Staff is extremely helpful, but was is way sub-par. Went through twice and still not good. I should have gone to red carpet wash.

I no longer live in the area and they require you to cancel your subscription in person. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails. Not can you leave a message because there are so many complaints about this business that their voice mail box is full.

I know I’ve reviewed this place / location before, but I again enjoyed my experience, so here it goes. Affordable prices, and pretty good value. The vacuums are generally good just as long as you’re not right next to someone. The staff is great, very friendly, and even provide interior protectant wipes. Highly recommend! The basic wash used to be just $5, but I believe it’s raised slightly to $6 or so. Still worth checking out!

I’ve tried this car wash twice. Once with my old Rogue and now again with my cx-5. Both times there was a lot of dirt left on the back windows and bumper.

Went to this carwash on 09.09.2021 around 2:00pm was closed when we first originally tried to go through stated they would be open in 5-10 minutes talked to the attendant there seemed nice enough talked about the memberships. Went through carwash went to vacuums started looking at my vehicle and saw the carwash had caused knicks of paint to come off part of the soap had stuck to the front of my car damaging the paint and scratches all over the entire vehicle. Let them know talked to the owner who then proceeded to act like he was going to take care of the problem only then to try and say all the damage was on my car before I got there, which this was a brand new car and then threatened saying that if I tried filing a claim he was going to say its fraud and refused to provide insurance company saying he wasnt going to have his premiums go up. DO NOT GO HERE states on the details that if your car is 7 years old or 100,00 miles they arent responsible for the paint but my car is 2019 and 20,000 miles just recently purchased with no damage and they still wont honor it horrible place, horrible owner. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Making your employees ever wear a mask outside by themselves at a car wash is moronic. Still doing it after a full year of this nonsense will keep me from ever coming back. You should think about putting a stop to the madness. Let your guys breathe the fresh outdoor air and greet customers with a smile while they are safe inside their car.

Best car wash I’ve been to!Strong vacuum only took me a minute compared to 5 minutes at other places.Staff very helpful.Chance was helpful on explaining the membership options.I would recommend and I’m going to get a membership in summertime!

I shouldnt have even given them a 1 rating !!! My personal experience is one youd have see to believe!! Personally, I do not recommend this place to any of my friends and family. If I would not recommend them to my own family, I certainly would not recommend them to ANYONE. Sorry. Just my opinion.

Looks brand new. Everything worked perfectly. Seems like a good value. The self pay kiosk worked very well. I highly recommend it.

Does an adequate job for what you pay. Sometimes the attendants have time to give your vehicle a little extra attention.

Whatever you do stay away! I have a Thule rack that I purchased and installed at my dealership .When I went through this car wash it ripped it off Damaging my car . I asked the attendants before entering this car wash if it was ok and they said “it’s fine no problem “ when I went through it destroyed my rack and damaged my vehicle . When I called the manager he said it’s an after market part and will not pay to have it repaired. I did not even ask for the dents and paint to be repaired from the roof of my car . I asked for the money for the brackets and braces to my rack to be replaced since no one really sees the top of your car and I thought that was meeting in the middle. They refused to work with me even a little .I have gone through many Drive through touch car washes with my car in the two years I have had it and never had an issue .However even after I was told it was ok and even asked the manager to review the cameras where and when the attendant said it was ok - not covering the damages is bad business .Oh and there are still bugs on my car even after the car wash . That’s the least of my worries lol just thought I would mention the wash itself was not great .Their machines damaged my car and ACCORDING TO OTHER REVIEWS PEOPLE HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCES .

The hand wash prior to the automatic would be better if the focus was on removing bug guts from the grill. But, all in all. Reasonably priced and quality wash. Especially if you use the blue package and add the the tricolor polish, and take advantage of the free vaccums.

I love the cherry car wash smell 😍😍🤤 if youre looking for THE BEST place to wash your car, I promise you just buy a month to month membership, there are no regrets 😏 My husband was so scared of automatic car washes and ruining his paint but after I took him through in my truck hes never going back to handwashing 😂 we Loveeee being here, weve had the pass for about 4 months now and go just about every other day, so all in all the pass is definitely worth it

I got the Purple wash on May 7th 2021 at 11:17 am! They did no prep on my truck at all and there is still bird poop on the Drivers side Door! How Disappointing!

Worst automatic car wash I have ever been to, it pick the jeep a foot off the ground and dropped it multiple times because of their rollers they are not properly set. They did nothing but tell me you go leave. Luckily the jeep is not damaged and if you have anything attached to your vehicle do not drive through it or it could possibly rip it off or worse damage your vehicle and they will not do nothing but tell you to leave.

One of the wash rollers wasnt working, it only half dried my car and several of the vacuums didnt work.

My mother had accidentally threw away her car fob. There was only 2 pieces of trash in the can (that she had put there) Not even 10 minutes later the trash had been dumped. I asked the attendant who had dumped the trash if he had saw it. No. Which is untrue the trash can that he emptied was bolted to the ground. My 76 yr old mother and I spend 3 hours in the dumpster with a metal detector and a 10 lb magnet. I dont know how much stolen car fobs go for but my mother will pay $750.

Car was spotless as usual. I have found that Rapid Wash, as opposed to similar auto washes, is the better. Always someone to help you if you need it.

This is a very nice wash and location - never have any issues. They do a great job and my car comes out clean and almost 100% dry. I maybe have to wipe the mirrors and thats about it.The vacuums are free - and they work good! I have kids so my rubber mats always have God knows what crumbs stuck in there and it gets everything clean. They run a good efficient operation here and I like coming by for my wash!

I have a good experience every time I wash my car at Rapid Wash. Ive been using the monthly unlimited plan for over a year and have never had one problem. This location is very easy to get in and out, and staff is always smiling and helpful. Billy has been very pleasant to speak with this week.

Fast friendly service completely satisfied with the service offered and performed. Plenty of space for when its busy and never a long wait and free vacuums with wash. Personally recommend the monthly purple package if youre into keeping your car looking new

Bought the Purple wash for $18.00. Did not clean wheels. Did not shine tires. The attendant only prewashed left front quarter of car. no under carriage wash.No compressed air at vacuum stations. Ive had better washes at the gas station for free. I will not use again.

Go somewhere else.Ive used this car was 3 times and have thought it was pretty rough each time. Today after going through it I pulled around to the side and noticed significant scuff marks. It is more than noticable, especially near my headlights, theres even a scratch where the paint has been scraped away. Im very upset and will not be going back.

Used Rapid Wash today and was very pleasantly surprised. Even though I sprang for the $5 wash, the guys who get you started were very helpful, Justin made sure some of the tough to reach spots got sprayed down well as I entered. The wash was great and as it has been mentioned the vacuums are free so I will definitely be back. Great service.

I was greeting kindly for my automated car wash. The tech did a fantastic job prepping my car for the wash amd scrubbing the grime off the car. I just drove 1,200 miles and my car looks great. He even took the time power wash the car when not everything came off from the automated wash. Exemplary service and customer appreciation!

Great car wash. I always come here. This morning their computers were down and gave me a free wash. The owner was really nice. I’ve been coming here since they opened and have never had a problem.

I came to this establishment yesterday for a full car wash only to find their credit/debit card processing was down. Instead of sending me away to another place or to find an ATM, they gave me a free $5 wash and it ended up cleaning my car beautifully. The staff here are super friendly and professional. The car wash itself is state of the art and aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely be back! Great customer service!

Just got out of this wash today 2/24/20. I guess I was lucky because my top rack didnt fly off ( please fire the guy that said it would be fine washing car with the rack on top) but the wash is terrible. My car isnt terribly dirty but after the wash the back was still pretty much untouched.

My black car truly wasnt very dirty. Now that Ive said that, the attendant wasnt either friendly or rude. I bought the green level $15 with $2 tire shine. For whatever reason I left with my car dripping water and a VERY spotty tire shine. By the time I got home-1/2 mile away-it had dried with dirt streaks where the water had not dried. I wet wiped it down and then hand dried with a towel. I also sprayed tire shine on the wheels. I wish I now had driven to Norman to Fast Lane and for $12 had a person hand dry and apply wheel shine.

It missed the tailgate and random spots. I got the$17 package plus $2 tire. Tires dont look like anything but water was on it. Not impressed.

I love this place. Staff is always friendly and the owner is really awesome. I had bugs all over from traveling. They sprayed and did a small power wash. Best part is they were honest with me when i asked if they could get em. That made me feel great. You should really come give this place a try. Great Service!!

If i could give a -1 i would. Do not go to this place. If their machine does damage to your vehicle they will not pay. I had my mirror torn off from one of their sham rollers on the drivers side, then on the passenger side it broke my antenna. I realize about the antenna but not the mirror. The manager stated that since you do not have a newer vehicle less that 7 years old and that has high mileage we will not pay for the damage. This is a shady business. BEWARE!!!!!!

This car wash is excellent! Very fairly priced for a variety of automatic wash options. My car happened to get blasted by my neighbors lawn mower without a shield, and when the initial wash didn’t get all the grass off the kind gentlemen at Rapid Wash allowed me to run it back through and even hand power washed it for me. The complimentary vacuums are an excelllent addition. This will be my regular wash spot from now on!

Scratches cars period.

Its not a bad place for a wash. Its the standard hoses and rainbow colored foam youve come to expect from hands-free washes. I dont notice a difference in the quality of the washes though. From the cheapest wash to the most expensive seems to yield the same result. It is nice that they have a powerful vacuum though for you to clean your interior with.

The person at the beginning did not wash my car in front or back that well my rims were still dirty front and back still dirty and bugs

DONT GO HERE. Your car will be damaged and they won’t fix it...If I could give this place no stars I would...I had seen the car wash being built and I was excited because it was close to my house. After it opened I needed my carwash so I went and gave it a try. When I was going through one of the wheels that cleans you roof/hood hit my car and cracked my windshield. When I got out of the wash I parked the car I got out and saw it. I went to the guys that worked there and they took pictures and filled out an accident report. I was told they’d call me back the next day but that never happened. Three days passed and I finally had to call them. I was told they hadn’t even “done an investigation” and hadn’t looked at it. The next day they called back and told me that after reviewing the video my “windshield was already cracked” and that it was my fault. Don’t go to this place. Your car will be damaged and they will not do anything to fix it.

Quick and easy. They ask you if you have large side view mirrors if you can turn them in. They care about every vehicle that comes in for a wash as if it is their vehicle. The free vacuum is a bonus, especially if you are messy. Ha ha ha ha, but go there and try it out. You will not be disappointed.

I went in today and got my car washed. I got the best wash for my car which was $18. I was expecting my car to come out clean. It wasnt even close. I let the manager know he had me go back threw the wash again. Once again my car was not clean. He checked my car at the end and said go back around. so my car went threw the wash 3 times. my car is still not clean. it looks bad. i do not recommend this place to wash your car. waste of time and money.

I went here today after 4:00 pm to get my car washed. Until today, the guys at the entrance were always friendly, and sprayed the front and rear area of my car. Today, they barely touched the car with the pre wash, so after I asked for them to spray the front while handing them a couple of dollars for a tip, one of the boys told me to roll up my window in a very rude manner. Needless to say, I kept the money, and I am not sure if I will be back.

Will drive out of the way for the customer service, quality and especially the free vacuums!

Billy and everyone up there does a great job on my Big 2013 Ram 2500 Longbed with a Hydraulic Motorcycle Lift in the back and their system cleans everything just fine.I also do motorcycle rescues if anybody needs it.

Everything was great! Until I realized (after I pulled out) that I forgot to take the bumper sticker(magnet) off the back of my car before going through the wash. 😣 would there be any chance of you guys finding it at the end of the night? Maybe I could get it back. Lol it was my favorite bumper sticker.

Just so EVERYONE knows, for the monthly club, your card is automatically charged every month unless you cancel. I did not know this, nor was I given a sticker to put on my car, at the time of purchase. Nothing was given besides a receipt at the time of purchase. When I came back a few days later for another wash; this was when I was presented with paperwork to fill out along with the terms/conditions of the monthly car wash club. The car wash is rated A, communication of terms is a F.

There was a little troubleshooting with the machines today, and the owner was very helpful and generous in helping the customers!I chose the lowest wash and my car was very squeaky clean :) The place is extremely easy to access, parking places are spacious, and vacuum is ALWAYS free!I really recommend everyone checking this place out. IT HAS BECOME MY FAVORITE CAR WASH PLACE!!

Does a pretty good job have the purple membership. Though lately Ive noticed the driver side of my car isnt as clean as it should be. Like the brushes are lightly tapping the side. Only saw it is the sunlight. Prices on memberships are good if you want to keep everything clean if you take full advantage of it.

I went through and got a wash today. The attendant David was awesome. I live in the country so I had so many bugs on my car. He sprayed them before I went through the wash and when I came out there was not one bug on my car. That never happens anywhere else. Thank you so much!! I will definitely be back.

Great experience! Their credit card machine wasn’t working and they came out and explained. They gave us a complementary wash for the inconvenience and let us through. The best tunnel car wash Ive ever used! The vaccumes are always free, they hand out free dash wipes and they offer a $5 wash! I get the purple top wash and it does an amazing job! The driers are great too. They even have really cool colorful led lights in all the spinning brushes and equipment so you get a neat light show while going through. The staff at Rapid wash are super nice.

My first time to use this car wash. There was an issue in the wash that caused my car to bump into the car in front of me, cracking my front car tag and not getting a good wash because the system was temporarily shut down. I filled out an incident report during that same visit and I received a call from the owner within 2 hours of the situation. He explained what had happened and was apologetic and stated he would replace my tag and provide a couple of free washes. Apparently the mishap was not due to system error, but rather a malfunction of the driver in front of me that wasnt operating his vehicle correctly. I know things can happen, but it is nice when the owner will help correct the problem whether it is their fault or not. So being that they took care of the situation and in a quick manner, I would recommend this place. I will be going back to get another wash to see if the next one is better. Will also await the replacement of my tag. Thanks for your concern!

I have the monthly plan where I pay one flat fee and was as often as I need to. Today my car was COVERED in bugs from a recent trip and Ben spent extra time with the hand washer before I went in the wash and my car came out with no bugs. Great service!!

I love that theres someone there that washes bugs off before car wash starts. It was fast, no line, and did a great job. They gave me something to wipe inside my car and a little clip to put on my air vent to make it smell clean. The vacuums are free and work really well. Ill go back.

My husband has his truck washed here all the time...which is saying alot for him because its not even in our neighborhood! Nice new and clean place and the operator was nice.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this wash. The employees are friendly, I never have to wait long and my car always comes out clean and bug gut free. My kids love the show when we go through the tunnel and I love the free vacuums. I am so excited they are opening on the North Side so I can get a pass and go more often.I do not have aftermarket parts on my vehicle - I see some complaints about that. They have signs posted all over stating they are not responsible for damage to aftermarket parts. I dont think its fair to leave a negative review if you knew that going in.Overall - my favorite wash and I am glad you are expanding!

Purchased monthly membership. This apparently causes problems for their system which takes attendant intervention to fix. Their sticker system triggers a video loop on screen that takes them some time to correct. If you are going to have a monthly membership, please make sure it works properly. Additionally lost my review mirror cover in the wash but they did at least find it and brought it back to me.

Best car wash ever!!!! He sprays this bug soap on first and lets it sit so after the wash your car is perfect! I drive 80 miles everyday! He is also very nice and personable! CLEAN car wash! Never seen one so clean! Also FREE vacuums!

Clean facility with very attentive employees. I drive a lowered vehicle and they made sure to triple check to make sure I wouldnt have any issues prior to running my car thru the wash. They even provided me with a moistened towel to dust the dash and the inside of my car. Little touches like that are what set them apart from the competition. Thanks again guys!
