The guy who came was absolutely kind and amazing if I ever need a tow again they will be the first ones I call

Needed a car towed to the Nissan dealership and Bretts Towing was their contractor. Came to my house within 30 minutes on an estimated 60 minute wait.. Driver was courteous and professional. Great experience.

After our roadside assistance program contacted Brett’s towing they said they could tow our large moving truck to a tire shop offer blowing out 2 tires on the freeway. Larry showed up and said the truck he had was too small to tow our large truck but that he’d dispatch one of their heavy vehicle trucks to do it, so we left with our ride to go home trusting they’d follow through. We texted later that evening and several times the next morning to make sure the tow had been completed with no response. After over 17 hours with no response we finally got a text from Larry saying they couldn’t find a large truck to do it so they just didn’t do anything!!! Our truck and belongings sat on the side of the highway, unlocked for over 17 hours and they never even bothered to let us know they failed to do their job!! This is not acceptable and I will never do business with or recommend this towing service to anyone!

Working for a salvage yard out Phoenix, AZ, these guys have been phenomenal to work with especially since were working in separate states. They are our first and only call when it comes to needing the best service they provide with loading and towing some gnarly wrecked big rig trucks for our yard. We love doing business with Bretts Towing and hope to continue working this partnership for as long as there is a need for a tow truck and salvage yard :)

Called them for a tow on a Friday afternoon. They were able to pick my car up within 2 hours. Driver was very personable. The whole process was very easy and hopefully dont have to call them again, but if I do need a tow, its definitely Bretts.

I use Bretts Towing to tow all my customers vehicles into my Auto Repair Shop in Layton and in Ogden. Have had nothing but reliable service for years. Staff is generally clean and friendly also. Keep it up boys!

Im very critical about my reviews so to update and make a second review on my first should say a lot about this company.Original review: 08/2020 Matt is the coolest tow truck driver ive met and I have friends who drive tow trucks in salt lake. He was here about 5 minutes early, extremely friendly and professional. Next time I need a tow, you guys will definitely be my first call based off of my experience with Matt. I have a sports car and he took grear care loading it on the the flat bed and made sure it didnt scrape or hit anything. Thabk for your the amazing service.

Let me start with saying iv used Bretts towing in the past and had a great experience. Two years ago they towed my wifes car from layton to west haven for 43$. I called tonight to have them tow my daughters car one mile home, the receptionist was eating very loudly on the call and could hardly hear anything I was saying, he said it was 75$ dollars for the hookup, and with fees it would be between 85-100$ for ONE MILE and it would be up to an hour wait. I called a competitor that ended up being less than half that price and was on site within 25 min. I will never use Bretts towing ever again.

My family and I were stranded in a Walmart parking lot at 2 AM, and Larry from this towing company jumped our car for us. He was off duty and it was really late, but even though he was off duty he still graciously helped. I will definitely be using this towing company for all of my needs as long as they keep hiring people like Larry!!!

My experience with Bretts towing was way way better than a previous experience with another tow company. Bretts was helpful by letting me ride in the cab and their fees were very reasonable. (İf you can call during business hours it is significantly cheaper). I could have been in a much worse situation if it wasnt for Austin (the office manager) and Bretts towing.

I own a diesel shop down in Hooper, and have a lot of trucks that get towed in. Our first experience with Bretts towing they told us they would be happy to help us anytime and asked that we refer our customers to them when trucks need towing. At the time we were using another tow company in Ogden, to which recently ended due to horrible customer service. I just called Bretts Towing to have a customers truck towed to my shop and they knew exactly who I was and where my shop was. Its a good feeling! Definitely using Bretts Towing from now on!! After 2 hours of waiting on the highway (for their 40 minute eta) I had to call them back, they claimed they couldnt find or contact me, despite me telling them exactly where I was and having my phone the entire time, and gave up. Pretty sure they never sent someone out, itd be hard to miss. One of the ladies I talked to on the phone was pleasant, the other was not and Im wondering if she just didnt process my request.Go with literally anyone else.

I would like to let everyone know that Bretts Towing is the best towing company in Ogden. They are very nice and polite. The gentleman that I talked to on the phone said we will get you picked up in 30 minutes. The driver was their in 15 and very polite. Their trucks are always clean and the drivers are professional. I will recommend them to anyone anytime.

I hired these guys to assist in loading a military cargo truck onto a flatbed trailer. They were professional, courteous, and even saved me money! They are by far the best tow company I have ever used. To put things in perspective, it cost over double for the same type of truck that Bretts used to get it offloaded. Thanks Steve!

Bretts towing drivers are very professional and willing to help. Zack helped me get a very big truck through an alley that wasnt very wide. Their prices compared other towing companies is incredible and the same can be said about their customer service.

Great people and excellent service

Horrible experience with this tow company. He was extremely rude to our driver, threatened to confiscate my truck if I doesnt pay double what he quoted me right away. Do yourself a huge favor and STAY AWAY. This company is unethical and will ripe you off. If I wasnt forced to use them because cops called them I would of never used them based on their horrible reviews.

I had a great experience with Bretts Towing. My truck broke down on Hwy 167. AAA notified the Bretts Towing and they showed up 45 minutes later. The driver called to notify me when he was about 15 minutes away from where I broke down. Once Steve arrived he was very friendly and professional. I asked if he could take my truck to a local dealership to get repaired and he said no problem. I received a text from Steve an hour later to let me know my truck had been delivered to the dealership. I would highly recommend Bretts Towing. They have great customer service and outstanding follow-up!

Ray you rock. Thank you for jumping my car and fixing my anti theft system. Also, a few weeks ago my sons tire fell off and another company wanted to charge my insurance for towing and repairs. They towed it and my husband fixed it, but because of the situation, they only charged us $35 for the tow when it should have been $80. I have read the past reviews and disagree. They were courteous and honest. Thank you so much for saving our family in two situations that could have cost us a lot of money.

These people were so awful and rude to us. Our car got stolen, and someone didnt follow directions and towed it far before contacting us and had the audacity to tell me I didnt know what Im talking about and being egregiously condecending. My partners father was a cop for two decades. I think we know what the laws are. We are not criminals who had their car impounded because they didnt pay bills. We arent jerks who parked illegally. We are poor college students in Salt Lake who hit a run of horrible luck. To be met with such grossly unprofessional conduct when trying to find a solution is just disgusting and lazy customer service. Its scammy. Its awful.

Bretts towing is an absolute joke. Dont call them. If the police dispatch them to pick your car up from an accident, tell them youll call your own towing company.. My car was picked up Fri. They told me as soon as they got the check from my insurance Saturday they would tow my car to the repair shop.They neglected to tell me their main office wouldnt be open Saturday, and wouldnt be open again until Tuesday. My insurance company over-nighted a check to them, and they told my insurance it would be towed to my boyfriends shop Sat. They refused to tow it when I spoke with them until Tuesday, even though the check had made it there. Not only did they talk to and treat me like garbage, but they blatantly lied to my claims adjuster and myself. The fact that we dont have a vehicle, and cant get the ball rolling for the insurance doesnt matter to them. In fact, they told the repair shop that they flat out dont care, after being called out on their dishonest business practices. These guys are completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Its definitely not a business that you can trust with your vehicle.

I had the pleasure of watching their dodge wrecker driving down wall and 40th tailgating vehicles extremely closely and throwing hands his up like a child. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

I could not believe the woman on the phone. She was short with me, kept putting me on hold every four seconds, then randomly told me they were headed to come get my car before even telling me the price (which I asked for first) and any details. Such a frustrating call.

One of their trucks hurrased my wife one the freeway. Speeding, getting in front of her then slamming on the brakes. She would go around him and he would do it over again. Then he followed her home and sat on the street. She was terrified

I went to pick up a semi trailer, all dues were paid to release, the guy in the office saw me coming and let me right in, I hooked up the trailer and did a Pre trip on it (all good so far) and as I start pulling out a employee pulls into the gate in a personal car and stops, blocking the exit, I asked if he could move, and he yelled see the name on my shirt and stayed blocking the exit for a total of about five minutes.

Rip off 309 bill for two and 46 hr on lot .Get a loanshark

Drivers are not safe when on the road. Filled one up legacy when he wasnt tailgating someone he was doing 80 in a 10 wheel heavy wrecker. This is not the first time I have seen something like this.

I took a friend to this lot to retrieve their vehicle. I dont have direct experience.
