DO NOT GO HERE!!Decided to go here for a pick to white ombre acrylic fill-in because the nail salon I normally go to had a wait. Bad decision. List of everything wrong:• There are no other clients there. That should have been my first red flag.• Barely have any color option for acrylic•Nail tech painted over my skin, the tried to fix by filing my cuticles and cutting me multiple times in the process•Nails were filed and painted terribly•Nail tech rude when I didnt tip for horrible service.Overall terrible and ameatur service. I ended up returning to the first nail shop to get them removed immediately after. I seriously think this shop should be investigated for health and practice violations

The nail technician suggested that I use a white base for the Polish that I chose when I didnt like it she had already applied it to most of my nails. I said I didnt like it and asked her politely to please take it off and she became very attitudinous. She mumbled in her language to her co-worker. I said I didnt mean any harm and she mumbled at me. I was under the impression they are my nails and it was on her suggestion that I allowed her to do it. She could have done one and asked if I liked it, because I was reading and did not realize she had done so much. When she reapplied my polish she slapped it on and it wasnt even or smooth and it looked like I could have done it myself so why didnt I?

I went in for a no chiped manicure/pedicure and to get my husbands pedicure done spent a $101 plus tip so it came out to a 120 we were rushed in-and-out my manicure was no chips started chipping the very next day came back to get a fix and all she did was repaint over it I will never come here again. With my pedicure the whole heal of my foot didnt even have the dead skin taken off.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY TRY TO FORCE YOU TO TIP, THEY GET MAD AND TALK ABOUT YOU IN THEIR LANGUAGE WHEN THEY ARENT ABLE TO RUSH YOU INTO CHOOSING A NAIL COLOR. THEY ARE VERY CATTY THE STAND IN GROUPS AND STAND OVER YOU GIGGLING AND POINTING WHILE YOURE GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE. THEY CONSTANTLY FORCING YOU TO GET MORE EXPENSIVE POLISH OR A MORE EXPENSIVE DESIGN THAN WHAT YOURE ASKING FOR AND ITS SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

My service was rushed, the woman refused to clean up the nail polish that was on my skin and my nail chipped within a day of being done. Don’t waste your time or spend your money with this rude staff.

Go buy press-ones or do it yourself. Save yourself the trip to this place.It’s a horrible place to go to unless you need your nails done fast and you can deal with constantly having to tell the staff that they cannot just give you what they want. They will rush you and are very passive aggressive when you are indecisive or don’t let them rush you. Staff was disrespectful when it came to help moving purses and they were especially carelessly tossing people’s bags near them. They cannot do simple designs and I called ahead of time to clarify and I made it known that was the service I wanted and I got in there and I was told that they couldn’t do it because it was too complex and to come back on a weekday.

I was just here on 9/ 30 /21 I saw them recycling the paraffin wax the one lady digging and scratching her money every time I go its some thing the recycling was the last straw

I called this place they told me they closed at 7 I got there around 545 the lady did my nails! Asked me for a tip mid point doing my nails...I told her I’ll see when she’s finished she went on telling me how the $25 I was paying doesn’t go to her it goes to her “manager” which sounded like a personal problem because I’m not obligated to give you anything! While doing my nails a mice ran across the room she blamed it on the Dominos Pizza place next door smh told me to be calm it’s small “no worries” after she was done with my nail she still was asking me about a tip! I politely told her no...it was 6:25 they rushed me out the door sprayed my nails and sent me on my way! My nails were not dry and of courser got ruined (smeared) the moment I walked out of there!! Very unprofessional I won’t be returning

Now the woman that did my pedicure did take her time and do a awesome job. The unprofessionalism of her coworkers is what will have me never go back... standing around pointing, laughing and looking at my feet. They didnt try to hide anything .. thought I even saw one take a photo thats why I have no problem giving them a one star... would give them none if I could.👊🏽

I took my sister, nieces, daughters, and grand daughter. Nothing but complaints from the family with the exception of my sister and grand daughter. The complaint was their feet were not exfoliated well and their nails were to thick and uneven. I told them to ask the staff to correct their complaints. They said the staff should have done it right the first time. Oh well. I was satisfied.

I got an overlay no chip manicure and a pedicure. The same day my polish chipped my nails were not neatly polished plus my rhinestones came all off. I went back to have them fix my nails. Only for them to still look one week old. They all need to go back to school and get more practice I would Never in my life allow them to do anything for me again. Im not going to mention the rushed pedicure. $75 down the drain please dont waste your time or money at this place you will be disappointed

I should have read the reviews before heading here. The sign on the window said pedicure was $15. THE NAIL tech said on thats an old sign . I need to take down. She then said it was $20. THEN said it was $25 dollars. Ok . Pedicure was super quick. The sign is still in the window ... although there are no other person waiting to get nails done. Surely she has time to remove it. She is doing leg stretching in front of the sign.... but has not reached forward to remove it from the window.I did a search for Black owned nail shops. ThIS SHOP IS NOT BLACK Owned.

I was in love this place, been going since it opened but things has changed and their techs are so rude to people now. I never been mistreated I have been going there for years, but I have seen a lot of things that alarmed me and made me feel very uncomfortable. A lady had to put her own clear polish on her on hands after her tech refuse to assist her because she started on a mans pedicure they started speaking in their language which is rude when they know most people cant interpret what they are saying.

Went here the week is my wedding to get a full set with gel. The woman rushed the entire process and was done within 12-15 minutes. I told her I didn’t like the way they looked and she told me to wait until they fully dry. I had to come back because the design was pulling off on most of my fingers! Do. Not. Come. To. This. Business!

Literally sat down for a pedicure at 11:43am, had old polish removed, toenails cut, feet scrubbed (literally 20 seconds a foot), a 30 second foot massage, toes polished (3 coats), paid, then had the nerve to bring me 5 singles and asked if I wanted to tip... then a top coat was applied and was completely finished at 11:56 shortest pedicure of my life... You get what you pay for $15! Save your $15 and time go add another $5 and get a much better pedicure else where! Will never come here again... 😡

The skin on my fingers is now cracked and bleeding due to being soaked in acetone for too long. My nails have little bumps of junk from their cheap polish. I shouldve taken the negative reviews seriously, will never return. Hopefully my skin will stop stinging soon!

Im sure they are talking negative about people in their language because I know a few words in their language. Im not sure where to start. I went here Saturday morning to get a soak off and a pedicure. I sat down at the second row of tables to the left, she started working on my hands fine. Then when someone came in needing a pedicure she wanted me to switch tables to the lady to my right. Im like ok. I sat down there the minute someone else came in needing a pedicure SHE told me to move because its going to take long time for soak off. Now im frustrated. I asked if I was playing musical chairs in here. They do not care about customer satisfaction! I was a patron of this business for a long time but, since the lady owner left this place is a joke!! Do not waste your time or energy with this place and, your money can be spent else where! Never again!!!

My daughter and I went for the SPA treatment but it was the quickest job I have ever had done. It seemed they just wanted to finish. We had both manicure and pedicure and there was not massage except from the chair.They dont really clean under your nails since the pedicure is so superficial. There was a lot of talking between them. We definitely got what we paid for. A cheap quick pedicure! I will never go back.

Ive been going too this place for 6yrs, use to enjoy their services, fast friendly and reasonable. In the last 2 yrs things have change for the worst bad attitude,rude, talk a lot. I really think the guy in charge now have a really bad I dont give a dam attitude and very negative and his energy is affecting everything and everybody. Like they said lead by example, if your boss is an Ass!! then dont expect more than that from the workers. In my opinion this place is going down.

I got a pedicure and my nails painted I had to inform her about taking off the excess nail polish and for some apparent reason when they do paint your nails inorrectly they add more coats it dont need more coats my nails need to be painted properly and the person that was with me a couple of nails was placed on crooked a waste of time and money wouldnt go back at gun point.

The guy acted like he didnt want to be there. Overcharged me, and watched over my shoulder when i signed my reciept. He took it and stormed away, no thank you or nothing. Just frowned. Never ever again! The water was very cool he never gave me warmer water my feet was cold durring the process.

I visited them for a second time because I know people who go there, and they seem content with the service. I visited once during the Summer and was not impressed, but I chalked it up to them being busy.Tonight I stopped in there because they have a special on pedicures. Boy, did I learn that you get what you pay for! To begin, I spoke to the guy who was set to do my pedicure. After saying hello at least twice, he finally spoke, which is fine, but he said nothing during the entire process (which by the way was one of the fastest pedicures on record). To top it off, he got up and walked away without saying anything, as another even more rude guy sat down to finish the pedicure.After he finished my pedicure he simply walked away! I sat there waiting to see what was going on, and after the first guy asked him about me, he turned around and motioned for me to come over. No assistance in getting my wet toes to a seat, no grabbing my things and walking me over, nothing!Completing my nails seemed to be a chore for him. He said absolutely nothing except was he was required to say. No conversation, and when he completed my nails, he was still the same-no communication.They never have to worry about me going there again. Not only that, I would suggest that no one I know go there either :( This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a salon. I probably could have been more understanding if they were super busy. But the was NO ONE THERE except me!

If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. I went there about a week ago and one of my nails came clean off! The woman who was doing my nails was rushing so she could eat. She didn’t even trim my nails down first and she was mad when I told her I didn’t want no chip. She was rude from the moment I talked to her. She put hella nail polish on my nails and didn’t even try to help me to the chair so one of my keys hit my nails and I didn’t want to go back to her and nobody else wanted to help me. I came with my disabled mother who has had a stroke. They were really nice to her that was great. However to myself it wasnt so. I felt as if they were speaking bad about me. Saying that its a different language you really cant say so. That was the first time. The second time I came after I felt a certain way I went against my own better judgment and decided to go by myself.It was horrible! I was rushed! I was yelled at in another language! The polish was cheap! It took a hour to dry my nails because she applied so many coats. I tipped her $5 and was treated like crap!

No star for this place its the worst . I went in the evening just wanted a fill in with my real nails. I dont know her name but she cut all my original nails after I ask her not to, then I told her to do a new set because she mess those up. While filling my nails she was ruff and showed no kindness. They are rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. They will rush thru your service. Pedicures feet not smooth. They give a 30 second half leg massage, they have a small hand towel that they keep rolled at the beginning of your pedicure at the foot bowl that’s barley warm when they wipe down your leg. Their manicure service is horrible they rush thru leaving chunks of acrylic around your cuticle polishing technique the worst. They pretend not to understand you when you speak to them or that they don’t hear you. Although I don’t speak their language you can tell they are speaking rudely about you. I should have gotten a clue when I walked in on a Friday and the techs were sleeping and there was not a single client in there. The three clients that came in after me received the same 5 minute sloppy pedicure. Then they attempt to overcharge for their services. Which are clearly not the price posted on their price list. Please don’t waste your money or time in this place on their horrible service, and rude customer service...

Im only giving one star so I can write the review, today was actually my first time going on in this place. Ive driven past so many times and I was I need of an emergency pedicure plus they were running a special, I sat there for 20min and the staff was rude, they dont know how to do pedicure they were literally done with people feet in 5 minutes and sending them right out the door. Then they got mad at two ladies that asked for their feet to get soaked, I asked how much to take my nails off he said $10 yea right ! I ended up leaving because he put four people in front of me that came in after me they acted like I was invicible so rather than to deal with the headache of a bad pedicure I saved myself from all that. Very rude staff and lack of professionalism. Also they should go back to school as they dont know how to do feet and nails. I will neve give them my business

This use to be my favorite spot to go to. Unfortunately the atmosphere sucks now. I was told my fav has left Ju. The staff is terrible. My opinion go to the one on North Ave, were the manager from this location opened her own spot 3 yrs ago. Best to describe tall skinny, dresses fairly chic.

Horrible service ever! I went in for pedicure quickest pedicure I ever had! Then the one that’s was doing my pedicure refused to scrap under my feet!! I ask for a specific service for my nails and was told no they don’t do that!! I will never go here again!!!

This place is very dirty. The tech tried to use cuticle clippers he pulled out of a drawer. Thank you no to hepatitis. He did find some clean ones. Several times during my visit he stopped to text. At the end I told him the tip would have been better if he did not text. He told me dont worry about it. I picked up the tip and told him I not worried about it. I spoke with the manager and she was not very concerned about it either. He was still texting while she was telling him why I was not pleased. Yes there was a fair amount of loud chatter among the employees. Not a very spa like experience. Is there a govt agency that regulates this business?

Horrible service. My pedicure was done in less than 10 mins, I sat down for the same service as someone else and they were still seated 15 minutes after me. We are paying for the same service why was I rushed ? I told them take it off I didn’t like it and proceeded to leave, I was elbowed by the person and told “You pay” I said call the police over and over no one wanted to. I did not have service, so I tried to go to the front to Calle the police myself. They tried trapping me in. I got out and called, and I dropped something in the door. I tried to get it and they tried pushing me in from behind and locking the door. I was not trying to run, so they did not need to do all that they did. Long story short my lip is busted, and they care more about the money than the quality of their service. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE RIGHT!

Should’ve listened to the reviews. Only came because it was cheap and was recommended. The guy didnt bother to massage my feet. As for my sister they cut them too short and didnt bother to ask how long/short. On top of that they were to thick ! Never again. You get what you pay for. Plus they charge extra for length. If I could rate this with no stars I would. First they werent open at 10 then when they finally arrived we asked three times could we come in with them before one person said yes. Then we get inside they wouldnt listen to our request they kept over talking us. My pedicure lasted no more than 15 minutes she didnt clean up my polish at all. Once I was done she said go over there and sit she didnt help me over to the drying area either. This was my first and absolute last time patronizing this nail salon. Service was terrible. Its not clean. Smells like roach spray when walk in. The pedi was $18but for what they did to my feet I could have done at home. I didntd realize that the nail tech slathers oil all over my feet and legs and doesnt rub it in or wipe them off. She puts my sandals back on my feet to paint my nails. So when I stand up Im slipping and sliding all over the place so my paint got messed up. The tech proceeds to get mad at me and starts speaking in her language and shes talking to me so Im like I dont know what youreysayinh but my toes need to be fixed. She demands payment at that point but Im like nah you need to fix my nails first. When I finally pay she stands over me to see if I leave a tip...of course I dont so she walks off and starts with another customer without adding the top coat. I just left bc I didnt wanna have to get indignant w these ppl. WORST PEDICURE EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I went here and received a fungal infection it was so bad I had to be placed on antibiotics for 6 weeks. The nail techs are very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

Today I had a technician name Ju, she gave me the best service I had ever had since going there, had a lot of quick fixes there, but today was my best experience every with Ju, she really gave my feet the attention they needed, walked out Sooooo pleased! Thanked Ju.

My nails look like a 5 year old painted them. I got half of my lip waxed and my eyebrows look untouched. $50 down the drain and I had to go home right after to fix everything myself.

They act as though they are the only nail shop in Oak Park....Far from the truth...They just lost a loyal customer. Just not a good place if you or your nails are looking to be treated well. Customer service sucks, they are low key rude and always pretend to not know what youre talking about (I have been here several times because they used to be a good place so I have seen the difference when they WANT to know what youre saying). The nail job is hit or miss mostly miss, tools not up to date, pedi machines spit out dirt & dont work, rush job, and quality gets worse with every visit...I agree with everyone else and part of the problem is the rude man in charge who acts like everyone is getting on his nerves.I asked the lady if I could soak for 3 min in water that was not bubbling, heated, or clean for that matter and she walked away, sat in a chair, ignored my request to come back AND THE took the next person who walked in the door so I had to wait for a nail tech to get free!My friend told the guy my bubbles werent on and after he FINALLY came to change the filter that was spitting out dirt, that one didnt work either! And have you guys seen the horrible pics ppl have posted of their nails? True they dont help you with shoes and purses

Terrible just terrible in my trump voice. Never again

Very poor service I call it a drive buy pedicure. They argued with each other so you cannot relax.

It a hit and miss place for nail...customer isnt the great but price is right...just need better focus worker who is experienced
