If I could give a zero I would. Jeff is only interested in getting your money. I found the machine we were looking for my 89 year old mother. He said everything was in great working order. I also purchased an extra year warranty. 26 days after she got the machine, we noticed it leaking. It is the pump. He wants my mother to take it to his shop to fix it! He doesn’t return phone calls, he doesn’t show for appointments. He yells and screams and cusses on the phone.

They were excellent. Fixed my washer in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and polite. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I wouldnt even give this place a one but that is the minimum. Owner is rude and will lie trying to make himself look good then threaten to take care it repair. Used my appliance as a tool box and scratched it all over. Tried to tell my friends a big lie. They dont even run a washer through an entire cycle to see if its fixed. He needs to retire and get an attitude adjustment!

Went there today and nobody was there. They close at 5pm it was 3pm. Nobody answered the phone.

This place is ran by crooks!! Sold us a filthy used refrigerator for $300.00. Get it to the house just for it not to work. Terrible customer service!! The owner gave us a terrible time about bringing it back and giving us something that worked properly! Then when we brought it back, he couldnt even have the decency to be there! If i could give them 0 stars i would! Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation and buy somewhere else.
