Taylor did a great job repairing the toilet in the master bathroom!!Taylor did not have the correct Mansfield parts on his truck, so he immediately went to Fuller and bought the correct Mansfield parts!, rather than repairing the toilet with just any make!! He also replaced the rubber seal in the bottom of the tank and check the other toilets in my home to make sure each was working properly and that the rubber seals were still in “good shape”Taylor was very courteous, professional, and explained what the problem was and explained everything that he did! Would 100% trust Taylor to repair any other plumbing issue that I might have in the the future! Roto Rooter is lucky to have such a an excellent professional as one of their independent contracted plumber!!

The work was performed fine; however, they left my bathroom in complete disarray! Unprofessional and unacceptable!

They came out on Monday, did the inspection to determine the problem FOR FREE. Identified the problem and wrote up an invoice. At that point, we decided if we wanted to move forward or not. Still with NO FEE. He gave us a rough estimate of what he thought it would cost, so thats what we were anticipating. Once he got in there, majority of what needed to be done, had been. He just needed to do a little work. Well, when he brought the invoice, he said it was half of what he quoted because he didnt have to do as much. First, to save half was a plus within itself, but the fact that he was honest and let us know went a long way with me. He couldve charged what he quoted and I would have been non the wiser. The service my roommate and I had from here was amazing. The staff were prompt, professional, attractive (the icing on top haha), and went the extra mile to ensure our kitchen sink/dishwasher was fixed. They even cleaned the nasty residue from the build up of water in our sink and the excess water on the floor. In addition, they came to check on us the next morning... We experienced a break in our water main between the meter and the house on a late Friday afternoon and contacted our home warranty service who then contacted Roto Rooter/Scroggins for the repairs. I had an outside water faucet replaced. Joshua was very nice and worked quickly. The next day I noticed a sound coming from the new faucet. It was leaking. I turned the water off and remembering it was a Holliday weekend I called Joshuas personal #. He said he was out of town and would be out Sunday. He was backout early Sunday and replaced the faulty part. Im afraid my water bill might have taken a hit but I will know by the 10th of June.

I got same day service. Extremely friendly from the office to the field tech. He explained everything that he was doing and with the camera showed me my problem and when all was done I was given a 6 month guarantee on the job he did. Very pleased and they will go into my phone contacts and will be my plumbing company should I have any future issues. I highly recommend them

When I set up appointment (October 10, 2020) to get an exterior water-heater installed and get gas lines capped off at my home. I was told that everything would be installed to working condition. The tech was suppose to come out on the appointment day but then I got a call saying he would be later so I waited. He came and looked around and said that he wasnt able to install everything that day and it would have to be finished the next day. He came out to my house to install it before I even got there so I was not present during the installation.Once I got there, he was already done and told me that it will be working, I couldnt test the water because my house was also simultaneously getting remodeled. Only after I paid, I was then told that the water-heater would need an electrician to wire it. I paid over $2,000 and bought the water-heater that the technician recommended and NEVER was I told it would not be a complete job.And so I called Roto-Rooter to make a complaint and they promised to send me $100 (which was unfair) but I agreed anyway because I was so annoyed and just wanted it to be over. They havent sent me my money and when Ive called, I was told the manager isnt available every-time and that they would call me back. Its now January 21,2020 and I still havent gotten my money or my call.

Tim did an excellent job. He was thorough, professional and very friendly. He not only solved the issue, but made good suggestions for future encounters. (Also, a thumbs up on the company being fast and responsive. We called this morning with a service man at our house in just a few hours.)

Rotors Rooter is toooooo HIGH!! For minimal services such as unstoppable a kitchen sink they charge almost $300....when every other plumber charging $100-$150. Do not use. There is someone cheaper with same or better quality.

Justin, my tech, not only installed a fabulous new water heater, but he also went the extra mile and listened at my old toilets and looking at my water meter after telling him how my water bill has increased over the past 3 months. Daniel is the best! He helped with my bathroom faucet earlier this year and I specifically requested him to help in the kitchen. He is very personable and he answers all my questions about the work he is doing, helping me understand the components of what is being replaced, and the installation is top notch. I know our new faucets will last a long time. He has added value to our house and we are always going to use Roto Rooter for anything else that may come up.

My main sewer line was blocked. I called RotoRooter. They were able to come the same day. Their service plumber Justin arrived and after snaking the line, he used his video epuipment to determine that the blockage was at the connection to the city sewer. Since this was a warranty call, there was no charge. He suggested calling the city to do the repair. Early the next day he notified me that he had already contacted the city and that they were going to investigate.Justin acted in a very professional manner and with his knowledge provided outstanding service to his customer. He went above and beyond the call of duty. In my opinion there aren’t enough stars to rate him. RotoRooter is fortunate to have people like him.

Timothy came out after we were unhappy with how they left the backyard drain. He was extremely rude and unprofessional about handling my problem. I will be leaving a bad review online. They attempted to fix an outdoor drain that I needed to drain better. They attempted to blow it out with their machine, broke the pipe, and now it doesn’t drain at all and water is sitting constantly in my concrete drain at the start of it. I’m about to put the house on the market to sell and told them I don’t want to put a lot of money into this before he started. They broke it and now saying they can fix it for an additional $1,800. Timothy was argumentative and short tempered and I had to tell him to leave my property because of the way he was acting.

He fixed my plumbing problem and together we developed a plan for the future. I would recommend this company for any plumbing/sewer issues.

Found the sources of the main sewer drainage problems. Repair needs to be done at two points. One is on the property, the other is on city maintained property. Estimates given to fix the two problems. Courteous and friendly staff. Would recommend to others.

Always provide excellent service. They are 1st class from initial call to payment. We are repeat customers and have had them make repairs to toilets to replacing our hot water heater. Todays service was a minor repair to the broken handle in the tank. We were able to place a call this morning and receive a service time between 10-12 today. The customer service experience with the call was first class and they were able to find out account easily and have our service information. The office called shortly before 11 a.m. to let us know they were on the way! Danial arrived shortly thereafter. The repair was completed quickly and Daniel answered all of my mothers questions as he completed the repair. We are very pleased with our experience today from initial call to service completion. They even provide a warranty of 6 months on the work they did today! Like I said earlier, we are a repeat customer and will continue to use this office for all our plumbing needs.

Although it took about 3 hours to finally resolve the issue, Gary was determined to get things going again. I had a toilet flange that was broken and it was on a Saturday. I contacted Roto-Rooter plumbing & spoke to a live person versus a recording. They called me back within 10 minutes & said they were sending a plumber (Daniel) to my location. He was there within 20 minutes. Quoted me a price, and even though the job was a bit more Involved than expected, once he’d got the toilet pulled, he did not charge me extra. Very pleased with Daniel’s professionalism, honesty, and workmanship.

They called back and showed up to look at the job on-time, the tech was professional and courteous, but the was quote triple what the job was worth to run 20 of 1/2 PEX and install a standard hose bibb. I just couldnt make the math work so I kept looking around and found a much better value for a quality install. Roto quoted $600 to replace 20 of 1/2 copper with PEX 20 of PEX and install a new standard hose bibb. I called around and found a local licensed plumber that got the job done and I got a frost proof hose bibb all for less than $200.
