This place is unsafe!! If you like to keep your own nails healthy stay away from this place. I needed a nail soaked off the women said she could do it then when I sat in her chair she jammed something under the nail to pop it off making me bleed I was so confused because she said she would soak it off but then did that. When I explained that I keep my natural nails and only do acrylic on top she was soo nasty and told me “Don’t complain I do it good!” Now that was impossible to do because she broke my real nail off with the acrylic so I would need a fake tip on that nail. So I left feeling like I’d basically just been assaulted. Horrible customer service and unsafe work practices

This is my second time visiting the studio overall it’s a pretty good studio the wait time is kind of long they definitely need more workers to work and serve people

This place was really bad when the guy that took off my old acrylics made my nail bleed then the women that did my acrylics did the job so bad I asked for a fire design and she gives me that and she didn’t even ask me if I wanted that type of glitter I wouldn’t recommend this place they even tipped themselves don’t waste your time coming here worst of all my nails feel so sore and I can’t do anything 1000-/10

Eyelashes extensions came off the same day, the lady who did it was soooo rude and did not want to re do the job after i paid $25 just to glue the strip. The guy who did my full set acrylic did a disaster on my nails . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PPL NO NOT CARE ABOUT CUATOMERS. JUST TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Today was my first time going to there shop I had planned to get my nails & toes done but when I went to sit down and get my toes done I told the lady she did my nail crooked ( I was getting acrylic on my big toe). When I kept trying to explain that to her she got loud with me! I didn’t even want to finish my service I was so upset. After I was done. She over charged me off the top of her head after I told her I wasn’t getting my nails done. At first she told me 15. Then said 34.

The worst experience ever, the guy doing my nails didnt even measure the nail extenders before putting the acrylic, please dont not waste $100. even if its close to your home. there was another lady complaining about the work. the guy was more worried about getting people to sit than doing a correct job. what a bad experience. and a waste of time. please do not go. so disappointing and they treat you like if u are asking for too much. i will NEVER EVER recommend the place and its the closest to my home.

I got an acrylic full set by John and he did a very poor job. I could tell he was new and inexperienced so I tried to give him grace but I was in there way too long.Halfway through the set I as sent to another nail techs table so she could fix his job. She fixed the shape and did her best but he had already started poorly.LESS than TWO DAYS later nails started popping off. The female nail tech replaced one. And now less than 1 week later. Every single one of them has popped off with the exception of the one that was replaced.As a reference I can usually go about 3 weeks before I even get the feeling that one of them might come off$55 dollars wasted.

This place is expensive for no reason.. front desk clerk was not nice or friendly. The only thing good about is the way the do the pedicure but not worth the price. Regular manicure is worth about 12-15 they charge 17 but no message no water no nothing. I know we are in a different era but not to the level of bad customer service. I dont recommend or would I ld go back. I know why they are empty.

Went yesterday to get a pedicure and fill in, the salon closes at 7pm I was there a lil after six and was told to come back tomorrow, I said I can’t as I had an early flight. So the lady does my nails but declined my pedicure no big deal now A few hours later my “Gel polish” is peeling/chipping off smfh a waste of $45

The best place in Miami to get your nails done. Ive tried many other places, but none measure up to the standard of Queen Nails. It doesnt chip or flake and lasts really well. Worth the drive.
