I had a terrible communication problem with Quincy wrecker. I was connected to their service through Allstate motor club for a flat bed tow. We waited on the side of the road for almost 2 hours when we called back they had not sent a flatbed. All of the phone reps were nice enough but not enough action to update me. It was getting dark so I needed to get me, my teenage son, and our German shepherd to a hotel for the night. I was told a flatbed was on the way and that I could confidental leave key and car as we climbed into an uber for the hotel. I called back 3 times up until 11pm trying to get confirmation that the car had been successfully towed. Each time I was told that they couldnt reach the driver. I received an automated text message at midnight that thanked me for my business and to call with any questions. I assumed this was my confirmation. I called the BMW dealership of Ocala in the early morning. I was shocked to learn that my car was NOT on the lot. Several phone calls and HOURS later they finally got ahold of the driver who said he got called away for a police job and never towed my car! Most importantly, he didnt tell anybody and was unavailable ALL morning. COMMUNICATION non existent. That driver should be trained to communicate. I trust the company to tow my car without me there; and left the keys! Thank goodness nothing was stolen to my knowledge. I ordered a tow to rescue my car from a different service and I immediately called Allstate to tell them to remove Quincy from their list. To this moment I have not received any contact from Quincy apologizing for this situation. BAD customer care
