From the minute we made the phone call to have Benson come out to check our roof for damage and give us an estimate to the finished product we were treated like we were their only customer. Kevin was so hands on, with working with our insurance company to checking on us daily to make sure we were happy with what was being done. Thank you Benson Restoration for making our roof/gutter installation easy. We highly recommend them.

Benson Restoration had a super fast response time which was greatly appreciated. Keith came out to do our roof inspection and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions and his excellent customer service was absolutely outstanding. I would call them again for any future repairs because the whole experience from the first call to completion was exceptional.

The roofers were caught not removing the old felt not only on my house but our neighbors as well. The neighbors was the one that made it aware to us. After the roof was finished I noticed shingles not nailed down all the way. They came out and nailed down the shingles. Then the porch roof was leaking in several places. Called and it took forever for someone to come out. All they did was put silicon on the leaks. Less than 2 months it was leaking again in the same place. Have been trying to get someone to come out for over 3 months. They either dont return calls or tell us they promise to have someone come out . We have a 3 year warranty and its only been a year. Stay far away from this company. They are crooks.

I dont have enough good things to say about David Chapman and his crew. My roof was not an easy project. They did it quickly and the quality was great. The clean up was excellent. You could hardly tell they had been there. I would highly recommend them.

Brad Seymour and the entire team at Benson Restoration made my experience amazing from start to finish. In addition to replacing my roof, they also were able to rebuild my chimney and fix all of the interior damage from a leak around my chimney. Brad did a great job explaining my options and keeping me informed of what was going on every step of the way. He even came out and met with my insurance adjuster. I cannot say enough great things about Benson Restoration- if you need work done, give them a call!

Honest kind folks! I got one quote from a company after their inspection and they claimed there was $6000 worth of damage. Got an inspection done by Benson where he checked the garage door, all gutters and drain pipes, thoroughly checked the roof. He showed me pictures and only found 3 shingles that were barely dented. It’s good to know there are still honest companies that won’t rip you off and now I will recommend Benson Restoration to everyone I meet.

The guys with Benson Restoration did a phenomenal job replacing our roof. Very quick removal and replacement and thorough clean-up. Kris Rupple made the process seamless and pain free from start to finish. He handled all the correspondence with my insurance company after the initial claim was filed. He was always available to answer any questions or handle any request that we had. I will definitely be using Benson Restoration for the next roofing/remodel project I have.

A year after we got a new roof, we got a leak around the hot water heater vent pipe. I stopped by the Benson office, and the employee who was there jumped in his truck, followed me home, and solved the problem with a caulk gun. The problem wasnt Bensons fault. The vent is designed to work without caulk, but it gets so hot that seams can open up a bit.

Love how they fail to respond to complaints. Plus I have had AT LEAST two leaks from my brand new roof! They resisted fixing the first one, as in argued that they didn’t see a leak when they were here when it was drizzling and didn’t believe(?) our pictures of the leak during heavy rain. Now there is a leak that’s been discovered by someone renovating our house and they have not returned my call. Be prepared to have an attorney on retainer to help you get your job completed competently. Would not recommend.

Brad and his crew are wonderful! They installed gutters and made a roof repair quickly. The job was handled professionally and efficiently. I will call them again.

Ben with Benson Restoration put me at ease when I was struggling with find a roofer that was reasonably priced and honest. He walked me through the entire claim process, as well as set up a doable “plan B” if my claim were to be denied. I would gladly use them again!

Great job on our roof, that was damaged by hail . Their project manager - Elon Gunelic, did a great job with helping on insurance claim, and setting up & finalizing the new roof we received .The job was done very quickly and expertly . The crew did a good job and cleaned up very well, after it was completed . I highly recommend using this company . Elon did a great job helping us through the entire process .

Was not a good experience overall. The roofing crew did a good job but all other portions of the process, not so good. The rep was always late for meetings, failed to provide timely and accurate documents, etc. The good job done by the roofers did not offset the poor job done by the project manager. Bottom line, very good roofers, not so good project manager. A different manager probably could have made the entire job more acceptable.

They did great work, were very prompt, professional & very neat. After the roof was replaced we couldnt even tell they had been there except for the new roof. All trash, scraps, & material were picked up completely. They even went over our lawn with a large magnet to pick up any roofing nails. I would highly recommend Benson Restoration.

Roof was done in a timely manner, but Kris R. kept promising paper work, which I never received. When Kris asked for the last payment, I told him I would not release the Depreciation check (2nd check) until I had some paper work in hand. He sent something to my email, no hard copy. I should have asked for an itemized document before the work began. Amount did not add up with the insurances amount. I never saw a Project Manager on site.

Crappy roofing job. Still have stuff in the yard they left 2 weeks ago. Hubby called them to come out and fix their screw up several times and they came out twice and its still isnt fixed. Even used one of his ladders and messed it up. Shingles not nailed down, turbine installed wrong. Crooked shingles. No one will come out to look at it or return his calls. Guess we should have known it was going to be a mess when hubby looked out his shop window and they were tearing the shingles of the house and they were supposed to be reroofing the shop. I would not recommend them.

They treated my elderly parents like second-rate customers. They wanted 1/2 of the insurance money up front, then dragged their feet getting out to the house to replace the roof and gutters. They had every excuse you can imagine for the delay. The work was quick; only took one day to do the roof. But two weeks later, there’s still a pallet of leftover material in my parent’s yard. Multiple calls to the company about that and some fixes that need to be taken care of, and no action taken. They subcontract work on gutters, and guess what? That work hasn’t been done yet. Once again, excuses excuses. I get that recent hail storms have you busy, but I expect a company in business as long as yours, featured on KATV to have your act together. I. AM. FURIOUS. at how you have treated my parents.

Everyone on this team was amazing! My roof looks better than when I initially purchased my home. They took the time to even send out painters to help with leaks inside. My project manager Mr. Perry has made this process so easy. He worked with my insurance company to cover the extra issues they missed and he always shows up when needed. I couldn’t ask for better! Do not use this company! They subbed out my roof job to a company that did a horrible job. Left my yard in a mess and the flashing around my fireplace was a JOKE!! I could have done a better job and wish now I would have used a local company. They apologized for using this group of roofers since their guys were busy and promised they would not use them again,lol......how does that help me? ....I still have a crappy roof job! Bad business!!! They dont deserve the one star, but had to put that in order to comment. No stars from me!

Terrible service. Been dealing with them for months. Finally got done and made the final payment on August 24. Sales rep promised to bring warranty documents, itemized invoice and receipt when he came to get the final payment. Had none of the documents. Wrote paid in full on a piece of paper and put the check beside it and took a picture. Said all the documents would be mailed as soon as he turned in the payment. Check cleared the bank on Sept 7. It is now Sept 14. Still no documents. Called the office and was told that they would look through the files and see what they could find. No way to run a business.

We were in White Hall, AR, which got hammered by a major hailstorm in March 2018. Benson spent most of April through August doing roofing and siding jobs in our town. Our entire neighborhood of 50 homes got hit - Benson probably did half of those jobs (they actually set up a branch office on the corner of our neighborhood). Our sales rep was Kris Rupple. He was dependable and very easy to work with. He was constantly on the go all summer - he was talking to clients and following up on ongoing jobs - oftentimes until nearly dark. Nonetheless, he was always easy to reach and responsive. The work Benson did was great. They were quite backlogged when we first contacted them, but they did get to us in only 2 weeks and finished the job in a day. The siding took a little longer, but was also completed in a day. Because our siding was 20 years old and somewhat faded, they came out and took a sample that was color-matched on a computer. The whole job looks great. Overall, we were very satisfied with Bensons work and their customer service. There were no snags whatsoever. We would highly recommend them to others for roof and siding jobs. That being said, I still hope we dont need their services again anytime soon! (lol)

Benson Restoration did an excellent job replacing our roof and siding after a bad hail storm. Kris Rupple was our representative and he kept us well informed on all aspects of the job. Kris made many visits to make sure his crew was doing the job correctly and gave us all the paper work we needed for our insurance and our Home finance people in a very timely manner. Kris was always friendly and professional. His workers were great. All the mess was cleaned up quickly and not even one nail could be found in the yard. I would highly recommend Benson and Kris to anyone and actually did to several people and they were well satisfied also. GREAT JOB BENSON RESTORATION AND KRIS RUPPLE.

We had the most professional experience with Sheldon when dealing with the hail storm that we had to file a insurance claim on. We called and Sheldon came out the same day and gave us a quote and since the hail storm did a lot of damage to our community, he got to us pretty quick. I didnt have to worry about anything. Sheldon made sure that everything was done and dealt with, even when it came to insurance company. We have only been in Arkansas for 3 years and have had some of the worst experiences with contractors here and I was so delighted when Sheldon insured me that i wouldnt have to worry about a thing. He even said that if the workers ruined my landscaping lights or even killed a plant, he would take care of it. I couldnt believe it. I was so impressed with Sheldon and his act of kindness, his professional way, I would recommend him and Benson to everyone. I was so relieved in not having to worry about anything and that Sheldon would keep his word that, I, FOR ONCE in my lifetime in working with contractors that I didnt have to watch them to make sure the work was getting done right, that I could nap during the day and not worry about NOTHING!!!!
