My daughter and i are happy with our nails, we walk in with out appointment and any way they take care of our mickey mouse design nails. And very very fair price.

Made an appointment and the lady for very in a rush to go home and rushed everything. When I called she said it will be 45 dollars for gel manicure and a regular pedicure and then when I payed she took 57 dollars and said it was only if I had payed cash but never mentioned it was cash only. She only did my friends nails and took 32 dollars for a get manicure instead of 25 and y other lady that works There said she doesn’t know why she took so much when the original price is 25.Other then that the nails came out terrible the shape is very ugly and not proffer ik all. That’s what happened when you don’t care and just want to go home… I will never go back to this place and I don’t recommend …

Staff was very friendly and professional. They were very attentive to customer needs and wants. Their prices were affordable and there is a discount if you pay all in cash. They are appointment based. I didnt have an appointment. She squeezed me in. I already booked my next appointment, I am very happy.

If I could give one star, I would. Linda, the manager/owner is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service. This place lacks organization and is upside down.BRING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.Linda the manager and owner does not allow anyone else to do nails except her, she belittles and degrades her employees abilities to do anything and is the only person that apparently can do acrylic and designs.Last Monday, I had an appt @2 pm. I called ahead because Linda is ALWAYS running late and I do not want to sit there waiting when I can wait till she’s ready for me. Another employee stated Linda, the MANAGER/OWNER did not show up to work and doesn’t know where she is. I understand emergencies happen but No one called me to state that, so I could have went somewhere else because I was leaving on vacation. I went with the employee who Linda won’t allow to do any acrylics because I was desperate and no one else would take me at nearly 3 pm. The employee did an okay job. I then get a call at nearly 6 pm from Linda herself asking when I would like to reschedule for another day.I have never had my nails break so much (and I have naturally long nails that I use acrylic overlay) and TWO nails broke within 5 days. I went to the business yesterday around 6 pm when I arrived home from vacation to get them fixed and neither Linda or the lady who previously did my nails would fix them because they were “tired and would like to go home” and told me I can go somewhere else that’s open until 8 pm.I am a good customer, always on time, tip well, and Linda has no decency for the people who pay her and her employees bills. She didn’t call me to reschedule my appointment and to state she had an emergency and then would not try to fix my broken nail from an employee who evidently can’t do nails.The prices change per customer. Linda lies to customers saying that she only accepts cash just so the customers can pay cash instead or card. Linda overbooks customers and cannot fulfill their needs, instead of simply saying she does not have time or gives a more accurate time. I have been very patient and I always try to give the benefit or the doubt but this business is sooo unprofessional. Every single time I have an appointment, I wait nearly an hour after my appointment time because Linda overbooks. She hires people who aren’t even licensed to do anything except pedicures… a monkey can do a pedicure. How do you have 3 employees beside yourself and you’re the only one who can do nails? I have seen numerous customers walk out because they do not have time to be serviced (or they have only done one service and was waiting for the rest) considering she is never on time, overbooks, and does not give accurate times.Please take your business to people who actually care about their customers and employees.

I am getting married today and yesterday I went through torture having gotten my nails done and not liking them, driving around Aventura trying to find another nail salon. I saw this nail salon from the street after stopping at more than 5 that couldn’t help me, they welcomed me with open arms. God wanted me to make it here because my nails are perfect and I couldn’t be more happy and relieved. Thank you so much for delivering exactly what I asked for with patience, care, and so much consideration.

I have come here a few times to do my nails and decided to do pedicure today. I am so unhappy with the job that was done on my toes. Seems like the lady did not know what she was doing. She did not put enough coats of polish and filed them terribly I could have done a better job myself.

Pedicure was the worst. Was looking forward to the massage and hot towels - got none. Came out with feet rough. Cut me and burned me with the drill several time . Just a nightmare . Will never come back

I don’t usually leave negative comments about a business but this time I felt extremely disrespected as a customer. I came in as a walk in and asked if they had time for mani pedi to which they said yes so I waited as a regular walk in would; unfortunately, the guy that did my nails did a horrible job and used old nail polish, I said something about it, the lady came to see and realized what a horrible job he had done so tried to fix it while lecturing me on how it was my fault for not making an appointment, I didn’t say anything since I didn’t want to argue or ruin my day over that. The gel manicure started to peel off just 3 days after I had it done so I came back, following her own instructions of coming back if I had any issues with it, she asked me to write down my number so they could call me when they had time. 3 days have passed and they haven’t called me(clearly they won’t). Who tells their customers bad service is the customers fault? If you don’t have time for a manicure just say you can’t do it but don’t make me waste my time and money.

I’ve been going to Aventura Nails for a few months now. They are immaculate & impeccable!!! Henry does fantastic pedicures !!! Leaves my feet 👣 brand new!!! Linda is also a great nail tech, very artistic ! Highly recommended!

Stereotypical cheap cons. They send annoying text message blasts advertising one price. You get there (Of course they just want to up sell you on everything, to the point of being annoying). Get your nails done & its $5 extra for this $5 extra for that. Like what difference does it make you to make my nails longer than my actual nails. The kicker is oh the promotion that I texted you is cash only... but the text doesn’t say cash only? She then says because the credit card companies charge extra, the deal is for cash only. Why are customers being penalized for your cheapness & why doesn’t your hundred texts say that? NEVER GO HERE! Literally a nail shop on every block, no need to be nickel and dimed here.

Linda is awesome! Great job on my nails. Has Appointments and the place is clean. Pedicure was great and they seal it with disposable plastic bag in the sink. Hand sanitizer is given to you often. She does eyebrows for 18 years very good. Great service.! Cimone :)

Went in to get a gel manicure and pedicure. My manicure was perfectly completed by the nail tech Sparkle,however my pedicure which was done by someone else was awful. She was inexperienced and should not be working on clients as if its beauty school. The owner came and tried to instruct her while filing my toenails because she was doing it incorrectly. I posted a 1 star review while in the salon and the owner saw it as I was sitting there. The owner let it be known that she was upset and was extremely unprofessional which I found laughable. She proceeded to blame the girl for my review while I was sitting there and told her to apologize to me. I told her that was unnecessary as she hired her and clearly knew she was inexperienced. She then told me that giving the salon a 1 star is not fair because it was the girls fault not hers. I laughed inside because only an ignorant business owner would believe they should not be held accountable for their employees. Liz/Lin (idk the owners name) please hire more staff like Sparkle and dont use your clients as test subjects.

They did a decent job with the gel manicure but ended up accidentally cutting the side of my toe while trimming my nails. As for the eyebrow wax, the lady who did it seemed too rough, but the outcome was decent as well.

The shop is ok however, the nail tech I guess shes the owner needs a course in customer service and patience. She got upset because her client (first time) said she wasnt giving her the design she asked for. She told her she never had someone complain, look at my Instagram page. What does that have to do with anything?? Then she proceeds to tell the customer to leave. SmdhThank god the gentleman who helped me was attentive and made me relaxed .

The place is very nice and spacious, I made an appointment for 6pm I arrived about 15 minutes before and they attended to me immediately, the only bad thing is that the man who attended me like he wanted to leave and finish me quickly and he was doing everything in a super hurry and in a hurry and I went for manicures and pedicures so the process was a bit time consuming. After that all good.

The manager or owner, Im not sure what her position is in the salon, she treats clients and her workers very badly, very very very bad. He has no spare for anyone and does not let the girls do their work in peace. I was more than 2 hours waiting for them to attend to me. And it was me because I cant stand the way he treats people.
