I can always find a machine to work on. The staff is mostly helpful and friendly. The showers kind of suck because there is nowhere to set or hang your shower bag or towel. Great value for the services. Free classes.

Hours are not very good. Used to be open 24 hours.

Why was I charged for this months club fees when were in the middle of a pandemic and theres a government mandate that all gyms are closed until further notice? Why should I have to pay for your services when theyre nonexistent? I understand that this is a corporate issue and not necessarily the clubs fault, but considering PFs nonexistent customer service this is the only way I can attempt to get anyones attention. This review will come down when I get my money back.

Great gym. Always clean and the staff is super courteous. The fitness trainer there, Tyler, showed me how to use most of the machines and equipment in a way that was safe and keeps me accountable to come in every week to get into better shape. Love this gym!

The staffing at this location seems to have changed recently. Personally, I like the new folks better. Much more personable and friendly. The last few times I’ve been to this location, I haven’t arrived or left without some sort of a greeting. It’s been nice.

They charged me $25 for less than an hour of membership, and wont refund anything. I signed up online because they said I wouldnt be charged until my club was reopened after COVID-19, yet they charged my bank account before they reopened this morning. I was there to cancel right after they reopened this morning. Location is only open 12-15 hrs/day. No classes EVER - even in non-pandemic times. Locker rooms are closed temporarily. First Etamaze and Jordan told me their training said no one would be charged until June, and I needed to come back to talk to the manager Michelle to correct my acct. I came back, but Michelle didnt want to talk to me. Etamaze disappeared, Michelle was standing right there, but told Jordan to handle it. Then Jordans story was that people who signed up online would still be charged immediately. I clarified that Planet Fitness was charging me $25 for less than an hour of membership. Jordan rephrased it that they were just following the contract that I signed. Michelle eagerly jumped in to pull up my agreement to show me the terms.

I do enjoy this gym, however I do wish the showers were updated. New shower heads and hooks/shelf would be such a great improvement,every girl in the shower area complains about this. You have to put everything on the floor of the shower. A few hundred bucks would easily fix this issue.

I absolutely love how accepting your location is. Im in the military, so working out tends to be a normal occurrence, however, I dislike going to the gyms on base because I feel so judged because I have no idea what Im doing. Everything is so simple and easy to understand and use at PF.

Been working out here for a few years now. They just got new machines which are great. The machines are clean, the locker room is clean, the people are friendly, and the machines arent all squashed together which can make it difficult to move about the gym. Great place.

Price 5 starts (10$/m or 25$/m). Im a moderate gym user. Equipment is awesome. Its typically busy, which I enjoy because its easy to get distracted when youre doing cardio. It is a lower budget gym at the end of the day (though it feels comfortable and nice to me), but I think its for 9/10 random people off the street who are lookin for a gym

We have been very happy with the NW Expressway location. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly.

It isnt flashy, but they have all the basics. Price point is really good for someone like me that does not go as much as I should. My only complaint is they have a 30 min room that they dont even try to enforce.

Buyer beware, avoid until new management is in.This was a very negative experience that I had. I witnessed a male staff member tell a female member of the gym to not work out she was too big for that. Then a serious of lewd gestures.

I only joined a couple of weeks ago, but PF is the gym I always wanted. Its clean and doesnt have that gym smell. All of the machines are well-maintained, and theres a wide variety of equipment available. The people are the BEST -- super friendly and helpful. I also highly recommend the hydromassage bed, too!

Decent planet compared with the rest of the country. clean, staff very nice, users could do a bit more cleaning of equipment when done. Fans could be a bit slower one of the coldest planets ive been to around but good gym just the same keep up the good work🤙🤙

Ive been a member here for over a year now and it has always been great. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained equipment, and clean locker rooms. Free weights go up to 75lbs which fits my needs. If I had one complaint it would be that the paper towel dispensers out on the gym floor arent automatic, but thats just me being a germaphobe

I had a membership for a year there. I loved it. My membership ended in October and I called to make sure there wasnt anything I needed to do so they wouldnt keep charging me. The person I spoke with said Nope. Your membership is up so you shouldnt get money taken out. Well I just looked today and they took money out of my account in November. I called and spoke with a very nice lady about the issue. She told me I had to go into the gym to cancel my membership. I wish someone would have told me that in October. I am extremely upset about this. Just make sure when you get a membership to ask the right questions when your membership ends. I thought I did the right thing by calling but I guess not. Maybe yall should have meetings with your employees about this issue.

Went here for years and had people tell me I wasnt working out hard enough because I do not sweat very much and even had a lady ask if I had my sweat glands removed. It did not help my self image at all and made me super uncomfortable.

Big gym with lots of machines an what not. I prefer this location when its later at night or early in the morning. I will say people at this location have a tendency to stare tho.

Very clean gym and wonderful staff. They just got new equipment and redid the bathrooms and it looks very nice. Always feels great in there never hot and it’s never really to crowded plenty of room to workout or stretch.

Its a nice place to go after a rough day for letting your body do the thinking. 😅

First impressions are that this PF isn’t bad and is clean but I prefer the other location on Hefner and May. The day I came it was much warmer than you would expect a gym to be which isn’t pleasant when you’re sweating from working out. Also prefer the hydro massage beds that lay flat unlike the ones at this location. Staff wasn’t as friendly, gym was crowded, and the nw expressway location makes in annoying to get in and out of. Think I’ll stick with the locations in Midwest City and The Village.

I love this place! The 30 minute workout room is the best thing ever! Staff is always friendly, place is always super clean, and theres always machines available even when its really busy.

I’ve never felt intimidated like I have at other gyms. There are the very fit people working out there, but there are also out of shape people like me and everyone is treated just as nicely. There is always plenty of equipment and everyone is super nice.

1st planet fitness Ive ever used....thanks to my sis. Its not bad, just wish there was more room in the area that has the mats and more kettlebells. Oh, and a concept 2 rower would be great! The employees are always happy and helpful so thats refreshing.

Great gym for the price. Staff is very friendly. Just wish they had a bench press area instead of the smith machines. Massage chairs are broken, but the hydro massage is good.

They close at the drop of a hat and do not advise their members. I have driven there just to find it wasnt open. Rain, snow, cold weather, plumbing problems. They never notify their members they are closed and dont even advise you when you call to check. Dont waste your time. I recently started going to the gym and lost 40 pounds. This gym didnt help.

Do not enter into any kind of membership with this company. I am moving to another state and have been give the worst run around by this junk company. I am tried to cancel my membership for a full week only to have road block after road block. Finally, I was able to get my membership cancelled a week later only to find it was within the seven day billing cycle for yearly fees and was charged $50. So I’m paying for a years maintenance for a company I no longer belong to. And instead doing the right thing and refunding money to a loyal customer of three years, they are keeping my money. They are thieves and crooks, totally unwilling to help their customers.
