Was given a window to have my car picked up they never showed. Was given another window couple days later, they never showed. Was given another window a couple days later, they never showed. A driver would call me the next day and say Im ready to get your car this morning. I would say Im at work yall were supposed to get it last night. The driver would say Okay, Ill tell them. and hang up. Called the office and left a message asking them to call me back and they didnt.

My husband went to look at a vehicle without knowing he had to be registered and pay an annual fee of $200. They were very rude!!! They could have registered him right there and he would have bought the vehicle he went to look at. A business obviously meant to deal with only other business and not individuals. I would think that theses days business would welcome any sales and do it with a smile. I would also think that selling him the vehicle that they would make more money than selling it at auction.

Bought my van and the people in office gave me the run around. It was suppose to bring me check and pick up van after I signed a contract to sell it to them. It was suppose to be picked up on a Wednesday and it was not than it was supposed to be picked up on Thursday than Friday it was not. So on Monday called and ask to speak to manager got ahold of her and she was rude. Giving excuses saying tow truck driver took off with check but wont pick up van and wont bring check back. They finally picked it up 6 days later. Not happy with them at all.

20 minutes on hold and still waiting for someone to answer. Truck has been waiting for 2 hours for just one vehicle to be pulled out. This is unacceptable!

The tractor pulls out cars and loads trailers that came after 4.30pm, but Im waiting from 3.50pm

Check VIN on what you buy. We had a trailer stolen a little over a year ago. It was sold at this auction with a bill of sale.

All the employees I have interacted with have been superb! My employer sends me her every week to bid and buy vehicles. A++

They only charged me a member fee and never registered me or allowed me to bid on any vehicle and I tried many times called and left voice massages or email them! Worst auction customer service! I finally gave up!

NO HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR THE PUBLIC. By Oklahoma law, every dealer must have an accessible handicap accessible restroom. This dealer operates a nasty portable restroom on the outside of the building. Very nasty, that all the buyers are afraid to use it. Everyone can smell the stench 100 ft away. I will be reporting this to the Uniform Motor Vehicle and Parts commission. The buyers spend over a million dollars here every week and they cannot afford a clean restroom. This is not right and not fair.

THE REASON WHY IAA DOESN’T PROVIDE JUMP BOXES OR JUMP IS BECAUSE THEY WOULD RATHER MAKE MONE ON STORAGE FEES AND OTHER FEES POSSIBLY THEN TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! Safety and other excuses are big BS because they already jump the same vehicle before just fine.

This place is a trash can. and services are the same. they say that it closes at 5 pm. but actually 4:30 pm. you will not be served. and everyone is told that they work up to 5 pm.

Terrible customer service. They often misrepresents fact about the vehicle. When you go to pick up the vehicle you will find additional damage caused by moving the vehicle around.. No one will take the responsibility, buyer is stuck with additional expenses then anticipated at the time of buying vehicle.

Dont let these people get your money. Fees are high. Storage fees are ridiculously. They charge you for the days when they are closed. If the deadline is today you better get your car today or youll be charges 40 bucks for storage even if you come to get your car first thing tomorrow morning. No restrooms inside the facility. Porta potty outside. With all the money they make on insurance companies and dealers/buyer and their high fees they could at least have a restroom. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

The manager always has a positive quote written on the wall but the ladies in the front desk seem to always be doing the opposite of what she writes. Very rude front desk ladies, Bad attitudes, poor customer service skills, lack of motivation and job enthusiasm. Only one of them is actually kind. She knows who she is.Secondly, the fees are ridiculously high. Better go to another auction.

Extremely slow service. If youre coming to pick up a vehicle expect a two hour wait. Time is money in our business so these folks are robbing us.

Not exactly the best customer service over the previous several years from them nor HQ. And their fees are sky high! If u win a $650 car, u have to actually pay about $985. And they refuse to allow u onto their lot to get ur car, so they can charge u $59 just to bring it outside the gate.

I worked there as a Temporary Employee today. The employees in the Office as well as outside the Office treated me as part of the Team instead of a 2nd Class Citizen. IAA-Insurance Auto is Awesome!

Terrible Service, the Owner/Manager is Shady. They will rip you off and out of your money and refer you to their online services to get more information. I was cheated $1000 on a vehicle I hadnt bid on and was charged $1000 and was not awarded the vehicle. IT was sold twice and I paid $1000 for it. Paperwork and email trails meant nothing to this establishment. Dont bring your business to these type of places...

Staff courteous and very speedy in a difficult time. Had all of my personal possessions bagged and ready for me to pick up.
