I took my kids to Barnes and Noble thought I would get my nails done while I am out. I stood at the door for a few minutes until they decided they could see me. A guy finished a ladies feet then comes to the table. I hoped he washed his hands when he walked to the back to go talk and grab a bite of food. This experience was horrible I couldnt wait to get out of there that Man was so rough! He burned me twice the cut me so deep blood was dripping out! You know he didnt even stop to put something on it! He says something in their language and she said put alcohol on it! Seriously! I asked for a coffin shape that I always get he told me he would do square for me thats not what I ask for! He did the Ugliest thick square nails I hate them and I have a very painful cut that Im watching for infection. They got gel polish all over my cut as if it wasnt there. One of the ladies offered to fix my nails but after that experience would you give them the chance to hurt you more?! I paid 50$ for the worst nails Ive ever had in my life!!

This is my go to nail salon ever since they opened. Love them!Only downside is the gentleman that is at the front desk/answering phones. Hes not a friendly person to be the face of this establishment.

Very clean environment. Service was very welcoming, but my beautician seemed more concern with getting more walk-ins settled. It was very busy, friday-sundays are very busy. The quality wasnt the best but okay. I got a dip manicure, very thin and ends are sharp.

Today was my first time at this salon and let me tell you, Tammy was amazing. She went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and nice. Everyone was very friendly and I would 1000% recommend this nail shop. They definitely have a new customer

This would be 4 stars but a star is knocked off due to the experience with the manicurist. I am extremely appreciative of the front staff and pedicurist that were welcoming and did a great job but my manicurist was quite literally the worst both in quality of work and service.I went with a regular manicure. I requested a design and she said all she could do was a flower. Totally fine. But then when she did the flower( the simple white dots) one of the petals was not uniform with the rest. She kept denying that it didnt look right then grumbled about having to re paint my nail. I was so fed up with her denying she did anything wrong and it was just the color of the paint over and over again. I just asked her to paint it and to forget the design since she seemed like it was to much for her.From the looks of it the salon has many talented nail artists and a many happy regulars. Maybe the service was lacking since I didnt choose gel or acrylic but either way its no excuse.

My nails are not the shape that i asked. the lady that did my nails rushed and didn’t take her time to make them look neat. my cuticles were not done. a different lady burned my eyebrow with wax and when i explained it to her she said she didn’t and got mad that i said that. my skin is red and has a mark from when she pulled the wax off.please go somewhere else. i paid $79 and it was not worth it at all. poor quality. dirty nail appliances. please do yourself a favor and don’t come here

I got a fill and gel pedicure here and it was all awesome. Great massage with pedicure, the lady really worked to get the calluses off. The young man who did my nails was the BEST. He was so detailed and made sure every nail was perfect. I love my new nails.The place looks super new and everything is clean and organized. I saw the reviews on here and figured Id give them a try. Im so glad I did, I found my new favorite salon! Highly recommend.

The manicurist I got was way too rough and wasn’t really paying attention to what she was doing. She pushed down on my cuticles too rough resulting in small infection, she was also just throwing her supplies around. I’ve come here before and have never been treated that way.

I was shopping in the area and decided to stop in for a pedicure. I was told it would be a few minute wait but I was left unattended at a pedicure chair with no water for over a half hour. When I finally received my service, it was incredibly painful. My nails were cut so deep and crooked that I could not get the French manicure that I wanted. No one seemed to care or tried to correct anything. I will definitely not be back.

Honestly, not the best. The lady I had, not sure of her name, did everything in a weird way. She didn’t size the nail tips before gluing them on, she just kinda picked one and put it on, so some of them didn’t fit the best. She worked the acrylic in sections instead of over the whole nail which makes my nails look and feel lumpy, she also didn’t take the acrylic all the way to the sides or to the cuticle so I look like I need a fill in already. She painted almost none of my nails all the way to the edge or to the cuticle and the nails just look messy. Some of the cutting and filing has my nails looking slightly crooked and off and on my thumb you can still see the natural nail. I feel bad because the lady was super sweet but for as much as I paid the nails were not worth it. It was hard to showcase some of the issues in pictures but for my first full set in a while I’m not happy at all.

I got my eyebrows waxed here and let me just say, worst experience of my life. I left with burn blisters under my eyebrows. And for days after was in excruciating pain. Right before I left she told me that this has happened before and I was just having a bad reaction to the wax. She also said that this has happened before and asked me not to come back in and tell and her. She also asked me not to give her a bad review. I’m not trying to give her a bad reputation, I simply don’t want this to happen to anyone else. It got so bad I went to the doctors, and they told me I had second degree burns from her putting the wax underneath my eyebrows while it was way to hot. Please do not go here. For your own safety.

If you come here, make sure to get Yvonne to do your nails. She will take her time because she is a perfectionist which I am too, so she will make your nails look PERFECT and the way YOU want them. Even if you ask her for something little like “could you please file this nail a little more” SHE WILL HAPPILY DO IT. She’s was nice to me and was gentle with my fingers. The 5 stars are for her :)

This was my first time coming here and my first time getting my nails dipped. I am extremely happy with both the salon and my nails. Tammy was very helpful and explained everything that I had questions about. I will definitely be going back.

Relaxing, uncrowded environment. One leg was massaged much more than the other and the warm, wet towel was no longer warm, but definitely will be returning for another visit. Prices were reasonable.

The worst experience ever! Steve from station 7 wants to do what he wants. I don’t like long nails and he still went on and left them super long. I had to go back because I couldn’t type with long nails. I went back and he was the only one available again. He gave me attitude and was holding my fingers really hard while fixing my nails and on top of that he still charged me $5 extra dollars when he charged me $45 in the beginning. He started yelling at me, telling me to not get mad and that he will fix it. He was not happy that I went back. His work sucks. I got white tip and they look yellow not white.I would NOT recommend this place and will not be coming back.

First time I was ever here. I thought they were another new nail salon that would be no different than the others. What a surprise!! When you walk in you feel like youve entered a resort spa. So clean and free of harsh chemical smells. With the top of the line equipment, tranquil spa atmosphere and friendly staff, you can actually enjoy coming here and leave feeling more relaxed than when you came in. The staff is absolutely professional and top notch!! They make you feel so welcome. They have actually been in business for MANY years in Palm Springs. I just flew in to visit my daughter her in Oceanside and needed a nail salon that did powder dipped nails. I found this nail shop and Steven did a most amazing job and had 20 years knowledge on the art of doing proper nails. I don’t know of the other technicians that work there but Steven is spot on! Next visit I will be booking another appointment with him!!

I hate leaving bad reviews, especially when my nail tech, Nicky, was so sweet and attentive. But as soon as I left I could feel how rough the edges were filed. The polish was put on sloppily and there are several areas where polish doesn’t cover my nail or goes over onto my skin. I’m pretty upset I paid for this. They offer great service and have so many other great reviews, so I was pretty disappointed to see how terrible my gel manicure turned out. I won’t be back.

Im so glad I finally found a good reasonably priced nail salon. Very welcoming and clean environment. They are all pleasant with exceptional customer service. (its not like a typical nail salon where they sit down and talk about you in their language lol)The lady who did my pedicure helped me pick out a different color after the color I picked was way too light for me. Just came for a Polish change and I felt a lot of attitude from my girl. When she originally painted 1 to I decodde the color was too bright and she told me me go find another color because she doesnt know what I want. I cant read your mind. I found that very rude!!!

Walked in for a mani/pedi and was helped right away. I got a beautiful pink chrome gel manicure, and relaxing pedicure with beautiful nail art. The ladies that helped me were kind, friendly and funny. The salon is nice and the staff are committed to cleanliness. I am definitely planning to return here.

Terrible work! Today was my 1st & last time ever going here. I just got a full set by TOBY. Asked for ombre acrylic which is inconsistent! Then i notice some nails are completely crooked. & the worse part is Toby cut me on my cuticle which then began to bleed. Through the entire procedure he was way too rough with my hands. No apologies or discount. Worse service Ive ever had for a nail salon. I wish i could post pictures on here so you could see the cut & crooked nails.

I went in to get a full set COFFIN shape and she gave me round nails I asked her to fix them multiple times and she tried afterwards she said she basically didn’t have time for me and said she needed to move on to other customers, I kept asking her to fix them and she denied to, she kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me talk she was very rude and unprofessional. All my nails are different shapes and sizes I’ve never had such a bad experience, not to mention lack of professionalism, I will never be back I did not get the girls name but she was very short with short black hair.

Found a NEW Nail Salon to go in Oceanside...Very nice and clean and loving the chandeliers. They been open for 1 month now and still are giving out 10% discounts to all services. My mani-pedi service was done by Tammy and she did a wonderful job. Ill definitely be coming back and I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Just visiting from out of state and needed a simple manicure. As a walk-in I was given a seat immediately. Steve did a great job. The salon is airy, clean and bright. If I lived here I would make this my go-to mani/pedi place.

This place did a horrible job doing my nails. My nails are crooked and some nails are bigger and smaller than the others, the nail polish is terrible. I would never go here again and I don’t recommend it to other people as well.

Good nail polish stayed on for long time

Went to get a gel manicure.. not that great. Got to many layers on a couple of nails which in return didnt cure all the way through and some nails had the nail beds polished too which then afterwards peeled so I have a nail with no polish anymore and a couple are about to chip.. I got this manicure a week ago
