Will never be back. Never keep appointments. Used to be good. Now? Wait an hour…even with appointments. Told him I would not be back. He said “okay that’s fine”. I always am on time. I tip well. Take your hard earned money else where. Do not go here.

I went in for a no chip manicure and pedicure. 3 days later nails started chipping so I called and was told they would fix. Horrible service!!! Nails are chipping again not worth the money I paid for. If I could I wouldn’t give it any stars. $95 down the drain, please stay away fromd this place…

I love this place, very professional and they do an excellent job. I live in the in the far south suburbs and I come here (40 minute drive) to get my nails done. I have tried other places closer to my house but this is my home.

My first experience at this place was awesome!! The service was fast and smooth. It started to get pretty business after I arrived, but the staff was AMAZING with making sure no one was waiting to long to be serviced. I am definitely going back!

This was my 1st time here and THEY DID EXCEPTIONALLY WELL! I read the reviews before going and decided to give them a try. I had Lina and she was amazing! She took very good care of my skin, she was gentle and she was personable! The entire place was clean and everyone seemed to be upbeat and happy, which makes a huge difference! I highly recommend going to here for your nail care. I stay quit a distance but I will travel to for good quality care! God Bless this business and all of the workers!

They rush the service. The work can be sloppy. They put the no chip top coat on top of the dip which isnt how the dip is suppose to be done. If your in a pinch and need somewhere that takes walkins quick theyll do.

Lina and Mr.Kim and Mars👐 excellent service clean salon they take appointments as well as walk ins Mars does not do pedicures but you have to go they are very professional. My daughter and l went for a spa day and was not disappointed.😃😃

I love the communication the owner provides, however the quality of service and products are subpar. To pay $115.00 for n-chip pedi mani, I expect it not to chip in 3 days. Some workers are rude andget defensive when trying to explain youd like to receive YOUR service. Its not about price, but the value for my TIME and money.

My nail tech was so nice and did not judge me because of how short my nails were LOL😂 loved the outcome of the nails to they lasted for about 3 weeks which is really good for me!!! definitely worth the money

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!! i had an appointment for 2:30 after waiting an hour and 45 minutes they sat me down and the guy who was doing my nail always works in seating chair 7 very rough w my nails!! my nails are awfully sore i’m disgusted! i will not be returning to this nail salon ever👎🏻

Been going here since they opened. Any tech is good. Ive tried several different kinds of nails and pedicures and always been happy. They are quick and professional. I only wish they had small fans to dry nails rather than fan your hands themselves after a dip treatment. Highly recommended!

I’m a frequent customer. I recently went and got my usual pedicure and manicure. This time my polish changed colors on my nails. I called and they told me the polish was old and to come in. I repeatedly told them I was out of town. They assured me they would take care of it. I went and go my pedicure and manicure again and they only took $5 off. I felt misled, especially after being told one thing and finding out another.

Ask for Mars or Ron- you won’t be disappointed! I have been going here for about 3-4 years, have never had a bad experience, and always receive compliments on my nails. They are great at what they do. :)

I paid 80 dollars for a set of nails that were a disaster. The nails were very fat and misshapen, the nail artist was allegedly the most asked for his “great skills” yet he rushed threw the whole time, he did not do my cuticles, he barely paid attention to what a asked for and continuously cut me off when I tried explaining what I wanted or if I wanted him to fix something.He complained when I asked for additional work done on my nails.Nobody their seemed to know what they were doing and yet were rushing the whole time. I really do not recommend spending your money here.

I had the best experience here for being my first time! My nails turned out perfect and got the perfect length that I wanted. Totally recommend this lovely place.

Love to come here to her pampered. A little bit over priced but good. You have to get the right nail tech in order for your no chip manicure to last which is the only downfall. There are only a couple who will have you coming back a week later for repairs.

Worst pedicure....I decided to get the lemon fresh pedicure because I wanted a little extra than just getting my toes painted. The menu made the lemon pedicure sound great which included a massage! I had been here 1 other time before and an African American woman did my toes and it was the best pedicure ever- she put time and effort into massaging and nail painting. I was bummed to see she was not working there at the time when I walked in. With the woman who did the work this last time, all I got was lotion rubbed on me.... this was in no way a massage. All of the people who work there are so loud and talk (scream across the room) in a different language to each other the entire time which is beyond rude (I do not care which language is being shouted the whole time- it is the fact that it is happening is the problem). A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing and I did not get that AT ALL. On top of that I left the salon and noticed that the color on my toes was all streaky!! This place is so unprofessional!! 2 of the toes were not even fully covered with polish, probably because the woman who was doing it had her head turned talking half of the time. So I spent $50 (including tip) on the worst pedicure, a child could have done a better job. I would never recommend this place, in fact I will do quite the opposite and tell people to save their money.

A great experience with Kinny. He does excellent work on nails. The service was great too! The place takes appointments & last client at 7:30pm depending on service.

I have been a customer to this nail spa for more than 5 years. On Christmas eve I came to get my nails dipped. They informed me that they could provide the service. The technician was not able to do the dip technique. I suggested to perform what you know what to do so Ill agree to the no chip. The dip was too thick, the powder was still left on the side of my nail, and they used the light to complete the drying. Needless to say the service was horrible. I came back to speak with management and she was not willing to redo my nails over. She just wanted to patch up an already horrible job.

I decided to try something new and get a full set with dip powder. I loved it!!! The staff is nice even the receptionist!!

I live just a few blocks away. Been getting a pedicure here for years. Wont go anywhere else. Love it😊

I have not been there in awhile. Mani pedi needed for an unexpected event. Pedi okay. Nails were awful. No time to go back the next day. Redid my nails myself.

HORRIBLE. One of the guys told me to tell my little one year old brother to shut up. Then he called me weird because of the way I wanted them painted. I do recall they are suppose to ask how long I want my nails the guy that did my nails didn’t even ask he just cut right away. First time here and did not like it at all! Never again.

I also agree with the other post. They are always in such a hurry and dont know how to listen to direction. Im the one paying. And they are pricey. They are rude but have very nice decor. They always cut my nails down too short, cut my skin, and dont measure my nails so they are equal in length. Never going back!

I have been coming here for a while now but the last time I went in different guy did my nails and I was very unsatisfied I went back not even a couple days later to ask if you could fix them he blamed it saying the nail polish was running out and Old him if he knew that when doing my nails from the first time I do not understand why he would continue to put it on after I went in there to see if he could change it he wanted to do only one nail in a completely different color and charge me for the rest I go in there so much and spend a lot of money in there after this time I will not be going back because that is not how you treat a customer
