I work at Dealers Auto Auction. I enjoy being a part of the operations.

Beware of strategically taken photos. There were tons of photos of the good side and only two blurry photos of the side that had two very noticeable dents. Oh and the fees are now higher than any of the large auctions.

Not so good....We bought a car at inop sale and somebody stole the keys. Manager said they are not responsible about anything and that’s not their problem that keys are missing....

This place is a joke when it comes to their employees. Ive never worked here so dont think Im some mad ex employee! I know people who work here, they treat the employees like trash, dogs are treated better. Except if you work in the office then u get decent treatment. As far as people working outside, they are not aloud to drink a water bottle, God forbid that a dealer think their drinking the same bottles as the workers, as if they have a freaking disease. They are not aloud to bring in their own drinks, water, Gatorade ect. They want them to buy Soda or Tea from their vending machine which they make a profit from. Neither of them are good to drink in this hot a** weather! They dont even provide water in the vending machine. They are going to cause someone to have a heat stroke; and when they do, they better pray its not someone i care for! They tell employees they are beneath them and are replaceable. I sure hope Gary likes going to court and being sued; thats exactly where hes gonna be heading really soon..

Dealer only auctions mostly, but they host a GSA sale open to the public. Very professional, well-run auctions, friendly courteous service. Been in business with stable ownership a long time.

Owner & General Manager are Real Pieces of Work. Staff is Rude (Cathy & Bruce in Particular). Reported a Car Stolen that they Verified had been pulled out only to find it in their back parking. General Manager Cussed me for THEIR Lack of Business Skills today & was also told to tell The Used Motor Vehicles Parts Commission to Kiss their A** as well. Will Post the Recording In Comments of their Posts since it can’t be added here. Please Use Caution when doing Business at this Facility because if they can they will Scam You!

I dont understand how can someone possibly write a good review about this auction!? They make a lot of mistakes. They are not knowledgeable. There are some rude employees working there. The rest are nice but doesnt mean anything because they dont do their job right and dont care about it either!

I used to work for these people for a little bit. Good place to get Cars/Trucks/Vans among other utility vehicles but the only thing that sucks about this place is the workers who work there they are Fat lazy and Rude retarded trailer trash lol. Plus if you are an ordinary person looking to buy something from there, Well.. You cant unless you are a car dealer or something.

Due to a minor misunderstanding I had with my loan company I had my car repossessed. Only for a few days. While the staff I encountered at the location was nice... I find it extremely tacky that someone decided to leave all the trash in my car but took my money and cds. Tacky.
