Sage is amazing! Best nail art for sure she literally makes all my nail dreams come true… never disappointed!! She’s hilarious and such a great person to talk to while getting your nails done. Jennifer and onyx have both given me phenomenal pedicures. Definitely my regular spot I won’t let another salon touch my hands or feet.. 10/10

First time at this nail place and I have to say, they did an amazing job! I had my nails done by Johnny. He is the best. Very attentive to details and super gentle. I loved how they turned out. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good nail place, to go here. Will be going back!

Gabby did a wonderful job! Shes so young and already shows much professionalism. The woman in the front was absolutely sweet. Had no complaints. I was offered a drink. My experience was amazing. I am coming back! I also appreciated how the women in the front kept her calm when a customer wasnt demonstrating much patience. I believe there is more power in a calm response than a heated one.

Editing my previous review from 3 stars to 1, it’s been exactly 1 week and 4 days since i went here to get my nails done and my acrylics are popping off!! Horrible quality, money wasted, never again coming here!..I’ve been here about 3 times, in general i like that the salon is very clean and the people are very nice and when i got gel manicures they were perfect. The last time i went i got acrylic nails by a very nice girl, however they were badly done. The way the acrylic was done makes it look like my nails have growth which they don’t, the acrylic was very thick and it’s been a week and the acrylic is popping off my nails already. I’m very disappointed with this since they truly are nice people and i like the place but sadly the quality seems to have gone down and it’s not worth the price

I went in for a pedicure. My nails on my left foot were cut way shorter than my other foot. She then cut them done just for them to be extremely crooked. I then brought it to her attention when the other lady that sits in the front came by and said “ they are straight” and rudely walked away. The nail polish was also poorly painted on. The residue of the gel she was removing was all over my toes as you can see. Save your $40 and go elsewhere

Nice intimate little shop the staff is very personable and they dont charge extra to cut your nails. They always do a great job and if you want to have your nails and toes done simultaneously no problem.

This place is an absolute gem! All the nail techs are so talented and amazing at their job. Sage is a sweetheart and I love going to her for my nail ideas. She executes them so well! It might be a bit $$ but SO WORTH IT.

I went to get a gel manicure and a pedicure for $80. The gel manicure lasted me 3 days. I called to see if they can fix them, the front desk girl gave me only one option to take. I told her that was hard for me at that time but I will try to make it. Long story short, I was late for 10 mins and I explained that the roads everywhere were getting fix and that the traffic was bad and she told me I had to come back to get them fix because they have another appointment coming. She was really rude and did not try to accommodate a customer! Last time for me

My first time getting my nails done at this salon and I was super pleased with Lala’s service. She was super kind considering my nails were terrible to begin with. She gave me advice on how to grow my nails and proper care. My dip nails came out perfect! I was offered a beverage as soon as I came in as well. They were clean and professional and super cute small shop! Armani did my nails the second time and she was also kind, she was helpful trying to find the exact color I wanted!

Excellent service! The vibe at The Polish Lounge is always amazing! The entire staff is always smiling and they help each other and each others clients. Thats not common to see in nail salons. Usually when you go to nail places its like to each its own, everyone fights for their clients. But not here. They are all extremely servicing and super professional. I just left the place after waiting over 20 minutes for someone to do my nails and pedicure. Had an appointment at 9 am was the first client there. Five people came after me, they were doing their manicures and pedicures, offering them something to drink and I was just seating like a ghost in the station! Ignored by the owner and staff. When I notice there are no Covid protocols in place, no face shields, no acrílico to divide, no block tables I decided to stand up and leave. And no one said anything! Like they didn’t even care! TERRIBLE PERSONAL SERVICE!

This place was exactly what I needed. Friendly staff, clean salon, super cute decor, complimentary wine, and great service. I love that it was by appointment so there wasnt any waiting and Im so ready to go back for my next visit

Hands down the best nail salon I have ever been to. I was looking for THE spot to pamper me after having my baby and this is definitely it. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel at home and remembered my name the second time I came back—that was the moment I knew this was my spot and they had won my loyalty. This place is the best. I honestly dont do my nails often but ever since I found Ian and Tram theyre the only people I want to go to. Theyre a small family owned business and theyre so nice and welcoming. My nails will look great even 2 weeks after theyve done them. Ive never been disappointed by their work.

Amazing service and quality! Tram and Ian care about their work and their customers. I always receive praises and compliments about my nails. They get booked up FAST so give them a call and ALWAYS try to make an appointment. I have yet to receive the same quality work or customer service from another nail salon. They are willing to create any design or even give you color suggestions if you can’t decide (pretty much me every time)!The actual space is designed with the mindset of you being able to fully relax and enjoy the experience. I accidentally stumbled upon these guys shop and I’m obsessed with them. They do some of the best nails I’ve found in South Florida. They’re a down to earth family that run the place and they do a super job! 10/10 - highly recommend if you’re looking to get beautiful and long lasting nails!I would recommend making an appointment because they get full quick and walk ins are by availability only.

I have been too many nail places since Ive moved. Searching for the right one isnt easy. I came across this one and decided to try it bc the yelp reviews were so great. I was very hesitant at first, as I should be given the horrible experiences Ive had since moving. My first time I came on a Saturday as a walk in and it was pretty busy but they managed to get me in. The wait wasnt too bad but I would highly recommend if youre going on a weekend to make an appointment. I made an appointment today and it wasnt really necessary but I wanted to mAke sufe that Kristyl was doing my nails. I absolutely love her! You really cant go wrong with anyone there. Everyones work is really greasy and theyre always nice. I just really vibe with Kristyl. Not only is her worK amazing but our conversation is always great. Ive found my home for my nails and I couldnt be happier. I look forward to seeing you guys again:)
