DO NOT use them, there is more sheep & option around. They tow my truck and took it to their yard, next day they issue me $7800 bill for 23 miles.The customer service is Terrible, they only accept cash to not pay the taxes.They try their best to keep vehicle and sell it in auction.

Very bad experience, my truck was involved in accident, my truck was drivable, but they insist and told the police that is not safe to drive.After 2 days I called to release my truck but I have to come from different state to pay $ 7200 cash. No wiring no zell no EFS.Owner speaking to me with a nasty actitud, ( cash or bye bye ).Do no call them, you will lose your property.

The person I talked to was so mean to me. I was calling because my dad was in an accident and his vehicle was there. I have never gone through anything like this and I felt like I was an inconvenience. When I asked questions as to why he was mean, he became defensive and just a miserable experience. Teresa, however, was amazing. We called a few days later when my dad was more coherent and she was amazing.

Worse of the worse, the owner he contact with authorities in the area so if you broke down or got involved in accident, the police force you to be towed, of course they’re the #1 who they call. As soon they locked up your vehicle they ask for half of the value.If you don’t pay they put lean hold and take it.

Very honestly people. You don’t get that these days. Fair on the price did not over charge on tows like most company’s. Drivers are GREAT!! Tow trucks clean and comfortable. This is my A plus towing company won’t go to anyone else. Thanks guys you are the BEST!!!

I met the owner Steve and his wife Beth for business the other day but they been there since the early 80s hey second and I think third generation business.They are a towing and recovery service so depending if you have someone parked in your parking lot that you don’t know who it is they take care of that and I’m not sure how recovery works but that’s part of their business I think that’s if you have financed somebody vehicle and they’re not paying their bills They’ll go recovery for you.Steve and Beth are very much involved in the community and I would highly recommend them for any of their services
