Ive relied on Mainard & Sanders for the past 20 years (2 homes). With their regular maintenance, Ive only had 2 breakdowns and both were power (surge) related. Reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! I would highly recommend!

Really happy with the service I received from Mainard & Sanders Heating & Cooling. They were able to squeeze me in to fix my furnace that would not stay on with freezing temperatures outside. The prices were fair and the service was great! Will definitely use them again.

In my view, they are the best in the business. They are friendly, on-time, and always there when you need them. John and his Technicians all arrived when promised, had provided an early estimate/invoice of the parts to be used in replacing both AC/heat, Work was done efficiently, quickly, correctly at our Storage Business/Residence. Would Highly recommend. about $2,000.00 lower than highly advertised competitor in the area .

I am not one that normally reviews service organizations - but feel compelled to share my bit of good news about this organization. Returned home yesterday to find my AC inoperative ... began calling AC repair organizations and wasn’t having much luck until I got to Mainard and Sanders. Within two hours, a tech was here and began diagnosing the problem. A bad switch and compressor fan later - cold air was flowing through my home. Chris (the tech) began working the problem at 5:30 PM and finished about 10:00 PM !!! While there may have been a less expensive route to the return of a cool home, I doubt anyone would have worked as tirelessly to resolve the issue as Chris and his team did. My family is grateful for their efforts and abilities.

After speaking with anothet heat and air company, I feel I was extremely over charged by Mainard & Sanders. Their workmanship was fine if you can afford them. (2011).Thank you John for your great efforts to make me a happy customer. I hadnt realized the price diff until a resent 2nd repair. (2016). I better understand your pricing and reasons for it, insurances, bonded repair techs, etc. Really felt like you backed your company well and would feel confident to use you again even though it may cost a bit more.

Typical sleazy ripoff company. We had a repairman come out to diagnose our heating system at my store. After doing no repairs he charged us $89 and left our system that was working inoperable in an attempt to guarantee we had to call them back to get our system working. We ended up calling comfortime because we wanted a legitimate company to handle our repairs. Comfortime got everything working for half the price of mainard and sanders.

My heater stopped working and Mainard and Sanders went out to diagnose the probIem for $224. I got a quote of $1366 to repair the fan coil or $2996 to replace it. I decided to have them repair it since it is an older heater. I get a message from John the next day stating that they were unable to find the parts for the older model and to call him back to discuss my options. When I called back to get more information (ie part numbers and alternate options) I am told that there are no other options other than pay $2966 for replacement fan coil. I again asked for a part number to see if I could locate it myself and he didnt have that information and then I was told I dont have time to deal with this and you can figure it out for yourself right before John hangs up the phone on me. I was only on the phone with him for 2-3 minutes before he decided to hang up on me.
