Your tow truck driver ruined my transmission/torque converter!!! Times were rough and we got behind on payments. We were behind 2 payments with a third looming so we borrowed money and made a payment on a Monday. The next payment due came the next days on Tuesday. Unfortunately the payment we made the day before (Monday) didnt process on the banks end until Wednesday, so Tuesday the bank ordered a repossession. Your tow truck driver dragged my car in park for over 70 which completely ruined our transmission/torque converter. This negligence on your drivers part cost me well over $5000. If we were in different times, perhaps mid evil times, I would feel fully justified in ending said drivers life with a giant sword as if I were slaying a village menacing dragon. Unfortunately were not so I just have to except the financial crippling loss, without so much as a Im sorry from your company or driver. Just because someones vehicle is being repossessed that doesnt give you the right to tow it in an unprofessional manner.

Even though the reason I was visiting here was not a happy one the lady in the office worked with me to recover my property and was more than courteous with me. Very professional company
