Apparently if a salon artist leaves their location they cancel without calling you and dont try to apologize. I called days ago to confirm my appointment and they never called me back. Lost my business because they dont care.

Will not be returning. Did not get what I wanted. First and last time trying thinned hair. Left uneven clumps in the middle and put a layer of hair to cover it up. I didnt notice the clumps until the next day because she hid the unevenness by giving me curls.Edit: Upon further inspection, not only is the back butchered, but I compared the front layers and they are uneven lengths. I have to go someplace else to get it cut evenly. What a waste of $60. If you decide to get your hair cut by Roxy then do it at your own risk.
