First of all, I made an appointment - specifically requesting one of two manicurists by name. Who did my manicure and pedicure? Some other person who did an absolutely horrible job. One nail was left too long, another way too short - and yet another was cut crooked! When it came to the polish - I requested it by name AND number. He brought something else. I asked, is that #123 (or whatever)?Um, no... [he goes off and comes back with another (still not #123)me: NO! #123 [process repeats itself and I end up with a color that I didnt wantThe service is dismal, the place is unsanitary, and I wasted both time and money. NEVER GO TO THIS SALON!

Let me start by saying the bad reviews are genuine. Could you do yourself a favor and believe them?I had an appointment when I arrived; nobody greeted me; they just stared at me with a blank face. The woman who did my pedicure was an older lady; she didnt seem to know what she was doing. My toes look like My 2-year-old has painted them. I wouldnt recommend this place, and I wouldnt go back.

Worst nail experience Ive had, no good customer service. I booked this nail salon to relax before my vacation but obviously that didnt happen, the guy ended up cutting my skin instead of my cuticle. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I usually dont write reviews. But this was the most horrible experience by an owner Ive ever had. If I can help someone save themselves the time money and safety. The worst pedicure and worst treatment at an establishment Ive ever had. The owner was rude, disrespectful and unsanitary.

Beware if NOT from Miami. I never post about bad experiences, but genuinely one of the worst experiences I had. Thought I would bring my boyfriend and I to a good mani pedi and we were treated incredibly poorly with no regard.

We set an appointment for 3 people and I ended up having to wait an hour for a manicure. When I finally received the service the man was incredibly rude and didn’t listen to what I wanted he slapped on some gems on all of the holes in the acrylic,when we asked him to fix the flaws he got a attitude about I and we had to ask multiple times before it was fixed by the other technician. Will never go there again! .

I went to get my nails done and they didnt even do them properly. It only took them like 25 min and they did them so poorly, not even worth the money. Also they barely speak English.

Don’t go there.I got my lip done, she had me on a chair that was located right after the pedicure section, not inside a room! When she finished I asked for aloe then she said she doesn’t have! I said Ok, then I went to pay and they say there is a minimum for charge on a card! Obviously that means that they choose the tip not the client. I agreed and paid whateverI left and I noticed my lip got all burned!!! So unprofessional!!! So I called and told her what happened she literally blamed me and said I have allergies! What???

Lily is amazing! Very detailed, does a wonderful job! Im so happy I was recommended to her and E Nails. She does beautiful Nails and is gentle on my sensitive nails. It was hard for me to find a place that had top quality products and a wonderful technician. Ive been going to her for over 2 years and I highly recommend her!

I would give zero stars if I could. We set an appointment for 3 people to get manicures. When we got there we found out they only have two on staff that can do acrylics. This was the first mistake as my friend sat for over an hour waiting to have her nails done too. I sat with I believe his name is Tony. He was extremely rude to me. Every time I told him the nail was crooked he say something like mhmm and nod but he never fixed it. He used black acrylic powder instead of nail polish and he was too impatient for it to dry. When he would grind them it would chip and hed have to fill it again. He kept pushing my hands in front of the fan not speaking to me just pushing. I had acrylic all over my fingers. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he couldnt draw the simple design. In fact he messed up so badly that instead of fixing it he glued a huge gem over the top. All my nails are uneven in length and thickness. All of my nails except for 1 is crooked. When he was done I asked Lilly the other acrylic tech to fix them and she just filed my thumb and put black polish over my poorly done nails. Not really a fix. More like hanging a painting over a hole in the wall. It was an absolute waste of time and money 10/10 do NOT recommend.

FUNGUS FUNGUS FUNGUS THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!I was referred to get my nails done by coworker of mine with Lily the owner. She got done what’s called dip. I really liked her nails and was excited so I made my appointment and went in on a Sunday. That same day my thumb nail popped off that should’ve been my first red flag. I went back on Tuesday Since they don’t open Monday to get it fixed where she did not have time for me she put me with her husband. No problem I was OK with that even after spending $115 on my nails with tip. I’ve been doing my nails for more than 15 years now, and never have I ever experienced what I have with E Nails with any of the other nail places that I have been to before. Thought I had found my new home as I was really happy with the dip and design. As my two week refill was coming up, my thumb once again popped off. I’m pretty rough on my nails so understandable. Same day Friday my middle finger nail completely broke off down to my nail bed but as I look down my ring finger nail had black stains under the clear dip powder that was on. I freaked out and very easily popped that nail off come to find out my nail was filled with FUNGUS!!!!!! My middle finger my ring finger and my pinky finger all have FUNGUS!!!!!! Not only was a mortified I was completely disgusted.I expressed to Lili how disappointed I was and all she said was it wasn’t her fault.Stupid me that same Friday I had made an appointment to have my nails fixed by Lily again and instead of her attending me she left as the lady Kim was doing my feet. Unfortunately I had a really big party to go to the following day so I had no choice but to get my nails fixed. Lily and her husband left with no apology with no explanation about why my hand was filled of FUNGUS now. I recommend that anyone that goes to this place be fully aware of the fact that they do not have any sanitation in this procedure at E-Nails in Sunny Isles.

I get my nails done biweekly from Lilly, she is the best, very attentive and always works around my availability, prices are also very good.

I had the last appointment even though there was not customers at all they waited for me ! The guy who offer the service was great took his time to do the work right ! I will be going there again thank you ! For everything great service and super clean !

I really do love this place. The women there are so nice and do a really good job in the manicures and pedicures and even eyebrows. I always end up with good results. My nails last for such a long time too.

Normally I go to this place and I do my nails with Kevin, but today I recommend it to my cousin cause her normal salon was closed. She asked for a simple black matte and a slime effect with a regular black. She ended up not liking end results. She wasn’t going to ask him to do it all over again because it was already late, so she politely asked him to take it off and he kept trying to convince her to keep the color that the matte was eventually going to look better. She insisted to take color off because she wanted a different result for the matte, he laughed in her face and sarcastically asked her “ok well what color do you want” still trying to convince her to keep the color. Then he suggest to add another coat of matte. Knowing the result wasn’t going to change she just let him do it. I stood behind her doing my nails with his wife and I told him to not laugh about what she was asking and to do what she asked for which was to remove the color. I’m not one to bash others but when you treat a customer like that it’s just unprofessional. It’s not like she was going to leave without paying she just didn’t like the result of her nails. Why would you have to pay for something you don’t like. Ended up paying and leaving.

I have gone here for well over a year now. The powder dip nails are amazing. You have to be flexible, they may not be able to take you immediately. Ive never been disappointed, Mimi, Peter, and Ken do a really good job!

Okay just left. I went in for eyebrows. Seriously last time I came here was with the old owner of Dragon nail with his wife. The lady literally did my eyebrows and was done. I looked in the mirror still had minor hair in areas. I took the tweezers and showed her. After I showed her she put her hands in front of her like she doesnt want to finish cleaning. Not trained at all doesnt know how to do eyebrows. Hello... these are hairs you missed while waxing. I finished the job *myself. I cant believe it. Im sorry if Im paying for services big or small it should be done. Not walk away from a customer.They are not rude but sure as hell do not want to work.

It’s two older individuals there ( Don and I believe the woman name is Kim) Rude would have to be the word. A nice younger woman works there, and she phenomenal! My nails looked amazing, but their attitudes and tones 😒Visiting from out of town...never again.

Horrible disaster unacceptable liars. The technician, which he doesn’t deserve that name at all, is not trained at all. He was shaking so much when applying the gel to my nails. The gel is all over my fingers. He would use the scissors to cut the extra gel on the edge. It’s so painful. He used so much strength that it’s hurting a lot. Manicure should be a enjoyable process. He made it totally a torment.Worst is that he thought I’m a new costumer and he lied to me gel manicure is 40 dollars. It’s always been 30$. I told him to call his boss. He grabbed phone and pretending talking on the phone, BUT!!! He never dialed the number!!! He started saying sorry to me, saying it’s 30 dollars.I work in hospitality industry. This is just unacceptable. No technique, no respect, no honesty, let alone service!!!!

Hit and miss as far as how long you will be there while they jump from person to person or you get lucky and sit right down. When they are busy sometimes do a Rush job and you end up going back sooner but today I am very happy with the service

My friend and I had both a bad experience. The technicians are not educated in Nexgen nails but still perform it. The nails came out super thick, like bubbles. I totally hate my nails. Gonna go somewhere else to take them off now. My friends fingers were bleeding in several spots. They dont sanitize their tools. Not going back.

NEVER AGAIN... they just lost 4 costumers for ever... Im so mad... today my sister went in the morning, she used to go at this place because she doesnt have a car and is close to our house, and they start doing her nails and never told her the price! her surprise was when they finish and tell her $40... cmon only hand at that price??? THEN AFTER 3 PM i try to do pedicure and manicure for me, THAT GUY, THE OWNER, WHO RECENTLY JUST TURN A DAD, told me that hes going to do it for me... y took a sit because he toll me and while he was on a call, he start doing my manicure then he start taking notes while he still on that call at his own cellphone... AFTER THAT CALL, instead keep doing my nails, he start texting in my face, SO I GOT UP AND LEFT... I was waiting for 10 minutes... HEY DO YOUR THINGS WHILE YOU ARE WORKING AND LEAVE COSTUMER WAITING??? NOPE... really bad costumer service read every review...

My nail tech Henry was great but cut me twice with a file but he left my nails great. He said sorry. The lady that did my nails was really rough and kept digging her nail into my toes. There is an older guy here and he is so freaking rude omg I cant deal. I was standing waiting for my friend and I told her Im going to wait for you and sit down and he was like yea to wait in a rude ass manner. He has no type of customer service.

This is the 3rd and last time that Im going to this business. I started coming here based off of raving reviews about Lily and after an awsome experience with her I went back only to get passed on to this mean, unprofessional male tech who sits in 1st chair. Today Lily quoted me a price and he spiked the price when he was done with the service. I told him I was quoted something different by Lily and he said, She doesnt know the prices. I told him thats unprofessional and he tried to justify it. I zeroed the tip and told him Im done with the place; he basically insinuated that I can go somewhere else, lol I told him I will. (My nails are lovely btw so Im not losing persay, its just the unprofessional demeanor of this man and the lack of respect). Whether you have an appointment or not you still have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for service because they dont actually jot you down in an appointment book. The unprofessional one answers the phone and says yes to everyone no matter how booked up they are. The work is nice but what you have to go through to get the great work is ridiculous. I feel like I have to be nicer to get good service as if Im the worker and theyre having a bad day. Ill find someplace else.

Came here for a NextGen mani and regular pedi. Im pretty sure the guy who did my pedi has never done one before - he cut into my nail beds and left me in major pain, didnt remove the cuticles, and further ruined my already painful in-growns. Then, a different guy did my mani - I showed him the exact picture of what I wanted, he said no problem, and then did the exact opposite of what I wanted. When I told him, he started arguing with me, telling me I was wrong. I showed him a picture specifically so there would be no confusion. I quit going here a long time ago because I hated the way they treated their female employees, and I came back just to see and what a mistake! Never again.

Rude, unprofessional, never on time. They have no clue what customer service is and god forbid you touch the polish! Kim almost chased me out of the place for trying to pick out the gel polish! Never going back!

I come here regularly and most of the nail tech are nice and do great job but the male tech that has the first chair to the left if you are facing the door is my least favorite, its difficult communicating with him because he always thinks he is right, Ive had issue with him twice .... This man doesnt understand the meaning of listening and doing what the customer asks . It doesnt matter if you know how to do nails well if you dont do what the customer asked . Another issue is with to they make nail thec ( not the owner ) who tells you if you pay extra then he will give you good massage during pedi if not he just rubs oil and watches TV ..... When I told him I usually pay extra to get longer massage but the way he is massaging me I dont want to get extra, his response was you pay extra now i give good massage .... Thats garbage customer service ( u give me more money then I will actually do my job ) I like the place but its pitty the owner doesnt say or do anything when the employes are you doing the best job

Im sorry Jesus, but never again. I personally hate my nails. My sister and I came because we had an emergency and had to squeeze getting out nails done this weekend despite all that we had planned. As far as walking in, they were nice. I felt awkward with the choice of lighting for a nail salon, and then the owner, the guy in the front desk came to us asking what we wanted to get done that day- I wanted a soak off, overlay and pedi-- my sister needed a refill and a pedi. Im low key freaking out because Im like, Im cheating on my tech lol-- so, confused we were trying to figure out what was going to be done first-- so we were directed to be seated at a table to get our hands done first. Im searching for reviews and ran across GOOGLE+ and Im like uh-uh Jesus take the wheel because I dont want to get messed up. Lol. Overall, my sisters tech did an amazing job with application of the gel powder, but let sister wasnt satisfied with the owner doing the gel polish application. It felt rushed but no one was coming in there, it was only 5pm but back to what happened, my sisters nail each for the gel powder application for the refill did an amazing job with removing some of the dead skin around the nail, properly cleaning.Me on the other hand--- idk what this guy did, honestly/- I had to remind him to shape them to suit my fingers and to be similar. I tried to create conversation, but it didnt go too far. But I kinda get it but I dont, but he did an okay job-/ Im just not interested in going there for my hands. Then my pedicurist, I understand it was probably a long day but it didnt work out for me// she deep cleaned my right foog but then played with my left big toe and just forgot about it. And innos not everyone is the same but I kept on jumping because she just kept cutting in too deep. like dangggggg Cindy... it aint that deep so, I literally was over it and tired-- I kept examine my hands and I told my sister, never again. Side note: my pedicurist was suppose to do my sisters feet but flipped out about it being gel-- the owner in the other hand,tried to correct my sister by informing her if she has gel on her feet. Im like we told you what we had on our nails prior to service, Lol-- all you have to do is drill it off. It aint that deep! Lmbo!! But overall, go at your own risk-- I was confused on their sanitation process too-- she had a kitchen knife to cut the plastic cap covering the pedicure bowl so whatever dead skin cells that sat there prior was probably stuck there before.Side note: never coming again. And come at your own risk. This is my opinion of this location.

I did today gel nails polish, the guy that sitting in the first table did it to me, is the worst work I gets ever, Although I remarked to him during his work, he continued to ignore me and told me that if I wanted better I would do the deep nails polish.

Always had a great experience with Lilly and would recommend her in a heart beat.I had an acrylic mani done last night and unfortunately I will have to go somewhere else to get a new set today. Look at the pictures -- the salon charges $40 for this.The nail tech was super rough on my cuticles. Not only the most painful mani experience Ive ever had but the fact he would try to use his owns nails to push my cuticles back truly upset me. I’m in the healthcare industry so some could say I’m bias — I believe what he did is unacceptable in any setting.My requests as far as shape, color and thickness were ignored so I’m obviously not happy with how the nails came out. I can’t even say I tolerate the way they look. Makes you wonder if these technicians are certified and have the proper training. The final result does not show the labor of a professional.Very poor quality and overpriced.Never coming back.

It has been a horrible experience, I was treated by two very rude and very rude men. They are not professionals, they did a very poor job on me, my nails were very poorly painted, the manicurist did not understand that he should clean the edges, a disaster, I lost my money. I do not recommend this place and would like my money back. I will never go back to that place.

The price they give you is false. They charge you what the one who attends you wants. And the gentleman who does your acrylic nails AWFUL attention. I do not recommend it at all.
