Amazing! Always a hit when I go here. The staff knows exactly what they’re doing, the wait is never long, and the service is always quality. The prices are more than fair ($30 for a French Gel) and well worth every penny. 100% my go-to!!!

First visiting, staff was nice and helpful. They understood English very well.Seemed to kind of rushed through the process a wee bit, but they did take their time on the massage part.The acrylic overlay on my toes could have been done way better, they are not shaped to match, buffed or anything. And you can tell through the get paint.🤨 She stated rushing when other customers showed up.Love the color my nail tech picked out for me.The salon was clean, quiet and peaceful. Clean rest rooms etc.Probably would visit again if it was an emergency or something.

I been going here for the past 5 years and was a little disappointed in these reviews. Mary is the best nail stylist ever!!! She takes her time and builds a bond with her customers and their prices are so good!!! Other places I been their prices were too high for the same thing I would get here.

As a customer, I dont ever complain and Im always extremely patient because I know service occupations can be stressful and long, however, this time, my patience was tested. I walked in with my daughter for manicures/ full set, and a very friendly man handling the front desk welcomed us and mentioned a 10 min wait. After 40 mins we were finally acknowledged and they began working on my daughters nails. A while later, a male technician began working on my nails, he put the nail tips on and asked me to wait for him...I was already almost 2 hours in so, I just remained patient. As I waited for over 20 minutes, I noticed he began folding towels and then continued to help other customers as he ignored me. I realized I was already there for 2 hours and I had a halfway job done, so I asked the lady tech to remove the tips because I could no longer wait... I didnt have time to sit for another hour. She apologized and offered $10 off for my daughters nails, I was thankful (wasnt her fault), but still felt upset for the time wasted. I walked away with glue on my nails and some of the tips still on. Dont waste your time, find a better rated nail salon!

I got a pedicure, eyebrow, and lip waxing here for the first time. Walking into the shop, it was not welcoming and one lady was staring me down, and didn’t even greet me. The lady that did my pedicure was nice, but the lady that did my eyebrows was very unprofessional. She was talking on the phone the while waxing my eyebrows, and now my eyebrows look a hot mess. This place is a no for me....

I went in to get gel acrylic nails. I waited for about 15 minutes before I got in a chair because I was told that the stylists that were available don’t do acrylic. When I get in the chair the man doing the acrylics clearly did not know how to put them on. There was so much glue it dropped into my nail bed. HE CLIPPED HIS NAILS IN BETWEEN CLIPPING MINE! He told me to pick a color and never came back to the chair, I was sitting in the chair for about 25 minutes before a women sat down to shape them. I showed a picture of oval nails and told them I wanted oval. The women filed it into an almond shape before I could do anything about it, another nail artist decided that she wanted to do my nails. I told her they were the wrong shape so she redid my acrylics. Instead of soaking them, she dipped them into a acetone for a couple of seconds and proceeded to rip the acrylic off and file down repeatedly my already thinned out nails. The women redid the shape and it was almond but with a flat top. I was told that I can’t get oval unless my nails were a certain length. I’ve been getting oval nails for 6 years now and have always kept my nails short so I knew she was incorrect. The women then tried to show me the difference on a long nail and it was the same shape. She then ripped off and filed my nails but left acrylic glue and part of the I ripped off acrylic on my nails. PLEASE DONT GO HERE! I can tell these artists are probably not licensed from their inability to do any shape besides almond.

Unprofessional. I did not get what I asked for (shape, style of tip & pink powder) my acrylic is uneven and the sides weren’t filed right…I wanted to walk out so bad this is the first and last time I’ll go back to any salon and stick to small b/o . I unfortunately paid 60$ for my time here which was not worth it here .

This place is a little bit more expensive, but it is NEW and CLEAN, which is important to me. The service didnt amaze me, but they were certainly friendly. The spa pedicure chairs are very nice and quiet.

This place is not even worth 1 star. Went in for a gel manicure and 1 1/2 hours later I was still sitting there with only the old gel taken off. Old man working there who started my nails walked away to fold towels then started on another manicure. Never acknowledged when or if he was coming back. Another customer was told 15 minutes for a pedicure and after waiting an hour wad told it would be another 30 minutes. Do not go here unless you have a day to wait. Poor management!

I got a full set and 3 days later 3 nails broke off while I put one shoe one…I called to get them fixed they said they will charge me this is my fault…zero customer service not willing to help with THEIR mistake…I have tried this place multiple times I’m finally done…DONT GO

2nd time I go with my daughter. The 1st time it was cool not bad at all gel pedicure 2nd time we got ignored so we left but i wasnt upset it was a busy weekend so i went back during the week but horrible job and they cut my daughters toe. DONT GO SAVE YOUR MONEY and there one lady that is working on her own clients but feels the need to get in everyone else clients. Super bossy and rude to clients and employees

The owner is extremely rude to customers. After getting my pedicure I wanted to relax in the massage chair a little bit longer( literally an extra five minutes) and I was the only customer in the salon. The owner said its time to go and pulled me out of the chair and towards the register. I am not going back.

Linda is absolutely amazing. Shes super sweet and gave me the best experience possible. She listened to what I wanted, tested out colors for me, and even gave me an arm massage! I feel like she really does her job with love, care, and attention to detail. As for the shop as a whole, I appreciated how clean and organized it was and I enjoyed the entire process. Ill definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I used to come here a few years ago and I loved it. I stopped getting my nails done for a few years but came in recently. They were rushing to get my nails done, I got acrylics. The ended up lifting shortly after and they were filed so thin two of them broke. When I was paying I gave an extra 20 and asked for all 5s back to tip her $5 and she tried keeping 15. I felt bad so I just asked for my 5 back and let her keep the 10

Disappointed. I walked in a little after 7:00 (sign is posted they close at 8:00) and they rushed through my pedicure extremely fast, barely filed or scrubbed my feet. I was in and out in like 10 mins. I walked up to front to pay and I let the guy upfront know I wouldn’t be back. Because of how fast and rushed they were I didn’t want to leave a tip, but I did-and the guy yelled out you got a $2 tip. Not sure if that is normal for them to call out like that or if he was saying like “big deal”. They were in a hurry to get out of there (and I get wanting to go home after a long day) but I didn’t walk in at 7:50 I walked in at 7:20....if they didn’t want to stay open until 8:00 I don’t understand why they don’t just change their hours. Anyways, I won’t be back. I’ll take my money elsewhere, where they don’t rush me out the door.

I wanted to like this place...but not anymore.I had nails done Friday, by Saturday they already cracked and by Sunday 3 are cracked and 1 is peeling.The girl said my nails were strong enough for gel after having had dip nails for two weeks. I got a gel manicure...BIG MISTAKE.So I call to ask if I can get them fixed, I asked not just fixed, but tips instead. After already paying for my manicure and a tip on top of it, a total of $45.00 on Friday they want to charge me again to get nails redone after theyre already cracked and peeling after 1 - 2 days.Thanks, but no thanks.No wonder it 2.6 stars.

Safe and clean with friendly staff.

The woman who worked with me was great! She was careful and patient and did a full set of acrylics. Not perfect but very nice. She also stayed way past closing to help me out, as I was going to get married the next day and had been working and otherwise had no options so last minute. Would have given a better review but towards the end, the few remaining people were talking loudly all around us and it was a bit rude. Also felt it was a bit pricey. $40 for a full set of acrylics with French tips. No massage or lotion on your hands or anything like that. The place seems clean but the tools arent sterile. A bit pricey for something that doesnt seem very high quality.

They were all very sweet and kind at this location. My husband let me know about previous reviews that were negative, and personally I felt like it was a great experience. They offered to hold my baby when I walked in and showed him around to give me a little break, and made me feel welcome. Linda was my tech and she was a pro. They were closing soon at 830pm, but didnt make me feel rushed. I was able to have a nice break, cool nail color and great foot treatment. Linda was very thorough. I have the cleanest feet in Oceanside tonight! Thank you! Courtney

Ive been going there for a year, its a very clean place and I was lucky to get Emily the first time. She is so sweet and does a great job, so ever since then Ive always waited for Emily specifically and if I go with friends she makes sure to get another girl for my friend that will do a good job.

I started going here after too many bad experiences at a place in Vista Village. I was hoping a new place would equal better service and customer satisfaction. But my experiences are so up and down. I usually get the manager or her daughter, but my last visit I got the worst lady...I knew because every previous time I was there and she had a customer in her chair, I could always hear her apologizing and upset looks on customer faces....and now it was my turn to know why. I only needed a color change and wanted a French tip since I was getting married the next week, and had just gotten new acrylics my last visit. This woman broke 3 of my nails, and each time it would happen when I thought she was almost done. By the 3rd break, she didnt even replace the acrylic, just gobbed a ton of the powder mixture until it looked even enough to her. I didnt get an apology from her until the very end of 2 HOURS and it was insincere. On top of all that, the manager had the nerve to stop by and comment how nice they looked! Icing in the cake was the front desk guy had the nerve to remind me about leaving a tip. HAH!

I’m a pretty regular customer at this place, but I’ve had enough. If I could give a zero star review I would. I can’t even begin to list all the issues I had at this place, but a few big issues:1. I asked for a certain gel color, and SIX times she brought me the wrong color. After a lot of back and forth, turns out that all their colors were messed up and she refused to hunt down the actual one I asked for (just kept saying “No don’t got it”). She started arguing with me and had absolutely no sympathy for them being so unorganized.2. These ladies are so busy talking to each other in their language that she messed up on cutting and filing my nails that there was a few big jagged edges.3. Pretty sure I had the manager or something because she was in charge of checking people in and taking payment. She literally had no care for me, and forgot I was there about 4 times.I absolutely hate this place, and I left without any color because I didn’t want to give them ANY of my money. Don’t go here.

F’ing terrible. Wanted to charge me $60 for a fill and I told the lady absolutely not! I told her I wanted short almond shape nails and what I was expecting is not what I got. I paid over $40 for nails I hate. The lady cut me on almost all my fingers, nails are thick, not filed to my liking Would not recommend this place to anyone, EVER. If I could give this place a no star...I would.

Of the three Ten Perfect shops Ive been to this is by far the worst. Sloppy paint jobs, rushed, unfriendly. The first time I went i got fungus under my toe nails and the second time the woman was in such a rush that she didnt even completely paint my nails. Ill be making the drive to the Vista store from now on.

I am visiting here & chose this salon without reading reviews. I asked if they do powder dip. A young girl attempted to remove the powder dip I had on. She briefly attempted to remove with filing then used cotton swabs of acetone wrapped with foil on each nail. That is how gel polish is removed. It is damaging to nails. Another woman did the dip 3 times. It was the worst looking nails ever. I showed her a place she missed. She attempted to repair. When I showed her the smears she took my hand to do more. I told her I did not have time for her to redo my nails & that I just wanted to get out of there. My fiancé paid $45 before it was completed or she wouldn’t have gotten any money from me. All she said was I’m sorry. She must have been the manager. She was distracted & kept writing down names. She also put a gel polish top coat. And used ultraviolet light. That is damaging too. That’s why I chose powder. No gel polish. No UV light. Do not go there for powder dip nails.

I’ve been going to this place for a few years and I went to a different nail place owned by the same owners prior to that. Honestly, I like it a lot here, especially compared to other nails salons in the area. I usually go for gel polish on my hands and a pedicure. They are very thorough and clean and the massages and services are always very well done. They have fixed other places work and the one time I was (very) unhappy about the quality of my manicure there they acknowledged it immediately, got a more senior employee and redid the whole thing (hand massage and all) asking every step of the way if I liked it and if it was going ok. I mean there have been some hit and misses where my nails didn’t exactly turn out like the Pinterest picture lol, but over all I’m a loyal customer and have taken friends and family there on multiple occasions.

They took forever yet somehow I still had poor service. I went in for a fill they didnt reshape even tho I asked they left them uneven even agywr I told them to make them even! Then when I got home I saw they had only some the finishing coat on one of my feet so now one side is shiny & the other is opaque matte looking . NEVER going there again! Do NOT recomend!

Only reason why I give 3 stars is because they are the only one in area open late. Plus they have matching chairs/stations (I appreciate presentation) but their customer service isnt the best. Havent really found a nail salon that does though...

Rude staff. I wanted a basic mani/pedi. The tech argued that I need gel or dip... I said basic mani pedi. She got up and took her cart to another person...my friend, who she then cut badly and tried to blame the cut on a dry cuticle. Trim- don’t pull- sister. Then she got nail glue from another tech (mid service) attempting to glue my friend’s cut. We both said no! She argued... we are ER nurses, so just stop...At that point I just wanted out. We both left with marginal pedicures and no manicures but not before the manager couple tried to school us. Paaaleeeeze! Don’t even. Went and got chlorhexidine to soak in...

Been several time. Never amazing but at least they are clean and friendly. This last time I had to ask then tell, the nail technician 3 times to not drimmal my toe nails during a pedicure. Then she argued with me about it. Nailed looked less than par and they had to void my charges cuz they charged me.for someone elses services. :/

This place is AWFUL. employees are rude and yell at you. I came in to get chrome nails for Coachella and left with the most hideous nails and was so embarrassed and upset my entire weekend. They left patches not covered and when i asked for more chrome powder to cover the patches, they told me no because it would ruin the nails... i work in a salon ;) and i know that they wouldnt be ruined.They end up charging you more than they say and the place is unsanitary. if i could do 0 stars i would honey, never go here.

I’m so disappointed I gave this place a chance, I walked in with perfectly shaped coffin nails from my previous nail tech, I needed a fill so I figured how can some one mess that up? Well I was wrong the lady working on my nails did a horrible job at shaping my nails the way they were, it wasn’t coffin nor square, such bad quality my nails are horrible, I do not recommend this place to anyone!!

Just got my nails done there. Only went due to I had a gift card. I chose the powder dip for my nails... the lady mutilated my skin (bleeding). She said it was bc I had a lot of dry skin... She sped through my nails bc people kept coming in & obviously she was more concerned for the extra cash flow. I left w/glue caked under my fingernails & on my skin. She was stone cold the whole time. No small talk whats so ever. Which isnt horrible bc I have screaming kids, so the silence was nice. But the more I noticed she didnt give a da**n about her work, it started to bother me. I also got a pedicure. The lady was pleasant. I asked for an upgraded spa pedicure, but the massage was very half fast. Yes I had a gift card, but paid extra out of pocket for the upgrades I got. The environment is very clean & it smelt amazing, but I wont be going back.

First time there and got to say I loved it Ill be coming back soon but only if I get Linda again who was extremely sweet friendly and paid attention to every detail from the beginning. Seriously everyone else seemed really rude to their clients.

They have the rudest customer service. Also had people start my nails who didn’t have their license to be doing so. Then I waited two hours for someone who did have a license while they took other people, started and finished their nails, to finally come back to me. By that point I just walked out. I will NEVER go back. It’s illegal to work on someone’s nails if you don’t have a license in a shop. Most horrible nail experience I’ve ever had.

The lady who did my nails was extremely nice and explained the what different types of pedicures were and why they would benefit my feet which in desperate need of some TLC. Will definitely be going again!!

I would not recommend anyone to come here. Came in for a basic manicure and pedicure and I was left disappointed. Very poor quality and my manicure just looks mediocre. The lady dumped the water she used on my nails into the foot tub while my feet were submerged. Just the worst experience!

I’ve been here a few times and hated how Mary always argued with me about what I wanted but this last time beat all. I had new tips on and Mary wanted to remove them to give me a new set for no reason. I said no. Someone else helped me and did what I wanted done. Then I asked for an eyebrow wax and Mary actually tugged on my chin peach fuzz and told me I needed that waxed too! Who does that?

Really depends who you get but all it takes is one really bad experience and we wont be going back. When you specifically tell the technician not to do somthing. No design or no buffing and they argue ...yes argue with you about it.... no thanks

If I could give this place a zero I would. They were so rude, and it was a complete nightmare. Nails look aweful and will never return. If you are thinking of going in here I would think twice. Also their prices are ridiculous, and if you ask for something they dont want to do, they will upcharge per nail to try to talk you out of it or make sure it cost so much you wont ask for it again. Never again! Worst exerience for nails ever!!

Horrible never going back i just got my nails done last night got a fill and nails chiped already .As expensive as it was i would at least think they would do a good job ...The owner was to busy telling her employes how to clean before they leave and was practacly being loud the whole time I was there .Very unprofesional .Would NOT go back to this place !!!!

This place took 3 hours to do a full set of acrylics each and then gave both my friend and I finger nail fungus thats lasted for 3 months now and our acrylics fell off with in less then a week.
