Bought 2 keys for my new place, one brass and one of my Holden State Warriors. Received brass from their machine, and they mailed special key promptly....oh and they worked!Hi Five!

Kiosk very easy to use inside of Lucky at the front of store. Makes copies of almost any key, except for a car fob the kiosk refers you to a local locksmith. Completely automated self assisted machine. User friendly and even will store you key information in its memory bank-in case you ever get locked out of wherever it may be. Kind of a cool feature but a bit scary at the same time. Great price, quick, and even choose a specific design, for an extra fee of course. Convenient location. Will use again!!!

I called this company after hours to remove a bad key form my $200 lock set. The tech if you want to call him that had very rudimentary knowledge of locks. He continually tried to pry the key out physically by force. and offered to break the lock set and replace it with a new one. Finally I suggested we remove the knob a very simple task and I would take the knob with the lock assembly and key to a locksmith in the AM. They charged me $135.00. The next day I went to Marin lock & safe they removed the lock adjusted the pins and made 2 keys and charged me $16.00

I went to the local Ace hardware store where it took them 3 attempts to cut new keys for me, and could not pull it off! I decided to try Key Me and in one easy take it worked perfectly !!!I highly recommend it.... !

This was super easy and super fast! Plan on using this service again. Its so convenient (located in the grocery store I shop at) and took less than 5 minutes. Ten (10) thumbs up!
