This place is pricey which is fine if you actually came out with a clean car.. I have used this place 3 times now and all 3 times my car was still dirty afterwards..I have a brand new car and all 3 times I got a new scratch on my car.. the vacuums are awesome as well as the floor mat cleaner..

I take my company vehicle here at least once a week. It comes out spotless. Free vacuums as well. Worth the monthly rate for the membership.

The location of this carwash is good, right next to Walmart and an Electrify America Charging Station. However, it was quite pricey. I just passing through the town and thought a quick basic wash would be good for my car, but when I drove in, the lady said the cheapest is $18, and though it came with a 5-day re-wash, I had no use for it since I wouldnt be around. I understand they probably wanted to upsell to make more money, but I felt that lady went too far.

I went yesterday 3/31. I go once sometimes twice a week. Im just not pleased with the drive thru wash anymore. I have a double cab truck, the back window has never came clean right down the middle of it. Yesterday the driver side underneath panel etc was hardly clean. The passenger side wasnt at all cleaned, more as a rinse. I pay $11.00 a wash. Should I have to pay 🤔 more, to get a good clean? I think $55 plus a month should suffice for keeping my truck cleaned?

Great staff! Cleaned my floor mats that cant go thru the floor mat machine. Love the clean car in and out. They have a 5 day car wash coupon too!

Been thru at least 5 times this summer with no problems, nothing but compliments on my car and just a simple “hey we won’t be reliable if anything happens to your roof rack, which i’m always aware of and appreciate the heads up.today as I pull in i’m told that “my car should never have been able to go they with the roof rack that i have..” and that “today i’ll be given a pass and “let in” as if their doing me a favor to charge me $18 for a car wash 🤨the employee said something about management changing, but i won’t be back due to the bad customer service and inconsistent guidelines.

Had a long drive back from Texas and my grill and windshield looked like I went on a bug genocide. David and Dion did a superb job getting all the bugs off!

As I was exiting the car wash today the shift leader stopped me and asked if he could inspect my car due to a car previous to mine left a object in the brush. He said if something had left a mark on my car, it wouldn’t have been right to let it go without me being aware of the damage. He was so professional and honest about what had happened/ I was truly thankful that there are still businesses that are honest and believe in doing the right thing. There ended up being no damage to my car that elbow grease wouldn’t take out, which he did. He put a smile on my face. I was in Aw of his honesty and how polite he was. Thank you for putting people before profits.

The car wash was great. I was surprised how well it cleaned my truck. The reason for three stars was the incredibly rude girl working there. I don’t know her name, but she’s the reason I won’t be back. Perhaps I’ll try another location!

Carwash was so powerful it tore my bumper off unable to reach anyone from management. I just would like my bumper repaired.

Its alright. The vacuums work. If you buy a month of car washes, try to go when its not busy. Tag reader for their car wash doesnt work most of the time.

Not happy paid 17 $ to watch to kids laugh and joke the whole time they should be spraying my car only to come out with dirt still all over my car. Never again !!!!

The manager at the Moore location is Teresa and she is fantastic. I have had 2 separate issues and she handled both of them quickly and professionally. My car sits low and she simply moved my sticker to the top of my windshield and it works great. The other was I wanted to put my membership on a temporary hold and she told me how she could do that as well. Very nice lady.As far a the actual wash... I feel like I’m not getting all of the soap I pay for because when I go to the Del City Okie Express I see blue and white soap not just white like the Moore location and since I have a membership I should be getting the same product at both locations. Overall I recommend Okie Express because if you have an issue I know they will fix it for you.

My wife and I took advantage of the Veterans day free wash. The attendants were very cordial and thorough with their jobs. We will be back again. Thank you so much.

Overall good experience. Wish they could have scrubbed the front bumper of my car for the bugs (my car is white) before they sent me through so the bugs would have all came off. Front bumper is still dirty. But the rear of my car looks good. Free vacuums are for paying customers through the automatic car wash only though!... and I really only went to vacuum my car....

I have had a monthly subscription with them for several months. I have never complained. The first and only time I go through with Ms. Theresa Butler she lets me know my Infiniti isn’t a Masarati so why would it mater if I have a sticker or not?? Excuse me??? Remove my membership or get a sticker. Ok bye Theresa. Sorry to the business, I forwarded to my boss, parents, friends etc that are all now moving to our friend on penn. lost lots of business. Get someone more personable.

I live in Stillwater and when we pass threw Moore we always stop. My truck always comes out clean and the wheels/tires are always clean. Always looks great. Always worth the stop!!

Love this car wash! They have little air blowers to clean out the cracks and crevices, vacuums always have good suction, washes car great!

David at the Moore location was awesome! I sucked up my receipt with my managers deal barcode in the vacuum and came back a few days later and showed him the purchase on my bank account and he took care of me. Great customer service

The prepaid card payment options is confusing to use without a cancel transaction option. If you ask for assistance, the tech will get you paying for more wash than you intended. The was is slow. Customer service is placating at best.

Fabulous place here. Got my car nice and clean. They pre wash your car and have complimentary vacuuming and mat cleaning stations.

OKIE Express has great service and unlimited vacuuming where no-more running out of quarters! Cost about the same as going to coin, but they have a much better result while you sit back and enjoy the show.

Had fun watching the soap change colors!! Has free vacuums, air hose to blow out dust and a floor mat cleaner. Attendants on duty for help.

Best automated car wash in the area. It is always busy during nice weather. Free vacuums and forced air stalls are available after you complete the automated wash. I really wish they would make their kiosk easier to use for older people, the screens are just to busy and it causes the lines to be unnecessarily long.

I bought a monthly pass and stop by the stores in Moore and Norman around two times a week. But i cant find any big difference after wash (Mine is Hot Wax & Shine). Also, I think the brushes spin too fast or with less water/foam, it makes small scratches here and there all the time. If you have a black-colored car, its not that hard to find scratches after wash. Hope they can improve their system soon.

An excellent car wash! Automated, but still thorough. The vacuums are powerful. They have attendants that tape down the wiper on my back window so it doesnt get caught in the brushes. The only complaint I have is that I think its a bit pricey.

This is hands down the best car wash in Moore!!! The staff is great and Jesse, the manager, is the best. He is always making sure the vacuums are working properly and that the customers are happy. He even gave me a free car was today because the lawn guys were working at the same time I was there. Five-star customer service all the way every time.

This place is worth the price. Very fun to go to with the kids and of course use the vacuums because of said kids. Our family car is still looking great 2 weeks after with the wax job and bug shield. Happy and definitely going back!

This place has a air thing so those OCD people can really clean the buttons on dash board areas. But my daughter always has to go potty for some reason while cleaning and at times it hard to find someone to let her go. But other than that my kids love the light up car washes. And my vehicle always comes out nice.

Pretty good car wash! They have mat cleaners and air to spray in cup holders. If they just had wipes for the dash it would be perfect!

I mean, what is there to say? My windscreen still had the stain of the poor bug that smacked into it and the rear was still covered in dust right out of the car wash. I definitely wouldnt recommend it.

We got a free car wash! Hot wax and Shine! The employees were very nice and gave us a rag to wash our windows, and dust our car.

The car wash is pretty good, but it does often leave the back of my car wet, or even foamy. The wash is occasionally manned by fellas who need taught how to treat paying customers. Usually, though, theyre polite.The Norman location seems better managed.

Love this local car wash! The guys are always professional. The facility is nicely laid out. Easy to get in and out. That I know of they don’t have shampoos. That’s my only beef. But otherwise I think it’s the best in town!

Best car wash around Moore. All the brushes work and plenty of soap. The vacuums all work and compressed air to blow water out of body crevices. The monthly membership is the best value, as you can keep your car clean everyday.

The attendants are always nice. They will give you free car towels if you ask. Their vacuums are by the best I have used verses other car washes. You can get a monthly membership for unlimited washes for $28.
