The owner (Jenny) was a sweetheart. The staff member that did my pedicure may have been drained, but her body language seemed very uninterested, she did not even greet me, and stopped in the middle of applying polish to find and answer her phone when her AirPods weren’t working. To add cringe to unprofessional, the same utensils used to scrub, grate, and brush my feet were used on someone else’. The staff member did wash the tools off, but I have grown so accustomed to a better quality of service where each time a pedicure was given, a new packet of tools were used. This was my first time ever patronizing this establishment and the lack of concern for hygiene and lack of professionalism severely diminished this experience. Walked in to get a mani-pedi but only did a pedicure after being told no one was available for a full set. Regular pedicure is $25. Would appreciate being able to see a price list upon arrival as well.

Got a pedi and eyebrows waxed, very good service and a job well done. Cant remember my techs name (she had music notes on her arm!) but she was awesome, did a wonderful job! Im picky, especially about my eyebrows, but she slayed them and my toes too! I will definitely be back!

I did walk in this morning. Only 2 workers was present performing services. A spanish customer walked in after me korean nail tech asked what services we came for she said that we had to wait.. Few minutes. The spanish customer went to sit down in the chair and one of the techs attended to her when i said i was next she said that she had an appointment with her.as she and the spanish customer began to talk in spanish referring to me.. I waited for another tech that was free.. At that point the 2 spanish techs and the spanish customer began talking about me again in spanish i didnt entertain it even though i understood the comments..I have been a customer for over 10 years however i wont be back This use to be my one and only spot for personal care but since these spanish techs been here they have a prejudice attitude with anyone black i notice.. Shameful.. Sad

I went in one day last week for a manicure and was absolutely horrified to watch the owner, Jenny, mistreat a customer. She literally verbally abused her, mocking her and responding nastily when the customer commented, politely, that shed been waiting a while for service. Worse yet, after the customer left, Jenny turned around to those who were still in the store and continued mouthing off about that customer. Highly unprofessional and downright rude. I will not be returning.

Absolutely horrible!!!!I have never been treated so poorly in my life.I made an appointment over the phone and they said i could come, once I got there they were unfriendly and rude and said they don’t have time for me. I had to wait over an hour for a terrible manicureThey also violated all the COVID 19 guidelines.No masks or social distancing...and they don’t wash their equipment.

Kiki is amazing. I love that she’s so gentle & detailed. She’s the only reason I’m giving any stars. Today I waited an hour because Kiki is the only one working who can do acrylics. Ten people were taken care of before I waited an hour and had to leave in order to start getting ready for work. The staff should be cross-trained so that there isn’t only one person doing one task. Kiki takes her time & guests don’t have hours to wait for one person to be done.

The young lady that did my pedicure made me feel very comfortable. I came in with an ingrown nail, she took her time and took it out. Thank you, I will be back next week

I never had a problem with these people. Ive been going there since 2009. Linda does a excellent job on pedicure. She always makes me happy. I miss David who use to do my nails and feet.

Oh! Ive been going to Jenny for my eyebrows for the longest. Shes the only one who gives me the shape that fits my face and Ive always been very satisfied, so far. Ive not tried the nails yet but shes not the one who does them either. But I would definitely recommend her for the eyebrows; I have a different face (prettier lol) after I live her place.

Sachi is the reason I come in religiously! She pours much dedication into her job and isn’t fazed by the pressures of the wait times. They don’t take appts and the pedi’s are VERY basic but she delivers attention to detail EVERY TIME! Judi is good too

For all the bad reviews I disagree. I feel that who ever is hating is because they are mad that the staff are down to earth and real. If you saw them doing a bad job, why didnt you tell them at the moment. For those whom thought the place was too ghetto, go to the beach and get them done next time and pay over $100. Whenever i get my nails done here, my nails last long. The people are great! 💖💖❣

I love the way Jenny does my brows, but since I moved so far I haven’t been able to go to her. Every time I decide I’m going to make that drive, I decide to call in first to confirm that she’s there b4 I make that drive, and every time I call, I get the same response “we don’t know when Jenny is going to be here”. I think as an owner, you should atleast let your co-workers know the time you are planning to get to work. You have clients like me that won’t go to anyone else and willing to make a long drive for your service, but yet your coworkers don’t know what time you’re getting in? Unprofessional.

My girl KiKi makes it right all the time. Shes gentle, takes pride in her work and makes sure you leave satisfied.

The smell of the cigarette that the girls in the shop smoke stick to them. They smoke in between them doing your nails and come back and the smell just kills you. Your own nails end up smelling like smoke. They cant even speak English and the whole shop just stanks. Everyone is nose blind to it and its crazy. But there services are good and the guy there is nice. They should make the girls wash there hands and spray once the come in. But overall good salon

Honestly, these people are very rude. We walked in and I picked out my color and waited for about 5 minutes, then my mom asked if they were gonna paint my nails because we have been sitting down for a bit then the ladie said “Okay, so?” And then she kept talking with another customer. The guy had to tell someone to paint my nails. They were on their phones, eating and not assisting us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is a rat hole. The owner Jenny, doesnt have customer service. The nail techs are on their phones while customers ate waiting to be serviced, and Jenny doesnt send customers to nail techs that are available. My pedicure was rushed, no massage, my nails were not filed. Complete waste of time, I left unsatisfied and went to another nail salon to get better results. Also, the nail tech doing my pedicure used old tools and brushes. You can tell the brushes were being used for a very long time. The towels are old with holes. Its a rat trap, dont waste your time.

Jenny does great work with Eyebrows. She leaves you feeling like a new person

After growing my brows for months, I usually have them threaded really far. I heard Jenny did threading and I decided to give her a shot. Biggest regret! I asked her to simply clean up my brows and she cleaned them all right. I left with super thin brows . Horrible experience she didnt follow directions. Would never go again . Shes basically a nail tech who picked up the threading technique and now thinks shes an esthetician who loves thin brows.

Went there the other day. I told the Spanish lady that did my feet last time that Ill be waiting on her she said ok so I waited both for my eyebrows and my feet at least an hour! This place is HORRIBLE. This is the most unprofessional salon I’ve ever been to. They don’t greet Wyoming when you walk into this dump, the bathroom is filthy with no tissue paper. The employees talk offensively about guest bc they assume you don’t know Spanush. Wow, all I can say is wow. I’m from New York where I do not care what the place looks like as long as it’s clean, and they do good work I’m happy! I moved down here looking for a nail salon and this is not it!!! Waited over a half hour there were empty chairs with nail techs on their phones, eating chips, watching videos. Two people walk in no appointment skip me. I was greeted as to what did I need. I sat patiently maybe this was their break.... nope just lazy dirty workers. The place is a mess no decor seats you wait in look like they were stolen from a broke down school. Rude, messy, not clean. I got up quietly and walked out and it was probably God telling me to save my nailbeds 😂. Skip it The Walmart nail salon is wayyyy better.

UPDATE: I came back for leave from the military and got my eyebrows done by jenny again and she is AMAZING. It is now almost a month later and it is still the BEST.. I didnt have to pluck any excess hairs the job was perfect. I love her......Went there and felt at home instantly. I love the fact that Jenny actually works there. She was very nice.. I had a bad eye brow experience at another salon two weeks prior. And Jenny noticed immediately. She fixed it. And told me dont worry again l should come back to her, I left very satisfied. I got a mani and pedi and they took their time. I didnt feel rushed at all. I was happy when i walked out. No complaints. And the wait wasnt long either. Its nice to actually sit and have an intelligent conversation with someone who is experienced. Thank you Jenny for your time. I will be returning.

Girl doing my feet literally on the phone the whole time with head phones in and its the most half ass pedicure Ive ever had in my life. Could have done myself. Saw another woman stop right in the middle of a manicure to text. If 0 stars were an option thats what I would rate Jennys nails.

I was saddened and even cried. My nail tech was only there to collect his coins, he did not care how ugly or sloppy his work came out.. I didnt say anything the him the whole time but when I did, he got frustrated at me and barked at me about wasting his time and how he could be doing other customers. No one else was even there.. no one waiting at all.. Then he threatened to charge me an extra full price of $50 if I wanted him to repaint the finger.. Thats when I cried.. I just didnt understand what HE was so mad about when IM the one with the ugly nails.. So rude, aggressive, and disappointing.. I wouldnt recommend here at all..

She asked Jenny if she could fix my nails and Jenny said (EXACT WORDS) I think you should just go back to them. With a very disgusting face. They charge $20 for just gel polish LOL. This business is declining, and I hope they get robbed.... AGAIN LOL.

Worst experience ever! Totally unprofessional, there work sucks . I got my nails done there and after two days, my gel color chiped off. Seriously i wouldve been better off if my 9 year old did them. They look like crap! If I knew I wouldve gone to the flea, I dont like the fleas job either but it by far beats this craphole.!?From the start I noticed my nails was not shaped right and that the nails looked too thin around the cuticles . I told the guy that and he act like he didnt hear me. Then the only lady (Amy) who I thought does the only decent job in there was making a mockery out of me after I told her I didnt want to do my eyebrows. So that turned me off. After 3 months hard working without day off i wanted to treat myself with a Pedi and some nice nails .I went there Monday morning the store opening hours is from 9 am .they was late 20 minutes.the owners had a day off .Linda made my pedi she made a good job.For my nails i get a guy he said its $ 40.00 for acrylic pointy nails if i want a design then its another $10.00.i said ok no problem.he started to do my nails after a little while i get a important phone call about my business so i answer my phone, it was only 18 seconds conversation i hang up and after 9 minutes i get another call what was for 13 seconds conversation .And the guy said he is not going to finish my nails! he said to me seat to the next chair! my college going to make your nails.he said to me you are too busy for me! i was looking at him ... are you serious?? i asked him please continue my nails he said No.. im not doing it! i said ok then i dont want nails. he let me leave with a long plastic tips on my nails.He was treated me very bad! i said; this is the way how you losing customers! i own a small business i know the customer service is the key for the success business. the place was not busy to freak out from 2 short phone call . i dont understand his reaction .so guys if you are going there, absolutely do not answer your calls!

I HATED THIS EXPERIENCE. They told me $25 for gel nails, then all of the sudden it was $30 when I went to pay. They also made me bleed. Ive gone to several other places where they havent made me bleed. It was just overall trashy.
