Rented a chipper for a whole day. Was told that it had to be returned full of fuel. Had to put 7 gallons in before we used it. It wasnt even close to full. Started using it and it kept clogging up. My son (38 year old fireman/paramedic)thought that they were feeding it too fast. He started feeding it. It still clogged up. Used it on and off for 4 hours. Finally shut it down and loaded the trailer with limbs. This slowed us down tremendously. What should have been a one day job took us nearly 2 days. Might rent other things, but never the chipper.

Ive rented different pieces of equipment from this place great services from everyone up there except a female that runs the front office I believe her name is Tammy very unprofessional disrespectful rude for the following reasons I rented a pressure washer they showed me everything working outside me and the gentleman were talking while the machine was running therefore the time was running up on the machine were done shut the machine off load at the machine I went use the machine came back did not know that I had to go inside spoke to one of the guys outside after dropping it off he said I was good and I left I didnt get a phone call a few days later that I went over 20-something minutes I figured it was for the guy showing me the machine runs and how it operates and very disrespectful the lady in the front office had an attitude because I know the AC is hard to work in so I had a small Bill to take care of a 40-50 bucks just for the 20-something minutes of being over it took me a few days or weeks to get back over that direction make sure I got paid in full I apologize sincerely I got tied up in a few things but I made sure the bill was paid ever since then I have been penalized as far as renting equipment because they showed me how to operate a machine and made sure it worked seeing how they did that that would eat up the little bit of time that I was over but instead of explaining anything like that to me the lady has copped an attitude and had to ask for permission when I asked her why do we have to ask for permission she said it was none of my business if I want to rent come up here and get it if not find someone else I just feel like thats very unprofessional on her end and I will make sure everyone knows about that Im outside day in and day out I rent pieces of equipment from several different lenders and Ive never had an issue ever but again it is a great place to rent equipment for the price however I would definitely change the Staffing inside and get rid of her and replace her with somebody else that knows how to deal with customers

Wish I could give a 0. Rented from them an Escavator. This machine had issues. I used it for an hour ( not the first time renting this). When we went to gas it up to take it back the next day we had to put 5 gallons of deasel when we only used 1 gallon. When I got to the shop I told Tammy about the extra gas . Her response was we have been having issues with that mechine. I asked her if we could get reimbursed for some of the gas, she stood and didnt respond. They dont accommodate their customers for issues. We wont return . Good luck using them!
