Used Grace Realty site for years, check the online site, picturea are very accurate, book online confidently

They took 3 weeks to tell us they double booked our unit after repeated requeststo send the contract. By then there was no inventory available and we had to settle. They were no help, didnt care at all and made no effort to go out of their way to help. We ended up renting from Berger. Never again.

Good service. Was disappointed that they had no public bathroom. I had driven 3.5 hours. It Was noon, but they refused to give me the key for my rental unit until 2 pm even though the unit had been cleaned.

I had the opportunity to purchase another property from Grace realty and my agent was Kathy Martino. What a wonderful experience we had Kathy took care of all the details make sure everything was complete settlement came off on time such a nice person to deal with efficient very capable a credit to Grace realty and after this being the second time Ive dealt with Kathy I would recommend her to everyone who has any interest in a property at the shore great job Kathy thank you for everything Grace really you have a real winner there

I purchased our place in Ocean City from Grace using Carolee who was fantastic. This is the second season Im using them for summer rentals. They have been a joy to work with, very professional and yet with a down to earth touch. Very concerned about the satisfaction of homeowners and renters. Carolee, Pat, Phil, Bev and the girls are the best. I only list with Grace because of their honesty, expertise, follow through and approachibility. Great company.

Grace Realty is terrible! Pat an agent there led my mom to believe the house was Wheelchair friendly and it was not! We got no help from Pat or the owner and not even a sorry! If my husband hadnt found wood and tools in the downstairs area and built a ramp into the living area my mother would have had to spend the week in the hallway!Terrible! Dont rent from Grace realty!

Had no issues. The realtor I worked with was very nice and let me pay weekly until rental was paid for. Place was great for the price.

Poor communication after the rental contract has been made. They dont answer the phone and are hard to reach.
