I have always had a good experience here. The team is always professional and polite. Especially now with Covid going around the shop is clean and I know they are doing their best to keep their customers safe. Jenny is amazing! I would recommend her to anyone. She always does a great job with my hair and I feel happy every time I leave. I don’t know how she does it but she knows exactly what look I want even when I need a change. She’s easy to trust and has a great personality. I give this place 5 stars for sure.

My thick hair was cut in 5 minutes or less, which wouldnt be horrible if she hadnt spent more time spraying my hair with water than actually cutting it. Still have plenty of dead ends, and when I asked if she was going to cut the front, she said she did. Not sure where I was when that happened because she definitely did not. Went there because it was convenient, but Ill drive alittle further next time to somewhere else where they actually cut your hair and take their time doing it, not just spray your head with water and trim it alittle in some places.

Ive come here 3 times 1.5 hours before they were to close. Each time denied service with hardly anyone in the store .
