The nail technician who did my french tip manicure did horribly along w the young man who did my pedicure. My french tip manicure was too thick & my pedicure was the wrong color. When I mentioned this to them they told me to go some place else. Never coming here. Also they charged me a price higher than what was quoted on the phone so beware.🙄

This was my first time going to this place and most likely will be my last!!! The service was terrible I was waiting for a hour then I had to ask someone who wasn’t doing nothing can she do my mani and pedi…I told her what I want and she did a great job..my problem is that she cut my finger which happens sometimes no matter where you go but it’s been 3 weeks and my finger is getting worse I think I have to seek medical attention and a lawyer…I went to them and showed them my finger a few days ago and no one had nothing to say…I don’t think their supplies are clean because I’ve gotten cut before and it usually goes away with a day or two…it’s been 3 weeks and it’s not getting any better!!!

I come once a month for a full set with Lee. He is the best nail tech I could hope for, very friendly, his work is amazing and very detailed and creative. I also get a pedicure with whoever is available at the time and the staff has been super friendly. I’m extremely satisfied and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I’ve also had my eyebrows tinted and waxed here a few times and they’re very on point it seems with everything from my experience.Highly recommended!

Van is very good have been a few times to my nails done and he was neat, took his time and friendly! The only thing is the pedicure i received was sloppy and chipped in 2 days. But otherwise it was a nice experience!!

First time at this location since they moved from the Walmart at 163rd. They have put in several measure to comply with the covid requirements. The employee are wearing face shields, gloves, and mask. Face mask mandatory for servicr and a temperature of check before entering. Also Currently only offer gel nail services for manicure and pedicure.( NOT SURE IF THERE IS an option of bringing your own non-gel polish). In all service time was about 45mins for pedicure and eyebrows wax.

Ive been to my share of fancy spas and salons. They are nice too BUT there is something to be said about the neighborhood salon that delivers without pretention or the high price tag that usually comes along with it. This is THAT. Dont expect a fancy surrounding or plush setting. But do expect for your nails to be fly and exactly what you asked for. Make sure to make your expectations known on the front end, as with any place delivering a service. This one wont leave a huge dent in your pocket, but youll leave feeling like a millions bucks.

I had been going to this nail salon since it first opened not to long ago it was very convenient due to the fact that I live right across the street but I am highly disappointed and will never return to this location because the nail tech LEE tried to steal money from me I gave him a deposit that was to hold my appointment but the money was supposed to go towards the amount of the service but instead he charged me extra and lied that I never gave him a deposit when I clearly had the proof on cashapp and bank statement I do not find this professional at all he is a liar and if he does this to other customers I hope they catch on to his scam.

No point of getting a full set, it starts to lift after a week of minimal activity. I went twice, back to back to ensure it wasnt something I was doing. But no, these folks like to rush and use shoddy strategies to do nails. Never going back ever again.

Horrible service/staff but ive been going there for a year. Only because theres was one nail tech i liked but he left. I continued to go after, 3 times to be exact, to try different techs but my nails kept falling off. My gel pedi from this place are long lasting but long gel nails wont last you a week. If you dont mind bad energy & mediocre service then you should be fine going here. But if youre a person who seeks quality & excellence. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

They do nails well but they are extremely rude! Pay attention to what they charge you. I have been going to this place for years. And don’t know why I subjected myself to their poor professionalism for all that time. They aren’t very nice. Through the years, I’ve been yelled at, handled aggressive while receiving manicures. The last time I was yelled at was my last visit. They use the same brush/wooden stick on everyone for eyebrow waxing and tinting. The shop is not fancy. Pretty run down. You have to use the restroom where they store all their cleaning materials. There’s never any paper towel to dry you hands. Jenny (yelled at me) and Van are very rude. Than is pretty nice. Nina and Tim are the owners. They are nice. Wish they held their staff to a better standard.

The only good thing I found about this location is that the wait time was less then 10minutes. They put in new measures so they can take care of more people at a time. They only have gel polish right now so the prices are expensive. The woman who did my nails was a little aggressive. She cut the cuticles til they were bleeding a little. My nails actually hurt after they were done. The staff needs more training on taking care of people who bite their nails or have small nails.

First and last time customer. I went in with my sister for simple pedicures. The person doing mine had 2 of my toes bleeding from cutting my cuticles too low. The person that was doing my sister’s pedicure burned her with the filing tool when he was taking her gel polish off. She was also charged more for taking chipped off gel polish that was barely there. On top of all that, the place was dirty and unkempt inside, and the pedicure chairs’ massage controls were broken on several chairs. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I had my nails done with two friends yesterday at diamond nails and we are all very pleased with our nails! They were extremely busy yesterday so there was a little bit of a wait even with an appointment, but they all did an excellent job making sure we were happy with their service. All of us also received a discount on our nails. I will definitely be coming back!

This is one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. It’s cheap, their drying fans barely work, my pedicures barely last from here, and my acrylic nails have been coming off after only two weeks. Definitely the last time I am coming here. Spend you’re money else where ladies.

Ive been coming here for 6 years. I moved about 30 mins south and still choose to take the ride to Diamond Nails. Nina and Tim are the best! I get a full gel set, polish change, eyebrows and lashes. They are attentive and very reasonably priced.

This place was horrible 1st of all they had me sitting in the pedicure chair for 20 mins in cold water before they even did my feet and I caught pneumonia the next day 2nd they charged me $71 for a short overlay and regular polish on my feet.everytime I go there they prices are different.
