I got my nails done with Mae, and I loved it! She was super nice. The place was very clean and comfortable

Im upset that Ive lived in Sunny Isles Beach for over 2 years and just now tried this place. This is officially my one and only spot to get my nails done, now. I usually just get a basic gel manicure in some variation of white. I had May and she was so awesome. She didnt charge any extra to remove the gel I came in with making my total $35 before tip. She was like a cuticle surgeon, gently but thoroughly removing my cuticles without cutting me once (this is always an issue at other salons, for me.) She was also fun to talk to. All the other nail techs also seemed fun and friendly. I would call to make an appointment first. The first time I called they were all booked for the next day. I get the impression you need to make an appointment ahead of time. Its worth it! And they do accept tips on credit card.

I am highly disappointed. The lady named Jenny was horrible. She approached me with headphones in her ears & She rushed me, and even said I dont have time for you. The young lady in the front however (blonde) was super kind and helpful.

☆☆☆☆☆ Today I went in to get my daughters nails done for her birthday. First time getting acrylics. As soon as we walked in we were greatly welcome. I did make an appointment earlier in the day. My daughter did her researched and found this place to be the one. She got her nails done with TANYA. SUPER NICE, FUNNY, GENTLE, POLITE, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I attached the pictures so the world can see. Were 100% satisfied. My daughter got a full acrylic color powder set with 2 designs for $55. Every dollar worth plus dont forget a grrrrrreat TIP. THANK YOU TANYA! ♡♡♡♡♡

I love getting my nails done by Tanya! She’s fun to talk to and ALWAYS helps me choose the perfect color. She gave me a beautiful set of nails for my wedding. Clean salon, good quality, and great price!

I love how my nails came up. Randy did such a good job with my nails, he really knows how to make a good DIP. I highly recommend this place! Is quiet and people are so friendly.

My tech rushed me and made me nails pretty uneven. She was also very rude and aggressive. She flicked and pulled my fingers and rolled her eyes when i said it hurt the way she cut my nails. She kept telling me to stop twitching when it hurt for me and banged the table and got so aggressive when I didnt mean to. Her name was Yesenia so I dont recommend her. She grunts at everything, even the workers noticed and asked if I was fine after.

My mom went a few days before i did and loved it. She recommed Tanya and I was satisfied with the work. However a week later 3 nails on my left hand came off and on my right a nail is loose. Im actually disappointed. 😔

I’ve been going to this nail place for 2 years and it used to be amazing. Ever since their reopening after the pandemic service does not appear to be as friendly. The quality also seems to be going down on their work as My boyfriend and I always get an exfoliating pedicure but each time we come they seem to skip steps to finish the pedicure quicker.

Went in there and they asked if I had an appointment I said no and told me that they couldn’t take me because they were full… there were some empty tables available… was going to give them a try but changed me mind… and they lady in the front was very rude.. didn’t even ask if someone had time to do a dip manicure

Went for my very first dip nail set ever with Tee on 5/25 and today 6/7 they are still fresh no chipping and thats a lot to say for a mom. Loving the life of this product and it was a good spa experience 🥰

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and when I called to confirm they said that they didnt see me in the system. Spoke to the manager and she was no help. All they could say was that there is nothing else they could help me with and hung up.

She helped me choose between a gel or regular manicure and thoroughly explained the difference between each service. I came in for my appointment and the nail technician was on time and super sweet. This is the best nail shop I have ever been to. I have been coming here for years and I have always had a positive experience with the service and staff here. The shop is always clean, quiet, and well ventilated. They have so many options for pedicures and the prices are competitive with other shops. Be sure to book your appointment in advance as they tend to fill up quick. Always on time and nails always looking good. I always request Randy but if he’s not available any of the staff is great.

Wonderful salon. Clean, quick and courteous. I had dip nails done somewhere else and they were terrible. They were thick, and uneven and crooked. Pamper me soaked my nails off and the results with dip are amazing. I love my nails. They are even and thin and they look beautiful.

The guy that did my nails did a hood job. Unfortunately I forgot his name... But the place is very dirty... the chairs are dirty with spots all over them... the place is just not hygienic and dusty... they need to change the pedicure chairs or at least wash them. The couch in the waiting area is pretty dirty as well. I was a disgusted to sit there. But again the nail technician who did my nails did a good job this is the only reason why I am not giving this place 1 star...

You can expect friendly, professional and caring services. The set atmosphere is serenity and the services provided are worth the cost. You get options for water (cold or room temp), tea or wine. They are very sanitary with the tools used and their polish is rich and not watered down with acetone. You can tell by how long your polish lasts. Im happy here to find ppl who are knowledgeable about nails and can talk to them about any concerns. They go by appointments and take walk ins but its best to make an appointment. Michelle and Van are the best!

Service was quick and friendly. A nice big waiting area to look at colors. Noticed the receptionist would give customers a time limit to their service and they would be greater within that time frame. Everyone is very friendly, they do great work. Take the time to ask details about what you like.

To be quite honest, I am extremely picky. I am very detailed, tedious, to the point that I know if someone is good at polishing nails or not. This place is by far the best choice I have made. I am in love with the quality of work and the way they treat you. I absolutely love Michelle she rocks, Erick is very nice as well as other teams members. I am very happy with this place I love the fact that after a few visits they already know you by name. I can go on and on, but to be quite honest you will not be disappointed.

It wasn’t bad.. but when me and my friend asked them for stars, they seemed so unprofessional about it and almost made me want to leave. They are great with conversation and they didn’t do a terrible job, however if you want something more complicated then just a simple manicure, don’t go.

I have been coming to this location for years, and the I really appreciate the great hospitality they have and the care the up in ensuring you the customer feels comfortable.

I received a gift card for my birthday and booked an exfoliating manicure. T, my nail tech, was personable, friendly, and did a good job. The spa is clean and inviting. I was offered wine or another drink when I arrived. I would come back.

Never coming here again !! A very friendly environment, but Definitely not a place for someone of color. They would not know what you want or understand your needs. Asked for something that I got the opposite was and had to be charged a fee anyways just for my nails getting cleaned . Woman came to me with a “Oh well attitude” towards a half finished job.

Warm, clean, and modern atmosphere. I was WAY overdue for nail care and embarassed by the horrible condition my feet were in. I was a walk in at 5:50p.m. during my wait, I was offered a beverage( which was nice) and was told I would been seen at 6:00p.m. I was warmly greeted by Maria at 6. Maria was gentle and a perfectionist as she cared for my feet. I chose the green tea cucumber treatment and it was WONDERFUL...They exercise hygienic practices and it appears to be standard at every station. They do offer zoya polishes ( as a more natural alternative)Yay!! very pleased with end result. I came in with a pair of crocodiles😖 and left with renewed, beautiful, smooth feet.😊 I plan to visit again soon!

They just can’t do it well. This is a mediocre care. I need to repeat manicure after just one week, the space between the cuticles (badly cut anyways) and the polish is already huge. Not to mention pedicure, which took too short time.
