They had it ready very fast and also made a suggestion to improve it - it turned out even better than expected and they really helped me out of a jam. Even though they went above and beyond, and printed it faster than anyone else would, they still charged me the same price as a ‘routine job’.Great people all around!

My family ran into an issue with the printing of my grandmother funeral program. With quick thinking we decided to bring our business to PIP. Cindy and her team were so professional. We asked for a deadline of 12 the next day. She advised that she not be able to make the deadline but she would have them done before they closed. However, she met the deadline. I truly appreciate her and her team for their due diligence to get this done. #supportsmallbusinesses

In my time of need my mothers funeral- I needed to print her program - it was 48 hour notice that was not met with I cant do - but I WILL do- they were exceptionally prepared for my family- Thank you PIP!! Youll see us again

Sent them resumes for 15 copies via email. They did not remove the email headers and printed out 20 pages that had only one line on them. Charged us $4.20 for their mistake. When I inquired about their ineptitude, they became rude. They stated that we should have told them that we wanted all of the information that is not pertinent to a RESUME removed. I explained that I have been to print shops all over the country and they automatically remove the garbage on a RESUME not needed. He then states that they do do that service but for a fee. I then asked why did you not offer said service and he replied, Well you should have asked. They are scammers and they all were rude. Never ever going there again. If I could, 0 Stars!

I had already had a rough start to my day. But I called ahead to see if they could print a document fast and I would be there in 30 minutes. When I got there I was met with smiles and my document ready! They could tell I was in a mood and gave me encouraging words before paying and heading on my way. Highly recommend this cute print shop!
