I love coming here to get my nails done! I live in LA and honestly I havnt found anyone here who does amazing work like the people here. Yes it’s kinda pricey but you get what you asked for

Everyone here is great. I like that the nail techs actually talk to you. Andy has been doing my nails for the past year and I’m always happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!

I found nail it on Yelp and the reviews are correct. Great salon. Everyone was so kind, service was excellent and Im very happy with my full set. Ill Definitely be going back for my fill. Amber was very sweet and the lady next to me was very happy with Bella.

Here in Cali on vacation. My one nail broke and I called this place to see if they could get me in. She said “yes, come right now, I’m available.” It took me about 13 minutes to get there and when I did the lady told me that they only wait 10 minutes and that my technician had left...????? Then the woman proceeded to tell me they’re closed. Even though their hours said open till 7 and it’s not even 6. They didn’t tell me they were “closing” and she didn’t say she would only wait 10 minutes. I had to cancel with another shop because they said they could get me in when clearly they couldn’t.

I originally called ahead of time to have my nails done by Andy since that’s who my friend recommended. The lady on the phone was rude first off and said I could see Andy after 2pm. I scheduled my nails for 2:30pm and she took my name and number. Once I got there I checked in and the same lady, I’m assuming, cut me off and was saying how Andy couldn’t come so if I wanted I could leave. Didn’t even offer to have another nail tech do my nails until I asked. I sat down with a different gentleman and I explained to him what I wanted. He was also rude and told me I couldn’t have a glittery color plus ad rhinestone because the rhinestone “wouldn’t show”. When I explained to him Ive had it do before and I liked the way it looked he cut me off and said “that was before somewhere else” Today (11/27/2019) was the first time I’ve ever been to this shop and I was not impressed. Also, I expressed how important it was to me for the nails to be evenly leveled so it wouldn’t chip super easily like I’ve experienced before and besides the attitude given to me by two people it was also clearly showed that he wasn’t listening to me, whenever I would talk, he would talk to someone else in his native tone, when I left my nail literally broke. I got into turn my wheel and my nail broke. I called and they told me if I wanted to get it fixed I had to pay AND HUNG UP ON ME. This is the rudest and nastiest place I’ve ever been and had the absolute worse customer service

Place was pretty good. Was worried it wouldnt be.. but after I told the lady how much i was a perfectionist with my gel manicure, she took it to heart and did a great job. (Long brown hair) only complaint: product (sea salt/lotion) was on cheaper side. (As most salons are) but my fingers look perfect.

Wasnt thrilled with the nail job done here. My nails chipped & peeled way too soon after having them done. The staff doesnt make any attempt to get to know the customers. They spend the time talking to each other while doing customers nails. Only thing I liked was that the Spa chair foot bowls are lined with plastic and changed out for every customer making it much more sanitary.

I got the summer pedicure.. it was nice but I wished they had a hotter stone.. the one he used on me weren’t even that warm.. kinda disappointed 😔

I dont let anyone touch my eye brows except the owner (wish i remembered her name!). She has eye lash waxing down to a artform and really appreciates getting your face right. The pedi and mani experience is amazing and my nails last almost a month getting acrylic or doing Gel! Only thing missing is champagne and child care (if your a mom) but even then, they are so sweet about bringing your little one, and give them a nice experince too. Great pricing and great relaxing service. Def my favorite Nail spot in Oceanside!

Absolutely amazing!!!

All around horrible. My nails are uneven, powder was dirty so not only is there dirt and other things stuck inside my nails but my nails now have a yellow tint. Called and asked for a refund, not only were they rude but was refused the refund. Will never go back and will make sure no other friends make the mistake of going here.

The nail quality is amazing, but, the customer service, not so much. After going 10 times to the nail salon they give you a free pedicure reward and when I went to redeem the owner said it wouldnt work so I had to pay full price! They just take your money!!!I went to take my sister to get her eyebrows done and only for them to tell me I cant pay with card because of the $10 is the minimum for cards! (no where in the store does it say that)I had to get my eyebrows done in order to be able to pay with card!!!! She was being very petty and did my eyebrows really bad!!!

Lisa does a decent job on nails, BUT she is ALWAYS late for her booked appointments by no less then 15/20 minutes .. it’s rude and unprofessional . Don’t bother making appointments as they won’t be on time anyway, then they rush through you making it a bad experience. They run on the expensive side and don’t even do that good of a job. They are not up to date on the latest nail trends with their training or supplies .. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value your time and money!

This used to be my go to place the lady that works here named Lisa is amazing. Unfortunately today I went in to get my nails done and she was not available which was OK unfortunately though she recommended me to a gentleman that also did nails there. Im warning you now ladies do not let that gentleman to your nails they came out terrible and Im super disappointed that she recommended letting this gentleman do my nails you have lost my business I do apologize

This nail shop is about 30 mins from my house but worth every minute of the drive! Tao (I hope I spelled that right) is AMAZING! the prices are great and they have a punch card if you do a certain amount of manicures you get a free pedicure💙

I usually schedule a gel mani and sometimes regular spa pedi with anybody who is available. Although everyone who has done my nails so far has done a good job, I do have my favorites. The only con is that even though I always schedule an appointment and even arrive early, most of the time a nail technician wont start on my nails until after the appointment time. Customer service is good as well.

Lisa is excellent at doing your nails but I have not been able to find someone there that gives a good pedicure.

I have been going to Jazzynails for many years, and I would not choose any other salon. The three people working there are the owners, and all of them are very professional. and very accomplished.

I had a great experience at this shop my first couple visits. But it went downhill after that. Complaining my nails were too long and I should have called ahead. Each time I came there were only 2 other customers and about 4 to 5 nail technicians. Im not going to spend my hard earned money and listen to complaints. I took my business elsewhere and am completely happy

I am surprised these people are still in buisness. These are new owners of this salon, I believe in the last few months. I am outraged that I even stayed for my pedicure with the way I was greeted. No one was there when I arrived, the place was empty, I went in during my lunch around noon, what a joke from start to finish. Everyone was so very rude, no one smiled, it was as if I was in another country. The entire awefull ordeal was agonizing to say the least. They spoke back and forth in there Vietnamese language to eachotehr the entire time, very loudly. The massage was less than 3 minutes. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DONT GO HERE. They should be greeting everyone with a smile and giving you a relaxing, enjoyable time, you wont get that here. Go to Platinium Nail on Oceanside Blvd. All the girls are amazing, Kim, Teresa, Nancy, take your pick.
