I am extremely upset and discussed with this nail salon. I have been coming here to do fill in and on Sunday the 1st I went and got a new set. Today is the 10th and I already broke 4 nails. I went in today and asked him to redue my nails by making it thicker and he refused. He said that my nail shape brakes easily so why not make it thicker? I went four times in the matter of a week and instead of fixing them and I even pay he would rather lose a customer then to honor his work in a empty nail salon because no one was in the store so he had plenty of time. He even gave me a refund of $40 for my full set. Which was Insane because all I wanted was my nails fixed for valentines. I got that nail fixed by someone else and when I came home middle nail on my other hand broke. CHEAP JOB! NOT VERY NICE! THE MAN DOESNT HONOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY FONT HONOR FIXING IF ITS MORE THAN ONE TIME. DONT GO THERE!!! They have horrible reviews and I never checked it until now! They have bad reviews for a reason!!!!

I only been there two times, both times I went I left with not a good job. This time I was basically telling the girl how to do her job! She didn’t even cut my cuticles, my nails were uneven, the nail polish was bumpy. I could of done a better job at home. Would not recommend..

I have been going to Rainbow Nails for months for fill-ins cut downs and polish. They arent the friendliest but they did a decent job. So I started going with my friend. Wed both decided it was time to cut our natural nails down and start fresh with a new set. I told my friend that Id never had them do a full set on me. Fortunately for me I was unable to keep my appointment (first time Ive ever cancelled an appointment) but my friend still kept hers. She brought in a picture of what she wanted and had them do a new full set. She was there for HOURS and her nails look TERRIBLE! They are all wonky. After the first nail tech messed up the owner stepped in. Between the two they really jacked up her nails. Theyre short, wavy and like Id stayed earlier just look wonky. To add insult to injury they charged her $55 which is more then DOUBLE the advertised price in their window. I cannot believe she paid that, shes a better person then I because I wouldve outright refused. Forget the picture she brought in (which wasnt something crazy) a simple fade in polish from pink to white. Her nails are all different shapes and just one color, light pink.I feel badly because I had recommended this place.... I would NEVER go there again. Not ONLY because of the disgusting job they did, or the time my friend wasted there but the insult to injury by them NOT honoring theyre own advertised pricing. I gave them 1 star only because you cannot give zero or negative stars! My advice STAY AWAY! If any business doesnt honor its own advertised pricing and doesnt inform you up front that says all you need to know about them.
