$50 for this ugly nails... I hate them. They bulky and dont shape right

Im so grateful Bernice recommend me to come in. Ms. Shurla did an excellent job on my toes. I was very comfortable talking to her about everything and she had some uplifting words too. But about my toes... I love them. My purple glitter gel pedicure was so pretty. My legs, ankles and feet got scrubbed and moisturized so I left looking and feeling like a million bucks. I will be back in for my next one for sure. The salon was clean and comfortable. Thanks for taking me last minute!!

I have been on the prowl searching for somewhere in my area that is black owned to do my pedicures & I found my match made in heaven at Exquisite Nails! Shurla was patient, kind & friendly. Her spa was spotless, and it even smelled amazing unlike most spas that have the potent acetone smell. She made sure I was comfortable & had no problem fixing my polish after I smudged it lol. I will be back for sure!

I go to exquisite nails for the 3years and i must say it is the best nail salon in north Miami beach. The pedicures are the best, i must compliment the owner on a well clean and sanitize salon. The owner and the staff there is friendly, helpful and professional.

The first time I went time I felt uncomfortable because the owner of the business gave me a bad impression of her: the way she talked to her customers and her staff. Very unprofessional.I continue to frequent there because of Tamara and Betty: these two ladies are very nice, professional, and they do amazing job.The last time I went there, which was recently, the business owner lady, made a comment, to my knowledge, appeared to be inappropriate. There were a few customers and her staff there when she uttered her statement on multiple times.When told to be careful about her language/statement, she exploded and even told her staff to stop working on customers, including myself, who felt offended about her comment.No one, including her staff at the time could reason with her, as she strongly believed that her comment was deemed appropriate and people should not make a big deal about it. Pathetic !After a long moment of silence, she later apologized, In a passive way.I dont understand her Spiritual practice. She confesses the Word of God, sings gospel musics, as a matter of fact, she knows them by heart, but her attitude sucks.Will never go back again . I told my family and friends to stop going there.

She has a very bad attitude and energy that will for sure drive customers away. She doesn’t seem to care if the inventory needs to be upgraded or if clients need to get certain things done; It’s like it’s not her business mind you she is the owner and loves to take pride in that. The women there do amazing nails, such as Thamara, and the other 2 ladies that work there but the owner... That owner needs a reality check fast. She speaks harshly to people and has a nasty mouth but is preaching the word of God all over the shop. It’s honestly disgusting, trust me the vibe is way better when she is not there.

This place has horrible customer service. I called this establishment and was greeted with rudeness. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I proceeded to come in. The owner is extremely impolite, she started yelling at my mother about their policies and saying disrespectful things. I cannot believe this is a place where someone can come and destress. The seats where you get pedicure done were ripped, plus they do not line the pedicure bowl. I will never come here again.

The most horrific nail experience ever. Left with my nails looking worse off. Unhygienic practices, inexperienced staff is not licensed grossly unprofessional. If you value your health choose another more reputable nail salon. The Better Business Bureau will receive a formal complaint.
