1. The ETA was spot on, he arrived exactly when it was estimated he would be there.2. I forgot the key for the car being towed because I had removed it from my keychain. He gladly let me drive home and grab it.3. The tow was very quick and he did it effectively. No scary moments, no pucker factor moments, no issues.4. He was very friendly and professional. Great job!

These guys are amazing quoted me a price and stuck to it. Arrived exactly when I asked them to, and even helped me take the car apart to get it loaded up! Absolutely amazing experience with happily be using chucks for further towing needs! I know it can be daunting looking for a tow company but give chucks a try you won’t regret it!

You never want to need a tow truck but if you do Chuck’s is a good choice. The driver Jared was very professional and friendly, while I was feeling stress (my car broke down 3 hrs from home) and helped me get to where I needed to be. I highly recommend this business.

Chucks was call out by my insurance roadside assistance to help my 18 year old daughter and her baby with a flat tire. The tech showed up in a great time frame but with zero tools. Why would this matter? Cause my daughter cant find her spare tire tools in her vehicle. I instruct my daughter where to find tools (as I am out of state as an OTR truck driver). She gets the tech the tools and he retrieves the spare and wouldnt you know it, it needs air. Now, this is where the real customer service issue comes in... I had my daughter ask if he would run the spare less than a half mile the the Chevron to put air in it. (Yes there is free air there). Before I could instruct my daughter to give him a $20 bill for the extra help I hear his response to her.... Thats not part of the service. I had her send him away and I called someone else who did bring tools and was also able to air up the spare. Very poor service in my book! Quality is an attitude, like under promise and over deliver. Thanks for being there for my little girl and grandson Chucks!

The owner (on his day off) rescued my daughter and I after we had traveled three hours, turned off the freeway and our axle on our car had broke. He was there in less than five minutes and towed us and our car to a dealership. He was professional, polite and fast and I would highly recommend his company!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They broke a $100 bracket on my car moving it and the driver was honest about it and said he hates having to brake things. When my husband called them about it they said if there is no proof they wont even talk to us. Even if the driver says he did brake it. My husband and I at least expected them to be an honest company, but I guess not.If you use them record them towing your car, or else if they brake something of yours it will come out of your pocket.

Jim helped me and my little family today and was so honest and trustworthy, that after arriving to my pickup location with his tow truck that was making noise and making a smell, recommended that we take our vehicle into a shop to get it looked at rather than get it towed 30 miles home.He was AT THE OUR LOCATION, and He had the honesty to cancel the tow order rather than make the money he would have made with the order.

Chucks towing has rescued me many times. They are polite and respectful. I never have had a driver offer us cold water in a hot summer like Chucks towing does. Fantastic company.

Chucks Towing was amazing, Rexs and his wife were very friendly and amazing they were great talking with and came sooner than what was said.

Arrived within given time but were unable to take our car to the dealership where it needed to go. Therefore we had to pay ANOTHER hook up fee and mile charge to a different tow company costing us double. Unprofessional.
