I was a walk in, regular pedicure and powder manicure, the pedicure was fine, the manicure is where it lacked the most. The table was dirty From previously being used. Towards the end the nail tech put the clear coating on top she said I have to wait until it dries and went to go attended to 3 other ladies and left. I thought she would b back bc a clear coat on the powder nails doesn’t take very long to dry. also after using of powder there’s still some residue left over which then comes in The dusting of the hands and the use of warm towel with some lotion to let the client know the service is done. That wasn’t the case in the situation the nail tech wasn’t thinking of returning and only did when she saw I was still at the table and just put oil on my cuticles and as she walked away said I could wash my hands if I wanted to. The lack of attention to detail is where there need to put most of their attention too. there wasn’t many people in the salon to begin with, at most I would say 6 but not at the same time n not for the same services. I came to relax and enjoy sister bonding time before she left for college but instead I left was frustration n disappointment.The pictures attached are what I saw while I was waiting, again it’s attention to detail where they lack in. there was only 3 people in the salon and The two owners were sitting down while the dirt was still on the floor I believe if it’s your business you should care more about.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt this one was necessary. The staff is pretty rude and extremely focused / aggressive on getting more money. The quality of their services despite the unreasonably expensive prices is poor and I never want to go here nor recommend anyone else does either. Please support other salons who actually value quality and respect when it comes to people.

Came as a walk in and asked at front desk how much a fill in would be, they wouldn’t answer me till I sat down which is awkward if I didn’t want to stay. They told me $48 and my regular nail person is $40 I said no thank you my regular is more affordable. She turned around and said something in their language to the other staff and they all laughed as I walked out. Super rude and unprofessional. I tried to avoid any awkwardness by asking up front how much. You shouldn’t pressure anyone by having them get seated ready to go if they are just inquiring about the price.

I went in today for my 1:00 appointment with Vincent only to find out he took another client before I walked through the door and the receptionist asked me to come back. After explaining I got a babysitter to make my appointment they sat me and I could tell Vincent was not happy. I asked for short and coffin shaped nails and at one point he told me I couldn’t go any shorter (even though they are longer then I’ve ever gotten my nails before). Not to mention he didn’t get all of the residual nail polish off of my nails prior to putting on a new set, didn’t cut my cuticles, put cream on at the end or anything. $75 later and I don’t have the look I wanted and paid for nor the experience by any means. I would not recommend

So I had a 11am appointment, called the day before. Walked in at 10:55am. There was a line and was told I had to wait 10 mins. I let them know I had an appointment, have no problem waiting so I said I’m going to the store next store, I’ll be back in ten or call me when you’re ready (they have my number from the appointment). They said ok no problem. I come back 15 mins later and they took everyone who was waiting on line instead of calling that someone was ready and told me I had to wait a while again. Now it’s almost a half hour from my appointment and I asked what happen? They said I didn’t wait so they took other people. They told me ok no problem to walk next door. So I said this to them and asked to you honor appointment? So just forget them? The lady who was rude as anything said yup ok. So I walked out. Never again. They are rude and don’t honor appointments

There really should be manager on site at this location. Wanted to get a pedicure on Sunday morning at 11:30am. Reminder they just opened at 11am. Instead of telling me to have a seat and wait they want to tell me no. Seriously. Every time I come here there is an issue. This will be the last time I come here .

This was my first time and will be my last. I was disgusted with how I was treated. Then told friends and they said “yep, don’t go there. Had a bad experience too.” It was terrible. The staff is mean, the prices are double anywhere else. Spend your money somewhere that cares about their customers.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE they messed up my nails multiple times and have the nerve to be so expensive at least do a decent job if u r going to charge that much

I called at 6:00 to see if I can get a fill done they told me they can’t do it because all the workers left for the day and hung up

7/10I liked the way Steven did my nails BUT not to sure if they are following all protocols... 😢 my pedicure was okay but MAYA was making me get something I didn’t want and I don’t like that! She even cut my skin on my big toe and just put water. She was using her phone with the gloves then touching my feet. I will go back to let Steven do my nails but I need someone else to do my pedicure. I’ll update in two weeks to see how everything goes with my nails / toes...update 7/17All well my nails are great. As for my toe nails and big toe she cut it’s still dark. 😩

Very pretty place. Service is not the greatest. A pedicure takes about 10 minutes to be done, including the painting. Only to remove the gel of my hands, they wanted to charge me 10 dollars. This is ridiculous. Wherever I go, the max I have gotten charged is $2-$3 dollars. I will never come back again.

I went here about a week ago and called up beforehand asking if they did acrylics and gave me a price of $55. When I got there I repeatedly told them I don’t want gel just acrylics and they put the gel on top of my acrylics after they told me it wasn’t. After she was done and I was ready to pay it came out to $75!!!!! And I asked and they told because I got gel and acrylics together after I repeatedly told them I did not want that. Ridiculous. Don’t go here

I love Victoria in Roosevelt Field but Oceanside they are so rude. There is no manager to complain to. They pick and choose who they want to service. I guess my money isnt green enough. I would give it no stars if I could. If need to go to Roosevelt field.

I went to Victoria nail salon at sands shopping center for the first time today. I was really excited to try them out. When the lady come to do my nail instead of soak my gel nail she instead put a fake nail underneath e pull it out. She pulled so hard and broke it mid nail. The pain was unbearable and I couldn’t believe what I was going through. Horrible service that not even 1 star this place deserves. Will never go back there. They will never have a dime from me ever again.

I went here for a manicure and pedicure. Was never told the price and when it was time to pay, normally a manicure/pedicure would be no more than 30.00 they charged my credit card 60.00 for a manicure/pedicure. I raised concern and was very upset by the fees, to be told by a supposed manager we have been closed for virus for 4 months, my reply was so you increase your prices dont tell me and charge my card 60.00!!! Customers should not have to pay at the expense of the Covid 19 virus as we are all in this together! How dare you steal money from people!

Ive been coming here since they opened. I was happy here. In the past couple of years referred 8 family members. A month ago they would have received 5 stars but today they are getting 1 star because everyone I referred has had a horrible experience there and Im very disappointed. We had a family get together and everyone shared their experience. I was embarrassed about referring them their. I started to pay attention and noticed not the entire staff is good at what they do. A few of them are even rude. Some of them talk about their clients in front of them in their own language. Ive always hated that. Either save your stories for break time or if you choose to talk in front of us say it in English so we can understand. Never again would I refer someone there.

Very nice and clean salon. I have been going to Jenny for my nails over a year. She does great !I have never been disappointed. I watch as I am getting my nails done and all of the techs do a good job. I have tried many salons in the area and i have left disappointed. At this salon they are very friendly as well.

Lyn did my spa pedi and gel powder mani. She was wonderful! I will definitely be back to her.The place itself is clean and beautiful. They have pedi chairs for small children and lots of options for types of pedicures between services and scents.They are a bit slick on the up sell but I kinda appreciate that. Great work in a short amount of time and a relaxing day.

Came here to get a pedicure and got my eyebrows threaded as well. The pedicure came out great, the technician really took her time to make sure my feet were looking their best! My eyebrows came out ok too. Definitely recommend for pedicures if you’re in the area. Decent color selection. Can be a bit pricy

Called ahead to ask if they did acrylic before actually going into the salon. They said yes. When it was time to apply the acrylic, they bring out the gel and tell me they don’t do acrylics anymore. And on top of that they charged me for something I didn’t want. At this place it’s not what you want, it’s what they want.

I had angela, she did a very good job on my nails. And sara always does amazing with my eyebrows.

I had my eyebrows, toes and fingers done. They did a lovely job and were pleasant and attentive. Prices were par for the service.

I would give it no stars if I could. Went Sunday afternoon for mani/pedi. It is now Monday 8:50 am. Just looked at my manicure. I have three chipped nails. I will NEVER go back there again. And just for everyones information I did not wash dishes (went out to dinner yesterday) or do anything that would cause my nails to chip.

Don’t go there really disappointed in the result. I asked for maroon with black design and I got simple pink and it still cost me too expensive.

My husbands nails were cut so short they hurt. The girl also wanted to charge him more for his manicure because he has a lot of skin around his cuticles. Well since when do you charge by the amount of skin a person has around their cuticles? My design on my ring fingers is subpar, but the manicure was ok.

Me and my cousin were excited ab getting acrylics. I decided to try a new place bc they had nkce designs. I didnt get what I wanted and it was way to expensive for such a simple nail. They only gave me sparkles. They result was nice BUT nowhere near what I asked fir. This also happened to my cousin and a lady next to me was conplain bc she was not getting what dhe asked for.

Got snotty when didn’t want a spa pedicure. She was very rough and cut cuticles without any oil. It hurt. Then asked if I was going to tip 12 dollars for a 27 dollar pedicure
