Been to many places and I found the one I like the most ! I get the dip. Everywhere else the dip would crack after a week or so, whenever I get my nails done at valley, I never have any issue !!! Very happy!!!! I found my forever place. Had my nails done 4 times at Valley already and happy every time !!!

I went in for a dip powder manicure. They were done poorly and cracked 2 days later. They only offered to fix my nails.Why would I want my nails fixed by people who don’t know how to do them? Not only that but they DON’T GIVE REFUNDS FOR THEIR POOR WORK!!!I had to call my bank to get my money back. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Oh and make sure to double check IF they do have your color as they don’t know how to properly label their colors either so some are missing. This sad place should feel ashamed to call itself a nails & “spa.”

I love the Valley Nail Salon !! I started coming here a few months ago and every time they do an amazing job! Van is so quick to reply when I request an appointment and their gel manicure is the best Ive ever gotten. It always is done with care and efficiency. Everyone is so friendly and professional and the space is clean and has lovely decor. They also have the best playlist of relaxing love songs! Would highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming to this place for a few years now and I love it! Eva is my technician and she’s AWESOME!!! I’ve had every single pedicure except the regular one, and I enjoy the conversation with Eva. She’s great at her craft, very humble and passionate about her work. If it’s your first time visiting, try the Lavender pedicure to start, you’ll thank me later 😄

I have been coming to Valley Nails for about 9 months. The salon is beautifully decorated, very clean and such a calming atmosphere. Each time Ive come, I’ve been greeted with kindness. The staff is very professional. And I absolutely LOVE EVA. She is very kind, attentive, takes her time, gives you pleasant conversation, ask if I want water, and her work is REMARKABLE. I am very shocked by reading some of the negative comments. I have never had a bad experience, and I come at least once a month. I travel about 30 minutes and pay a little more, but every penny is WORTH it. This is the absolute best pedicure that I’ve ever had. The overall experience is amazing.

Below is my experience from visiting this nail spa for the first time for a pedicure.The good - was able to get an appointment for the same day. It is very clean and staff was accommodating.The bad - nail technician did a very poor job. I had to ask her to remove dead skin under my nails. I had to ask her to scrub my heels more. She did not buff my nails probably, barely touched them. The massage was mediocre. She barely put any pressure. I should have saved $50 and did my own, for the service I received. Plus, the nails are so sharp and uneven!

Excellent! Quiet, professional, clean, sanitary. $50.00 is a bargain for a spa pedicure with parafin, hot stone and massage.

It was my first time here today, Kelly was very sweet and did my dip manicure. However, she didn’t trim my cuticles, didn’t add a clear base prior to dipping the color I chose, and she also didn’t turn on the fan. At the end, she put some lotion on me but there wasn’t a hand massage or any cuticle oil to finish off. I was sitting there watching how I wish I was paired with Duke. Duke didn’t skip any steps with the lady next to me who also had a dip manicure, he was making small talk with her, gave her a hand massage and cuticle oil, and she was there before I even showed up. If I had known, I would’ve sat there and waited for him.

On a Saturday at 11am my husband and I enter the establishment and a man asks if he can help me, I ask what the wait time is for a dip and a regular manicure. Instead of giving me an estimate on time - he shrugs his shoulders and says- we don’t have time. That was it. Extremely dismissive and rude.I have used them once before and my pedicure was good, so this is extremely disappointing to experience. I will never return to this establishment. Sizing your customers to determine if you “have time” for them is not good business practice.

Tony did my nails today and they were looking ok. Somewhere between him asking me if I liked them and the final product he changed the shape of my nails. When I told him I didnt like them he was very unprofessional and wouldnt even listen to me tell him what I didnt like. He said he would fix them if I would pay for a new set. I didnt feel I should have to pay for something he messed up on. I said fine... leave them. Ill just never be back. He proceeded to talk about me to his coworkers while I was gathering my things to leave. I asked him not to talk about me he told me to mind my business.

My first visit to Valley Nails and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The establishment was very clean and my technician was very friendly and did a great job. They are a little pricey but it was worth every penny. I picked the Princess Pedicure.

Its a little price.But its a much more sanitary pedicure than your average nail spa. I dont like that they dont wash your hands before applying the lotion when I got my nail done. Yes I would recommend there shop more so for pedicures

I have been going to Valley Nails since they opened and I see Bill regularly for dips. I am always amazed at how my nails turn out! Not only is Bill so talented, but he is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable while you’re there. The salon is very clean and I would recommend it to anyone looking for great nails! I have also seen Sonic’s and Gina’s work and they are also awesome! :-)

Duke is the best! Love going here to get my nails done. Wouldnt have anyone else touch my nails now after Duke.

Before I share my unwelcomed experience, I would like to highlight that I am an African American woman that lives in the west loop area and my parents live in Oaklawn. Ive never been to this nail spa before, but my mom wanted to check it out, so I brought her along. However, we walked in all the workers looked at us and did not acknowledge us at all in which I figured they have a receptionist, 5 minutes later still no one said anything mind you we are standing at the desk waiting. Finally, I raised my voice to asking if anyone is coming to the desk and one lady doing nails asked, what do you need”. after her response I was so taken back by the rudeness of not even being acknowledged and then getting a response as if I was bothering her. I walked out immediately.Saying that, I would like to highlight SOME of these Korean own nail spas are very ignorant and clearly forget we as women are the customers who keep these businesses running so with saying that I encourage women of all ethnicities to try different nail salon types rather that’s Hispanic owned, black owned, etc. ****Please don’t give your hard-earned money to people who don’t deserve it.*****

I called today to see how long of a wait it is for a pedicure. The man who answered the phone was unprofessional. He answered the call with hello hello hi...This man doesnt know how to professionally answer the phone! I tried asking if Addison was available and the man rudely said no, no he is working and cant help you today....Im like okay good bye and hung up. I went to Pro Nails in Hickory Hills. Much better experience!!.

The staff was unprofessional! The tech who did my pedicure talked to his coworker the entire time! It was very distracting! The pedicure itself was not done well! My feet felt like they had not been done! Also, the place is very noisy! Customers were allowed to talk on their phones and FaceTime using their outside voices and no ear buds!! This was not relaxing at all! I got a manicure and the guy used COLD water to soak my hands! I won’t be going back to Valley Nails again!!!

One of my favorite nail salons in Oak Lawn! Its interior is extremely adorable. I would use the word quaint and airy to describe it. It doesnt seem to be run by overworked Chinese immigrants like many nail places. They have a wide variety of high quality nail polish to choose from. Ive come here multiple times for their pedicures. Their foot massages are great! Ive never had someone actually care about your feet, as in they dont just do the same routine every time. They change it slightly based on your needs.Overall I thoroughly enjoyed coming here and will definitely come back next time I need a pedicure.

Made an appt for myself (pedi) and one for mom (mani). Mom wanted to change to a pedi, man in charge told her she couldnt change service, they didnt have a tech for pedi. WW comes in with her daughter and says we dont have an appt for pediman in charge takes them to pedi chairs. While waiting for pedi to dry BW comes in wants Mani.BW has no appt. Minute later,WW comes in and says I dont have appt,can I get mani, man says yes pick color. BW go where you and your moneyAre respected.

When this place opened up, it was amazing but it has slowly took a left turn. They are very quick to finish the service, meaning they don’t take their time and pay attention to detail. They were late 20 for my appointment, my pedicure was in cold water and was rushed. Each nail on my no chip was a different size and shape. So disappointing.

Every time you make an appointment at Valley Nails, they make you WAIT still! Today was the third timeI called ahead, made an appointment, came in, and then they told me to “sit down for a while.”

They should advertise appointment only. Every time I went it they could not take me and would ask to comeBack. I finally made an appt, Eve was my tech. My manicure water was cold and she joked she couldn’t get the water warm. She did not do manicure correct and I had to remind her to apply the cuticle oil.My pedicure was equally disappointing.Will not go back, too many other nail salons to choose from.

This is my 2nd visit to this Nail Spa...and I must say that Im very pleased with my pedicure services today. I got the Charcoal pedicure ($60)It felt so relaxing and amazing! I give all props of this amazing pedicure to Adison! He delivered an AMAZING professional and relaxing pedicure.

This was my first time at this nail salon and I will definitely make this my new go-to place. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the salon was very clean and well ventilated, and the services they offer are top notch! I got the Green tea mint pedicure and it was amazing. They used hot stones to massage my legs and the wax foot mask was great. For my manicure, I tried the dip powder for the first time and I loved it. They have a great selection of colors and were happy to explain the benefits of each type of manicure. I love this place and cant wait to go back! 10/10

Eva is the rudest and disrespectful person in the salon I’ve been there numerous of times with my two girls and was happy with the service and work but today on 2-26-21 my birthday Eva was really disgusting she asked me if I was happy with how she does my nails I told her yes then she asked why I’m so picky and why I don’t tip all time. To me I believe it’s really bad customer service and rude to ask for a tip I will not go back and will not reference this place to anyone. This place deserves half of star after my experience today. Eva is a ungrateful woman be aware and keep your eye on her you never know what they will do.

Before I start this review I would like to state that I DO NOT know anyone that works at this location.This is the BEST nail salon spa I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and they focus on YOU and YOUR needs. Very polite, clean and courteous as soon as you walk in. This is my go to place from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED......I said....HIGHLY!!!!!! Disgusting My first time and the last. I wanted to give it a try since it looks pretty from the outside but Bill had me disappointed he had used dirty clips on me from the last person he did a manicure on, I asked him and he say he did clean them before but he never brought any sanitized bag and never opened in front of me..I told the guy at the desk and he said yes we clean them we have a machine in the back. yes, they do have a machine but he never brought a bag with sanitized clips there was not bag at all to show me mine they were clean At all.

1) They were not ready for my appointment.2) I sat with my feet soaking in cold water while they found someone to start my pedi.3) The tech did poorly on my cuticles.4) Nail tech half polished my nails. When I pointed it out she was confused as if we weren’t looking at the same thing...5) Very bad customer service.

Very clean!!! Nicely decorated and impressive decor. Many nailpolishes to choose from. Extremely courteous and professional. A variety of types of pedicures to choose from and price ranges. Definitely will be back!! I rated it a 4 insteaf of a 5 for two reasons. First one is that the gentleman used the scrub to massage me instead of lotion. I had to tell him is became painful because he was massaging with a hard hand. Second, there was a point where he stopped my pedicure to chat with a coworker. Other than that I was extremely impressed and satisfied.

Ive always had a problem with my gel nails chipping and ripping off really quick from my old place. I would need to get it done almost every week. They told me it was cause my nails are too curved. I got gel nails for the 3rd time from Valley Nails and Ive never had that problem. My gel manicures stay on for 1 month+ without chipping at all. They really use high quality gel. Everyone here is so nice too!

The tech complained about how bad the previous nail shop shaped my nails the entire visit to me and peers. Instead of not saying anything and doing a good job, he bragged about skills he didnt have himself

This is by far my favorite nail salon and location. Youre in for a treat and they lean more on the side of experience than anything else.They usually have wine, tea and water to offer. The pedi area is open and bright which allows you to breathe without the horrible smell of most nail salons.You DO NOT need an appointment, its not a place to stumble into and get a mani/pedi but it is worth it! Definitely pricier than most places but I find myself pampered and relaxed so I feel like its worth it!Clean tools, and I love that they maintain their level of cleanliness throughout the entire salon!

I’ll just never go here again. Too many reasons. Went 3 months ago and was pleased. Today not so pleased. I expected my pedicure to be taken serious Making sure the nails are evenly trimmed and cleaned. Since when did a pedicure not include cleaning under the nail and the sides of the nail. Not just a sponge rub. Nor just polished . I expected better customer service. I didn’t feel like they cared and it was their job not their best job either. I always go above and beyond with customers these people could care less about us. Since when don’t u make sure ur toes are clean and perfectly done. I’m sorry but there are nail salons all down Cicero avenue within 1 block of each other. I’m sure I’ll find one who cares about the customer and their needs/expectations. not just about their job.

Came in randomly because I needed a pedicure. Staff greeted me and asked me to pick a color. There was a TON of color choices! I sat down and the male technician got to work. He was really good and Im impressed with his touch and his work on my toes.Their chairs were pretty comfortable. While I was waiting I fell asleep. That must have been amusing to the lady sitting a couple seats away from me and her nail technician.I would definitely come back in the future! Really easy to swing by after work.

So I’m new the the neighborhood and wanted to find a nice nail salon in the area. This salon open up at 11 am, my daughter and I arrived at around 11:10 am. The lobby was kind of full with a wait, so the manager or the gentleman told us to come back at 12:30, which was understandable it was obviously busy. We arrived back at valley Nail salon at around 12:22 and had our temperature was tooken but the gentleman/Manager was very rude and disturbing then he told to us pick a color while waiting to we observe a lady who came after us finishing up a pedicure who clearly didn’t have appointment. So, I really didn’t mind that much. As we waited to be seated another lady came in after us and said she had an appointment at 12:30 and then they took her before us once again. I felt racially profiled and not if a concern, I respectfully put polish back on the wall and told my daughter that we were leaving. We left and actually found a more pleasant shop closer to our house.

Pleasant Environment and the Staff is always Polite

The atmosphere is awesome. The place is super clean, spacious & wonderful colors. However if you book an appointment for more than one person don’t expect everyone to be worked on at the same time. My daughter was finished an hour before me.

I’m so shocked that today was my first time here. I have absolutely no complaints. Danna was amazing, my nails look great, and the salon was very sanitary! Found my new favorite nail salon! Highly recommend!

Ive been to this shop before and really enjoyed my experience. I went today to treat myself to a mani/pedi. The young man, Adio? seemed to be very pleasant, until he started snatching away at the cuticles of my toes. HE became irritated because HE was hurting MY feet. He then began again, but slower and would look up every 3 to 4 clips sarcastically to see if it was hurting. He then started a conversation with his boss about my flinching without, including me in the convo. I then explained to his boss that I felt he was upset because I told him he was a little rough and when I treat myself to things like this, I expect to go home not wearing band aids and not sore! Not even wanting to give anymore energy to the situation, I left. Its about quality, Adio.

Did not care for the way one of the nail techs with the sleeve tattoo treated me. From the moment I sat down to get feet done she rushed, pedicure took less than 12 minutes & it was only me & another women getting our feet done in the shop. When she did my nails I told her she was being too rough & that I had a muscle skeletal disease & she did not ease up. She continued to be rude for no reason. I will not be back & NO LONGER PAY SOMEONE TO RUSH & DISRESPECT ME.

I love this place, my best friend took me for my birthday and since its BYOB she book a bottle of wine. The staff was great and very professional. They did a great job on my no chip and pedicure. Its now my favorite place. Will definitely go again.

We had appointments for 2 pedicures for my boyfriends birthday. They were prompt, they had a good selection of colors. They were clean and social distanced. He got the milk and honey(60) and I got the proncess(40). We both liked our service so we decided to get manicures(15). We would go here again. You do have to wear masks, and I highly recommend making an appointment because they did turn people away. I could tell they were trying to follow the guidelines put out by the health department.

Great service but pricey

This is my second time going. Tony did my nails. From their pictures on google it appears they can acrylic nails. Clearly they can not. He didnt know what size nail to use. The shaping is off and inconsistent and the polish is bulky and sloppy. Every picture I showed he said they couldn’t do or don’t have. When I asked him to correct the shape he stared at the nail as if he didn’t see what was clearly obvious. It was a complete waste of my money to let him finish. I want to rip my nails off! I will never go back.

I am usually a regular at this salon. It’s the first salon I’ve found in the area that produces quality. My most recent experiences, however, have completely changed my entire perspective.The owner, Tony, was very rude to me my last time here. I had come in for a fill in 3 days prior and he said that he would fix them for free. When I arrived to the salon, he argued with me, saying that it was “not his fault” and that I “should not have requested” him. He argued me down in front of customers, as well. Very unprofessional & hurtful. I have spent a lot of money at this salon, and it is unfortunate that I will now need to take my business elsewhere.

I never ever ever ever give bad reviews like ever but II called yesterday for a full set I called early at 2/3 pmAnd asked are you’s available at 6:30 pm he said yes do I waited and when I arrived for my appointment he said wait 30 minutes I waited while he took 3 other walk ins in front of my then came and told my can’t do my nails and now it’s already 7:00 pm all the over nails are close and o really needed to do my nails because acrylic I’m my nails would not come off and I was in a lot of pain so I was begging him please I will wait I waited all day for appointment and his nope sorry there no nail techs available and we close at 7:30 pm so we can’t help

We go get our nails done to be pampered and to relax not to hear the employees loud conversation and argument between each other. Also, after looking at my toes in the natural light my toes were not uniformed in shape and the amount of no chip polished put on them. It is fair to say I wont be back!!!!

My first visit to Valley Nails was my favorite nail salon experience. From the get go they were all very friendly. Tony did my full set of coffin shaped acrylics and the shape was absolutely perfect. Yan did my pedicure and I felt so relaxed during it and I didnt feel like she was rushing. I am so extremely happy I tried this salon out as this will be my go to from now on! My nails are perfect!

I went there to get my eyebrows waxed I had to tell the girl to wash her hands they dont disinfect when another person leaves just terrible.

I did not enjoy my experience at valley nails.i made an appt. For no chip and pedicure, I still had to wait like a good 15 minutes. The whole time I felt rushed. And the nail polish work is not great. It looks like I painted my own nails with the pedicure. I will not be going back, i wanted to like it because the place is nicer then most.

I went with my daughter (who is 6) for pedicures, which is NOT a common thing we do together. We went on a Sunday around 11, and we waited about 15 minutes, which was absolutely fine. (We didn’t have an appointment.) There were so many polish choices and they were arranged by color, which was so nice. We were both offered beverages and both had bottled water. They treated my daughter like a little lady instead of like a kid. It was quite endearing.Sonic was my daughter’s technician. She was great! She chatted and laughed with her the entire time, especially the ticklish parts. Sonic even asked my daughter if she wanted her nails painted, too, much to my daughter’s excitement. She was gentle and did an awesome job. Rachel was my technician, and she did a stellar job. We both got polka dot designs on our big toes, and they look great. We felt pampered and welcomed. We didn’t feel rushed, and the place is very pretty and clean.Overall, bringing my kid to a nail place was already meant to be an extravagant treat as it is, but the staff took it to the next level with excellent customer service. I will definitely be back for a pedicure, with or without my child.

This was my second visit. Its a fairly new salon, open for about 3 months or so. They take their tools out of what appears to be a sterilized bag and it appears to be clean. The same young lady who did both my manicure and pedicure both visits was pleasant, but she nicked both of my feet when removing the dead skin! I put antibiotic ointment on for several days. Also I only wear clear on my natural nails and the polish starts chipping/peeling within 2 or 3 days. Not sure if Ill be returning

Went for the first time today and so glad I did. The place is very nice inside, a beautiful design that just feels very relaxing. Yan worked on my nails and she was excellent! She took her time and was very gentle with everything. You can tell she wants to make sure her customers are happy with the service. I had a no chip manicure, which included wearing gloves that had a moisturizing lotion in them and my hands were so smooth afterwards. I would highly recommend this place and Yan was amazing. Im looking forward to my next appointment already. 💅
