My experience with you was terrible. You rescheduled the delivery of my pods once and then they did not show at all the second scheduled day. Then we found out that the pods were not even in Bolingbrook and still had to wait an extra 2 hours for them on the day they finally got delivered. The only good thing I have to say is that the movers recommended by you were fantastic.

Just wanted to thank the Ops Manager Gray and his customer service team for assisting us and assuring us our freight left on time to our destination. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on the phone and provide me with all the information I needed. Great team!

Most ups arent very friendly but i swear every interaction i had was like talking to someone that wanted me to die. Im dropping frieght not killing your kids. Hope i never have to drop here again...

Every time Ive had to pick up from their South Holland location has been an ease. They (employees) are very organized & professional, representative of the standards that UPS stands for.

Horrible customer service from the lady with the glasses at linehaul/dispatch. She didnt acknowledge that I was standing in from of her so I could be waited on. She wasnt wearing the mask properly, her attitude was terrible and she looked miserable and treated everyone at the counter with that attitude. Just simple manners go a long way.

Really nice place to do business. The lady at the desk was so friendly and made my task so easy. Also the gentleman that drop the product. Did a great service to me as well becuz he had help to unload the pallet because I was really struggling on my own. But seen i was determined to get the job done and which did. SoThank you. Worst UPS I’ve ever been. Worst dispatch office. I have never seen this much of negativity. Very negative people. Lady didn’t want to explain anything, they said wait in your truck we call when its ready, eventually I was stock there from 10pm to 6am in the morning.Honestly this is the first UPS that I experienced this kind of service with.

Great place to work if you can handle the pace of a high speed environment. Safety is foremost the most important aspect there. They truly care for their people and it shows in the training.

Was a fun place to work there!! Was there 10 years as a clerk. My health declined and had to quit in 2018!!

Never had such a worst experience with UPS as a package going to this facility. Freight arrived on 6/5/18 and as of now still has not been unloaded to be sent to next location. When i called 2 weeks ago they said it would be unloaded by early last week. When i called today they said other trailers came in that took priority. If you are shipping freight try to avoid it going through this terminal if at all possible.

I worked there before I had to quit no employee in there care about y’all packet when I start the manager told all the new comer if u break or damage something load it all the way to the back and keep it pushing

Need to be fixed bad attitide and slow staff. They want me to pickup at 8:00 p.m but a load is not ready at 8:00. Are you serious? If i cant deliver the load on time you will call me 100 times and complain and why i cant complain...

Horrible service, disorganized. We have been waiting for our Sunsetter Awnings for weeks. Only to find out that it’s sitting on a dock at this place for two weeks. They are overpaid bums at this place. They other ups docks and employees we deal with around the country are great. The drivers are great. But the dock workers and management at this place could care less about heavy freight. Avoid this place and ship around it.

Nightmare for truck drivers. Horrible dispatchers. They work like they had carner treatment 10 min ago. Slow as sheet.

Dispatch sucks black lady in left window when you first walk in has a horrible attitude she needs to correct. Getting smart with customer is not professional neither is her hair style smh

Very disrespectful staff especially dispatch. When you come here be ready to waste at least 5-6 hrs. Sometimes it could last for 15-20 hrs. And the both ladies are very rude, if you will ask to evaluate their rudeness i would tell you f.king rude they are

Been here many times, you can ovnp park if waiting on your load/break, just drop your empty trailer, and bobtail to section near fence line area, Lil noisy but lol thats to be expected. You can use their axle scale to scale out on.

Dropped trailer at 6pm for overnight pick up, and only at 11am they told me my load was cancelled. So be aware

Went there at 09:30 to pick up load didnt leave there till 3:00 PM but they still wanted load delivered on time told them good luck get it there when I get there

Good place for freight. Empties are a bit scarce here for contractors though.

Dispatch refused to set an appointment for a freight shipment, when appointment services are on the bill of lading, until the shipment was en route to its destination. This is not typical of UPS freight, of course, just this terminal, but its certainly a creative understanding of the definition of the word appointment.

Convenient place to ship and receive freight items.
