Went in on 11/20/17 to get a part it of course was wrong so we brought it back mind you it never came out the box so today on 11/21 the mechanic said he needed that part mine that is less than 4 months old went bad Rush peterbilt said is was under warranty so we go in the parts guy is very rude today and says that the parts we brought back had been on the truck which hadnt it takes 2hours to put the part on we had them less than 30 minutes so they wouldnt warranty the olds ones even after they told peterbilt they would Ill take my business to cat in Orlando even though Im 15 minutes from Ocala
