I sold a warranty that I didnt want or know about. As far as I know it was never removed. I asked to have it removed and was told 6 to 8 weeks. The warranty company said theres nothing they can do about it so I guess I have to call the better business bureau and take them to court.

I came into prestige to scan for a new used vehicle for myself as this would be my first one I ever purchased. Right when I came into prestige immediately I was greeted like I must’ve been going there for vehicles for 100+ Years and my experience was incredibly smooth and easy. I had already been to a few other auto dealers through out Ocala and was stressed out beyond imagination on the whole process. And just as fast as pulling into the parking lot and being greeted by one of the salesmen which his name was Chase. My worries went right down the drain. He couldn’t have been any more of a help to get me into a car THAT same day and be the one I would see myself in for a very long time. And all there vehicles are EXTREMELY nice. Any other auto dealer I’d been to had junky vehicles that weren’t worth half a penny. Their selection for cars felt endless. Prestige couldn’t possibly be the wrong choice for a first time buyer looking for a new used vehicle or just a vehicle in general for the experienced buyer. And it’s funny to say I wrote all this because I was THAT happy with the service I was provided with that I hope anyone with any doubt on where to go for a vehicle that may see this, chooses Prestige over any other dealer. Drive back the next day after securing the financing and insurance. On the way there we get a call to pull over and get lunch we are selling it to someone else. How could you possibly buy a vehicle from any place that does business like that. No integrity no Honor no accountability.

I don’t know if they are faking the reviews on this dealership or my husband and I was judged by the color of his skin. We jumped through hoops to give them all they needed for a vehicle and then to be approved and not even told the truck we wanted was already sold and someone else was looking at it when we where. Then when we called Knowing the truck was sold Heather asked for more paperwork, we go there to talk to her and she walked up to us said it is sold and literally just stared at us for 30 seconds til we walked away. That is not how a company should be and I wonder if everyone gets treated this way or only the ones of color! I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Then to talk to the manager and all we said to her she did not tell him so we lost out on a truck my husband truly wanted because of her lack of being professional

Amazing customer service from Tom, but failed to mention my lease required a buyout. Also the insurance spelled my name incorrectly and they said it was ok, seems odd. Car has a on and off check engine light. Hope they can help me service it.Edit: Check engine is gone. Probably an electrical issue.

My grandmother, 77 came in a week ago, shaun insisted on a 04 Kia my grandmother liked the car initially signed the paperwork and cut you people a check. For $800 of the $1200 (ridiculously high) down payment, she was assured by your salesman the car was nothing wrong with the car and it had passed a rigorous inspection. Not even a hour later my grandmother smelled somthing off, immediately the power steering was gone. She was then lied to and told the entire power steering system would be replaced for her in under an hour at no charge aka fill it up with more fluid so it would make it home and they could cash her check. it ton

The people at prestige are very friendly. I bought a car in October and they worked with me A LOT on the price after a couple of hours of back and forth of them trying to get me to budge and me stating my clear budget (I was more than okay to leave without the car.) first problem before even leaving the lot the low tire light wouldn’t shut off and I mentioned it and they said to drive around and it’ll turn off since they just filled the air. Got to my grandfathers house and the tires were low. Next day I was driving in an area that was 45 mph and noticed this really loud sound so I brought it back and they had me bring it to a shop where the shop advised the dealer ship all 4 tires were bad and sensors for tires were broke. Dealership paid for it. Everything seems okay, not even two weeks later try to roll down a window that worked on the test drive and it didn’t roll down. Call them up and they send me to some mom and pop repair shop where they charge me to fix it and don’t even bother to put the door panel on correctly and swear up down they didn’t take tints off but I literally have photos of the day I bought the car with tints and now they’re magically gone ( I didn’t go back to have them fix what they should’ve done properly because I live almost 2 hours away.) now after 3 months of having the car my engine keeps overheating because the fan to cool it doesn’t turn on. The ac doesn’t get cold unless you’re driving. I was better off keeping my 2007 car than I was getting this one. While the “price was right” in the end it wasn’t because they advertise keyless entry with no key fob and if you lock the door and unlocked it manually the alarm goes off until the key is the engine so $250 down the drain for a key fob, another $200 + for the window, unreported accidents that I could clearly see that they fail to put in advertisement (which is why I wasn’t keen on paying more), splash guard on driver side was dragging on the road and shredded so that had to be replaced, now I’m having to pay for the fan and the ac seems to be having issues as well so more money down the drain. In the end this car was not worth it at all and I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here Unless you’re a mechanic and can diagnose issues on the spot. Whoever they have inspecting these cars clearly isn’t, what took a tire shop five minutes to diagnose the sound issue, BALD TIRES, and broken sensors should’ve been caught and fixed before putting out on the sales floor. A family member brought me here because they knew the owner and so I put blind faith into this place especially after buying previously mentioned year 2007 car in 2015 and the car being amazing the first few years. I would like to give a shout out to the lady who gave me the paint to cover up the scratches on the car, best part about this terrible experience. She’s an amazing person.

We drove 3 hours to see a truck Prestige had for sale. Heather, our salesperson was very sweet. We took the truck for a drive, there was a power steering whine but figured it just needed fluid we had a 3rd party shop check over the unit. They found $5,000 in repairs, most of which were SAFETY issues- glazed brakes, cracked rotors, dryrotted coolant lines and belts. Sadly, Prestige would not fix the safety issues or reduce the sales price to cover them....We hope the next person who in interested in the diesel truck also has a 3rd party inspection. Some places are not as honest as they appear.
