High quality everything! Awesome decor and very relaxing. Zen Nails is beautiful and so are the people there. I loved my experience and my nails came out perfect. I’d never tried dip before and I got to tonight. So cool. They have a great selection of colors and are such nice people to talk to.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT EFFECTIVE 11/19Stopped in today after a fiasco of an experience down at Prestige Nails and was completely wowed by our experience at the new Zen Nails & Spa. The place was closed down in the beginning of November 2019 for renovations and has brand new comfortable massage chairs and modern chic decor. But what makes this special is the attention to detail provided by Sandy and Don. My Mom and I both got gel pedicures today and had a wonderful relaxing experience. This is definitely my new place and I’m looking forward to going back.

Went here for mani/pedis. Sat in the chair for a pedi for 40 mins before anyone came over. I was moved from there to get my mani done and sat there for almost an hour and a half. She did a poor job on my nails and didn’t even give a discount. While I was in there, another customer had an appointment at 1pm and they skipped over her. Do not recommend.

They really did make our nails gorgeous at this place the lady was kind of hard to understand but thats okay because she spoke with her hands to my feet and my feet were very happy for her language of love also they didnt have the little fish that you can put your feet in but thats okay because I got a massage on my legs that made me feel like I had died and gone to heaven and who doesnt like that thanks gorgeous nails Ill be back again.

Awful, awful! Do not go here! I was there for over 2 hours for a fill and pink and white French manicure. Lots of cuts, super thin, wrong tools, the pink smeared under light! Employees claim owner gives them wrong tools and wrong size table! Ladies and gentlemen, I have gotten my nails done at various places for over 15 years! Nothing ever came close to this awful job! I left with only smeared, crooked, pink nails. If this place stays open, I will be shocked. My nail tech was the male.

Never again! These photos show the results of a facial wax and relaxing facial. Dont come here. They clearly dont know what theyre doing. May have to seek medical attention.

Im not really into getting pedicures (due to the fact that I hate feet), but with my feet hurting and swollen I desperately needed one. I went on Monday afternoon and was in the chair almost instantly. The staff were professional and did a wonderful job (so good that I forgot my disdain for feet).I didnt get the name of the technician who gave the pedicure, but she was a sweetheart. She barely spoke English, but really tried to make conversation with me. Overall I cant think of anything to improve on. I highly recommend this place!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Not only do they pressure you into getting something you don’t want, but they do not do a good job on the task. The index finger on both my hands popped off so I went in for a fill. I go in and I ask for white REGULAR and she tries to convince me to do gel over and over again. I asked her to please do my index fingers the same as my other ones (coffin) and she made the index fingers WAY shorter and round. Not only were they not the same size or shape, but both of them were crooked. PLEASE do not go here. They don’t know what they’re doing and it’s over priced.

It wasn’t very good. I don’t feel they did a thorough job on my mani/pedi and definitely wouldn’t return.

I got acrylics and they lasted for about 2 and a half weeks, i recoment this! the color didnt chip or wear out as well

INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE AND TOOK A VERY VER LONG TIME ! My nails literally came off in 4 days they didn’t do what I asked I asked for coffin I got almond she didn’t put enough glue and looked like she did not know what she was doing !
