I have been using this placeFor years. Never had any problems until today .The owner “John” refused to scrub my heals . I asked if he could just dry scrub them before putting into water . For some reason this made him mad, he said I will do it MY WAY….. Ok. So I think maybe he’s just having a bad day and continue with the pedicure, when it came to scrubbing he did nothing, he also did not cut my cuticles . He then polished and left polish around the skin, I asked him to remove it Ans he told me I did it that I had put the polish on my skin around my mail .To be clear the nail polish was not messed up it was on the skin around the nail which he refused to remove .My husband was have a pedicure without polish that was still going on 15 minuets after mine, he was actually getting what we both should have gotten.I took this picture in car immediately after having the pedicure. See the cuticles were never cut, the skin around the mail was not taken care of and the polish on the skin.I got screamed at just for asking this, literally screamed at .

My 1st time. I decided to come cuz close to my house. Cris nice person. But the place messed, not clean. And they do my nail like rushed. U going to nail saloon to relax and take your time. And i feel i got ripped off. $85 for gel mani pedi with that services😌. I pick wine color but they put me different one. I dont think they have much colors there. I really feel disappointed thats was why i dont wanna say anything. I was still tips cuz im working at the hospitality. I still respectful what ppls do. Sorry to say but not recommended at all. I wont back there.

Love this place is your looking for something low-key that actually dose a amazing job go here. The main person i go to and who is always there his name is John and he will most likely be answering the number attached to their page. He is very humble and takes his time. My opinion is to book a appointment just incase he has someone in the store already. Trying to get there if your not careful you will pass it is is in the same plaza as the Daniel Oberti store. Thank me later lol ❤️

Worse nail shop on the planet; they ought to be on planet Pluto, and not earth. No people, customer service skills at all. The owner act as if he was going through male menopause or a midlife crisis. He was too anxious to dismiss me because he thought the next customer to be a bigger fish. He had the bone in mouth disease.

The owner John is horrible to customers ! He’s screams at customers, doesn’t want to do what customers want . No wonder his wife doesn’t work with him anymore .

I came in for my first time after being recommended by a coworker that she got her acrylic set done and they were beautiful. I came in with an idea and let the technician do the work and I was not let down. He took his time doing my nails so nicely I would have easily payed 100$ at another salon for the work my set required and only payed 65$. My nails look so good and high quality I will come back again for the service. From different color acrylic powders to create and ombré effect and clean arylic to create and underlay ir was definitely worth the time. I’m beyond happy with my nails. As for John if your looking to do your next set.

I recently went in for acrylics and a pedicure and it was a great experience. Laura did my nails and she’s amazing at her job. I have tried so many places and so many nail techs but she’s by far my favorite! My mother an I were so happy with the results. She is very talented and sweet. Definitely recommend this place.

Very rude and unprofessional. Treated my mother and daughter like second class citizens because he wanted to assist a customer who was going to receive more services, her she came after them. I hope you go out of business. You’re trash!

I went in with a friend and asked for a manicure and pedicure for both of us. Pedicure was okay, paid for a luxury and didnt get the hot stone they advertise in it. Then they skipped over me for a manicure for about 45 minutes by the time my friend was done I just paid and left. Asked for a simple discount since the pedicure wasnt as advertised and they skipped me on the manicure. They refused, will never use this place again.

The ladies here are amazing and so dedicated! Ive been a customer now for 5yrs and plan on coming for 5 more! Theyre great and best prices around!

The atmosphere was great. They use clean and up to date machinery which really impressed me. They played a movie rather than the stressful news while I did my pedicure and even offered me snacks! I highly recommend.

I always loved their service. One Sunday I went for a manicure, and at 11:15 the doors still were locked. I finally reached someone (no one answered when I first called at 11), and they asked me to wait another half hour. I walked away and dont plan on going back.

I went based on yelp reviews. I went to see John for my acrylic nail refill and reshape. The person who did them last did a horrible job. John did great on my nails. The pedicure wasnt amazing, I still had dry skin when I was done. Would go back for the nails, but not pedicure.

I went in for eyebrows and a full set, I WAS NOT PLEASED. I have never had anyone do a terrible job on my eyebrows and even put a whole on one side. I was tempted to tell her to stop and leave. I did not let her finish once the bottom was cleaned up I told her it was fine and got up. I did not do my nails, the ones on display looked like ass, and I was not going to spend an extra dollar after she hacked face. And you cannot tell a customer its going to be difficult if they have an eyebrow piercing. This is your job, you use tweezers I will ever come here again and advise ni one else to. Go someplace else and pay extra if you have to itll be worth it! Im going home to fix and do my eyebrows myself. Huge thumbs down!

If we had an option to describe a negative rating on this place, I would rate it that. They have 4 employees, so if they are busy you have to wait long. I didnt have to wait long to get seated, but the woman doing my pedicure continuously stopped because she had to service someone else at the same time. In he middle of my pedicure, the woman stopped what she was doing to paint someone elses nails that was complaining about the wait time. I had 3 people doing my pedicure total, and the man doing my gel mani was rushing through it to get to his other clients. Not to mention that my manicure completely destroyed and peeled off my nails the very next day!! ITS A GEL MANI!!! this isnt supposed to happen! by far the worst experience of nails I have ever had. So done with this place, dont give them $50+tip! not worth it!!!

I just called this nail facility to try to get a price on their service. The guy on the phone blatantly told me that I was asking too many questions and that he was not going to answer me any further. I have never seen the price list so Im trying to figure out what do they charge and he hanged up the phone on me because I was inquiring about their service. I do not recommend this place to anybody because they obviously do not want customer business.

Went for a pedi and acrylic fill, first impression is that the place is pretty and clean. The pedicure went fine, it started with a lady from Venezuela and finished with the owner Jhon. When he arrived he didnt introduced himself wich is a bit rude knowing that youre going to be working on me for a little while, politeness doesnt cost a thing. Lets humanize the clients, sometimes its the only treat after a long week. When we arrived to the mani station I explained that I filed my nails recently, I specifically liked the shape that I had and that I only needed a fill. Without talking or consulting me he started snipping the older acrylic and follow to grab a plastic nail and pulled the acrylic straight from my nails, ripping them, no soaking, no advising. I asked him why was he doing all that if I only wanted a quick fill. He answered that the acrylic was old(it was 2 weeks old and I didnt spot any discolorations). I guess he figured I was not that pleased so when I came back from brushing my nails the wife was there to polish my nails. When I received my bill there was 2 nail repairs and after signing my bill I asked about why those charges? At this point he got very upset and me too. I explained that I never wanted all of that to happened and he explained that it was in my best interest because the acrylic looked old and his reputation was on the line. He filled himself with arrogance and ownership and even said that he would prefer if I dont get my services done there anymore, if I didnt like it theres plenty of places to go. I agree! I was not pleased with the process and miscommunication. I went there with something in mind and he decided for me what he wanted to do. Imagine going for a hair trim and the hair stylist cutting a good chunk of hair out. Maybe is what you need but not what you want. If he only wouldve explain what he was going to do I wouldve understood. He couldve done the fill and explained that for next time I needed to soak(not rip, easy way out but horrible!)my nails off and do a full set. When youre touching somebody elses body they have to decide for themselves not the technician. Went for a little treat, its not a necessity and left disappointed and sad.
