I will NEVER rent from KWI again.The equipment is old and worn-out.Yet, when you return the equipment, they claim that it was new and in perfect condition.And - since they already have your credit card information, theyll charge you after youre long gone, and you wont know about it until you receive your credit card bill.Unfortunate - but I learned my lesson.Id recommend anyone to go anywhere besides KWI - the price they quote you, is NOT the price youll pay.

My dad used a piece of equipment for 1 hr but was not done until 4:45 PM. Called shop informed them not possible to return same day. there at opening next day, 1/2 day additional, damage waiver charge added. BS. Equipment worked great for 1 hr...

My husband experienced discrimination ! they no longer want to rent out to him.There explanation was that he does not speak english,and that he does not like to abide by the rules,thats the reason they gave us.That is false! paid on time.Gets perfect translation by myself all the time,and all we do wrong is ask operational questions like any other client,and honestly pay anything extra,or extra hours.Someone has to know that they discriminate here.They will just block you in the system,without giving any good reasons as to why. Very dissapointed.

I rented a tamper on Saturday morning and got to keep it till Monday for the price of 1 day.

Rented a chipper from them and the blades are so dull and chipped that it can’t even take a branch

This place has what we need. Love how the store is set up. That being said. I have never encountered a more rude customer service person as Robin. Had it not been for our company needing the equipment and me only being an employee sent by my company. I definitely would of had told Robin exactly what she could do. The guy working there was very helpful.

I read both good and bad reviews about this shop. I found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and fair. I had a problem and when I brought it to their attention they promptly settled the matter to my satisfaction.

I told one of my crew supervisors if they EVER rent something from this place again.....YOURE FIRED! Im left again shaking my head after AGAIN, our last rental of a fork lift predictably broke down. Judging by the flaming moron mechanic who showed up to fix it, and if he is representative of how and especially who maintains KWI equipment, its easy to see why my company has experienced so many failures when weve chosen their equipment to get us through a job.Never again!

Good tools and pretty good prices as well

I called to get a price for a stump grinder. I was told that I could get one and said Id be right there to get it. When I got here someone else said they didnt have one available since it was going out tomorrow morning. Even though I only need it for a couple hours. Plenty of time to get it back and be ready for their next customer.

It’s important for them to know that their/your employees are representing the company well!I would just like to say that this is the 2nd year we have rented a bounce house from KWI Rental in Ocala, FL. Both bounce house were awesome, and everything worked flawlessly, we highly recommend them! What impressed me the most though, was the same guy, Chris Hester, came out this year to set it up that came out last year. This shows me that the company is able to retain employees and good ones at that. I distinctly remember thinking last year that he was truly a good representative of the company, and the company made a good choice in sending him out to deal directly with the public on their behalf. I was going to send a review then but, unfortunately, never did.Coming from a public affairs background, customer service is something that shouldn’t be taken lightly. This year was the same as last year, Chris is just simply pleasant to deal with, polite and respectful, he makes the company look good which is why I’m taking the time to write this. His junior guy was just as pleasant; both should be commended. As a small business owner in Ocala, I appreciate Chris and want the company to know that their employee was a solid representative of KWI.
