The driver, was so kind and explained what happened to my car. He picked it up without damage to the driveway and dropped me at the automotive shop. Terrible company who doesnt know what they are doing and stuck a warning sticker on car window stating car would be towed within 48 hours and also specified No tenant parking in visitor when the vehicle actually does not belong to me and was a guests. Would never use this company and very disappointed with how much work it has taken to get the damn sticker off. 0/0 stars if I could.

Horrible company. My car had been towed from a townhouse I was living at. We constantly rotated cars so no ones car was hanging out in guest parking. I parked my car in guest parking when I got home because I knew wed be leaving again soon and came back out to a missing car literally 2 hours later (it was towed 6 minutes after I got home). It was me, my partner and my brother that were trying to leave somewhere so we ended up getting a ride from 2 of our friends. Apparently according to the owner of this place, thats not normal to have 5 people come pick up a car so while I was giving payment to the guy who was helping us, the owner ran out interrogating my friends and family asking who they were and what they were doing there. Mind you they were parked ON THE STREET standing by their own car minding their own business. So I stepped in and told him to leave them alone and he went psycho on us, screamed at us, swore at us and said he has every right to question who is on his property. Sure thats true, then come talk to me, the only person that would be entering your property. You are not the police, you dont get to patrol the street and intimidate and yell at people. I would not recommend this company at all. The guy that was taking payment didnt even defend us in this situation. He just said he has to deal with it because its that guys property and they have a partnership or whatever lame excuse he came up with. This behavior is not okay from a grown man. Plus they use terrible stickers that are incredibly hard to get off your car. Do not use this company for anything.

These guys are a joke. I was going to buy a piece of equipment from them and put a deposit down on my credit card to hold the machine. I got cash from the bank went to the location we agreed upon and waited over an hour after making several calls and confirming we were still good to buy the machine. Only to get a call an hour later saying Michael Love had just sold the machine to someone else for less money. What a joke of a person and business this is. After calling and telling Michael I needed my deposit back he blew me off and said to call him next week.

AAA wouldnt tow my non operational car because Utah DMV stopped sending out renewal notices and my tags were expired a few weeks. Love to the rescue! I called around and received some ridiculous quotes for a 4 mile tow. Love was totally affordable. They gave me a time and showed up when they said. They were professional, payment was easy and they were fast. 20 mins from pick up to drop off! Thanks!!

They placed a sticker on my car threatening to tow my car from our owned/assigned spot because apparently he thinks Im extended visitor parking in our own spot. My car isnt even the car the hoa contacted him about. Its nicer thats why he tagged my car thinking he could get away with stealing it right out of our stall. Because the car the hoa contacted him about is the same color. Just another dishonest tow company trying to pull a fast one. You would be crazy to do. Business with. This company in my Opinion

The driver was unprofessional and refused to show documentation as to why my vehicle was towed in tge first Osage. Then threw a fit when i brought cash (because he told me it was cheaper than using a card) and I needed change. Then when my car was undrivable after they towed it, they told me they needed their own people to look at it, the so I took it to wasnt good enough. Main reason for bad rating is the lack of professionalism and towing my car for no reason, they have no readon other than domeone said my car was in their spot. But they took the person weird for it, and did not have documentation or a persons name or anything. Update..after showing pictures of the damage to my car they screamed at me saying Im aliar and my boyfriend (which I dont have) told him I had mental problems! These are by far the most dishonest and disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!! Now I have to decide if I want to pay an attorney to prove all this in court, or pay the thousand dollars in damage. I want to stick it to them, since Ive got recordings of everything. I have NEVER dealt with more unprofessional people in my life. My friend stopped by last night and parked outside my house for no more than 10 minutes when they came to tow her car. We called and asked where it was headed and they were nothing but rude. The guy said he would text the number we were calling from a phone number we needed to call but I asked if he could send it to another number because it would have been easier that way and while I was talking to him about that he hung up on me. After calling the other number he sent (which this guy was also very rude) I called the other guy back to complain about his service. I did lose my temper on him due to their attitude and then hung up. He called back and threatened not to give us the car back until 3 days later unless I apologized. Are you serious? You dont do that in a professional business. They are a joke! Who talks to patrons that way?

Did not take care of my son properly & when they messed things up on his truck they have him the run around and stuck him with bill. The original problem would’ve only costed him a huge joint and no labor because somebody in the family could’ve fixed a huge joint easily for him but instead he got stuck with bills. If I owned the company I would’ve won never charge the customer for the tow to I would’ve fixed the vehicle 100% at no cost to the customer. That is the way you treat customers that’s customer service.

This tow company is a money grabbing company. They are the tow company for our town home community. Today multiple residents received tow notices on their vehicles for expired plates. The vehicles are parked in our assigned spots (mine included). Also my vehicle is registered I haven’t received the new sticker in the mail. I called Love’s towing to find out why I received this notice because first of all it’s private property and second I was parked in my assigned spot. The male that I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. They told me, my vehicle was illegally parked. Technically it’s private property so it wasn’t illegally parked. He told me it was the HOA’s rule and the vehicles will be towed tomorrow if it wasn’t fixed by 8 am. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Towed my car at my own apartment complex. No sticker no call nothing. The parking lot was not plowed and I could not drive up to my usual spot. We went in and complained and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Very rude and unprofessional. Like it takes $250 so load a car onto a trailer and drive 5 minutes.

This company has absolutely zero scruples. They tow the cars of disabled peoples caretakers

They put signs up indicating our parking lot is monitored by them, but when we call for assistance (ongoing issue with people parking in handicap parking without a permit), they tell us management has to call them in. They randomly tag certain cars with expired tags by less than 30 days but dont tag the one thats expired by over 10 months... They just pick and choose how and when to do their job and then blame the property management when theres complaints. Ill probably get towed for posting this....

My girlfriends car was towed and I called to see what I needed to do to get it back and the man on the phone was very unprofessional and not very polite. I get that these guys might not have the best job but it’s a bummer when you’re missing a vehicle all of the sudden and you just want someone to help out and you get the opposite.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First, I was told they didn’t have the car I was looking for. When they found it, I was quoted 3 different prices for a car of someone who PASSED AWAY this week. His car was just all of the sudden missing and then found here at Love Towing. We are trying to get the car for his family today. I truly don’t know how you people sleep at night. You’ve got some serious karma headed your way.

My daughter was in an accident and the car had to be towed. When the driver arrived he wouldnt even talk to us. He just held up his hand dismissively and said he had to talk to the officer first. Then he quoted us a price of $250 to tow the car. When we arrived the price was $80 higher!! He wouldnt bill our insurance company, stating that we will get a check faster than him. Alright, I can understand that. When we arrived and he said it was going to be $80 more than quoted we objected, but he said if we didnt pay he wouldnt unload the car! He assured us that he would email a receipt so we could be reimbursed. Its been 5 days and we still have no receipt to turn in to the insurance company. If this is the way they keep their books its no wonder they dont get money from the insurance company! The driver was rude and surly throughout the already difficult experience, lied about the cost and then threatened to keep the car if we didnt pay, and didnt provide a receipt. Anyone else is better than Love!!

My car recently ran out of gas next to the managers office of an apartment complex. I was able to push it into an employee parking spot, but I was unable to get a ride to the gas station and I was forced to leave the car there. I didnt want to walk in the dark, (it was around 5am) so I returned with gas later that morning - around 8am. My car had been towed after 3 hours. I contacted the apartments to find out the towing company, and called Love Towing. I was able to get a ride there by 2pm. The man I spoke with there was not friendly at all. He saw me but left me standing at the office desk for quite a long time, saying nothing, eventually came out from the back room let me know it was $270.00 to get the car out, pointed vaguely to the left and said my car was out that way and left me standing there. It was a very hot day but I finally found it. $270.00 for not even 5 hours impounding is alot of money, and I didnt complain, I had all the money, and being treated like a nuisance or some sort of low life was just unacceptable. If you can avoid dealing with Loves Towing I would recommend it. Not only are the prices outrageous, with no explanation, but the whole experience made an already rotten day much more difficult!

My girlfriend got home at 6:58. They towed my car at 7:05. We really needed my car for a funeral in the morning. When we got there to pick up my car the landlord started yelling at us. Terrible customer service. Theyre basically glorified thieves.

I had just got my car back from my niece. I let her borrow it because she had no car. She told me her mechanic said the transmission was going out on my car. So I had it towed home so I could get a second opinion. I am a single mom amd dont have the money to fix it. My apartments have this new thing where we have to have a parking permit to park here. I just had got it back. Loves towing does the towing from our apartments. My car was gone. I thought it had got stolen because the window sags. Anyway I called Loves to see if they had towed it and he said yes. I asked why because the car is registered and insured. He said just like this to me...because of your parking permit. Wheres your parking permit? Youve been here for years. ..... SO HE KNEW MY CAR BELONGED HERE without me telling him, he told me. All I was missing was my parking permit. All he had to do was put a bright green tag on it just like he does all the rest of the vehicles out here, giving a 24 hour notice and just letting me know the parking permit wasnt in the car but no he just towed it! Like I said I am a single mom struggling so now I cant even get it back. Rude, cruel and inconsiderate! Dont bother with them. They are only out for a buck!!!!

I didn’t even use this business, but I accidentally parked in front of one of their gates, for literally 60 seconds while I was dropping something off, and one of their employees came out and yelled at me and threatened me for no reason at all. Really unnecessary and super rude. I wouldn’t use this business for anything.

I had some drunk guy park in the only parking stall I am allowed at my apartment. Management would not help me and I had to walk 2 blocks to my apartment. Loves towing came out and took the guys car for me. I was always apprehensive about them patrolling my parking lot but now that this happened I am happy they are around.

It was my fault that I got towed but they were nice about it and were willing to work with my wife and I to get the car out. Even if youre angry, be respectful and they will do the same. They even gave me tips to avoid being towed again!

Horrible service, employee on the phone hurled insults and cursed with zero respect or regard for potential clients or customers. Entered private property and affixed labels to vehicles that are parked inside the resident driveway. After a call was made the operator was aggressive and defensive and made insults regarding the renting of a unit and indicated that renting was somehow less respectable as owning a home, clearly the business is more interested in personal attacks rather than willing to conduct an actual business. Any drop out can operate a tow truck, however many are not the stereotype, are great people and run spectacular businesses. Call one that is professional, reputable, and respectful and save yourself some headache.

When one is traveling, they never know what will happen. Love towing was a great service. If ever in Logan and need their service, I highly recommend them. Theyre prompt, courteous, and worth using. Thank you for your great service.

How does a towing company say they have towed a car parked in a apartment complex before. I litterally purchased this car last week. It still has the temporary tags in the window. My bf and I went to Utah to pick up his car from A lot yesterday that his insurance had sitting at for a year.we jump started it and got it to drive down the road to a gas station and it didnt want to start we called three other tow companies and not one was affordable or helpful but these guys tried helping us figure it out if we could get it started or not before towing it and when we couldnt they were there to help us they helped us all they way from Utah to idaho falls and they were very nice.

The owner Mike has no customer service skills at all. My car was towed and his men were willing to work with me and give me a deal but Mike was not willing to work with me at all. He was so rude and treated me with disrespect. Dont use Loves and steer clear of them. BRETTS TOWING and BAUERS TOWING are SUCH better companies and are so much more willing to work with you on cost. I pray to God I dont have to deal with this company again.

I dont pay HOA fees every month for someone else to take my spot when theyre too lazy, arrogant, or dumb, to park in their own (or visitor parking). Im glad someone holds them accountable. Good job!

Michael (the owner or manager, I believe) is awesome. I hit a deer on I-15 tonight (at around 6:30) and called Love Towing in a panic because it was dark and I was stuck on the side of the freeway. Mike stayed calm while trying to figure out where I was and then called me THREE times to update me on his whereabouts because he knew I was freaking out. He got to me super quick and waited with me for my husband to show up. He even called me a little while later to tell me that he saw that I had left my purse in my car. He was a literal angel to me when I was freaking out. I would recommend Love Towing to anyone!

NO Love Towing!Look elsewhere for your towing needs!On October 2, 2018 it was raining cats and dogs and the power was out for over two hours from 9pm to 11pm so I couldn’t open my garage to park inside. Jacob from Love towing said that “someone“ called to complain that same night about a white van and white truck that are always parked in the parking lot without a permit overnight. When he came out to boot those vehicles he said he decided to boot my car as well. I have lived here for over 6 months and never parked in the parking lot overnight without a permit. If Jacob feels like I need to be taught at lesson, so be it.However, I would suggest the following to Love Towing: Show some Love or change your name. Focus your efforts on repeat offenders who are the cause of chronic parking problems. Issue a warning for first time offenders. Treat others how you would want to be treated. Put yourself in the customers shoes. My personal belief is that enforcing a parking permit rule to a first time offender during a big storm when the power is out late into the evening when most people go to sleep feels very underhanded. You have your money. You did your job. Good luck in the towing business. Also, put your business on the Better Business Bureau. That’s what reputable companies do.

This company is a joke...they have quoted me 3 times in one day saying I owe more each time. I feel this company is dishonest and has no ethics when it comes to business. Overall, I think anyone who is towed by this company, will be ripped off and have a hard time ahead of them.

Ogden city had to create new towing laws just for love and slick rock towings predatory towing procedures. I had to leave a review to let everybody know how full of BS these guys are. From his interview with the standard examiner Love said, noting that people can retrieve their towed vehicles any time, any day from his impound lots. Then why was it that I could not pick up my car the same night it was impounded? I asked for an explanation of why my car could not be retrieved at the time when their business hours were still open? I was given several groundless reasons that basically boiled down to because i said so and so I can charge you storage fees. I walked in to get my car and the dude in the back asked take everything off this car except the tires?. The place is a damn legal chop shop where they use predatory towing methods and tack on so many fees that if you dont get on it that second he will chop shop your car. How is this even possible? idk and it blows my mind that the city let this crook operate as he did until these new laws were just put in place. Avoid love at all costs if you dont want to possibly lose your car to his chop shop. I really hope one of his competitors tows loves car and chop shops it.

How I encountered this place was not the greatest situation but I enjoyed my visit. everyone there was a delight to talk to and extremely helpful.

Mike Love is our primary towing vendor for all of our HOA communities and rental properties, which are not few. He is prompt to answer his phone, call back, and will literally head out to take care of tagging vehicles at the drop of a hat. No matter the location we need him to go, or what time it is, hell be out there. We will call him to take over the towing regulations for a new community, or even a small 4-plex or 8-plex, and hell get a sign posted within 24 hours and begin monitoring.Ive read over the negative reviews on here, and Im not surprised to see negative reviews being posted by those who have had a car towed. But parking in handicapped stalls, reserved parking, in no parking zones is going to get you towed. Mike is far overdue for a review from us. He even towed for us once on Christmas Eve after 11pm when a truck was blocking a neighbor in their driveway. He has a hard job, but is driven to do whatever it takes.

After defacing my car window with an adhesive warning sticker, I called to see why that was the practice. Why not simply place a note under the window wiper or find a non-scrub required adhesive? I was told that I was lucky they didnt tow my car and should be grateful. Also, to grab a razor blade and get scrubbing because that guy does it all day, so its not that bad. Talking about the situation with the worker was a headache because of the lack of concern for anything whatsoever. They are in the business to tow, not to care.

I was parked in my APARTMENT where I live and went to go out to get the stroller from our car and it was gone. Reasoning? Because it had expired plates. This is ridiculous. I dont have enough money to get it registered right now and thought I would be safe at my own home (I am driving another vehicle right now, until I can pay for registration on the other car). He lied to my face!Got my car towed recently and was curious of who reported it. Obviously he couldn’t tell me who, but the tow truck driver lied to my face and said it was someone else who lived in my neighborhood that always calls to report vehicles parked in the street overnight. He told me that person has nothing better to do at 2am than to walk around and look for cars to report.Turns out, that guy who has nothing better to do at 2am is the driver himself! I personally caught him just exploring our neighborhood looking for cars to tow. Weaving up and down streets, he definitely didn’t have any specific report of a car from anyone.

This place is a joke who is greedy for money and predators! They just wait for any little violation so they can make money. Circling and circling. Whatever happened to helping people in a hard time? Fair warning: This guy gave permission to have my truck picked up by a salvage yard without my permission as the registered and titled owner of the truck I should have been contacted. If you do business with this shifty company you will be sorry. Now, the salvage yard owns my truck according to Copart and yeah for me to have to deal with this man drama to get my truck back.
