Legal plunder! They showed up, towed, and impounded my daughters car from the accident scene, charged outrageous fees to get my car back. Since the car was a total loss, their fees practically forced me to surrender the title to them. Now they get to profit from selling the parts of a free car. How this is legal? I dont know...

I live in Syracuse on the Antelope Drive Very heavy traffic there was a bag in the Middle of the road I was sitting on my front porch hoping that there will be a police passing by so he can stop the traffic and pick up the huge bag of the road suddenly there was a towing truck and his gentle young boy put his lights on then he pick up that bag from the middle of the road I need even know what’s name but I know it was one of the trucks because I saw the name was around like 8:30 PM on July 19, 2018 it’s so nice To see the people cares about things like that I’ll give him and the company 100% that shows that he loves his job and he cares and he have done very well to do his job 👍🏻

They dont respect paying customers. We have (now HAD) a contract with IFS which they refused to honor. They refuse to tow cars. When a company treats its paying customers poorly, you shouldnt do business with them.
