The entire crew is absolutely wonderful. Tyler, Layton, Nick, Nate and Kyler. Hard working, honest men who made a nasty situation so much better. They are experts in their craft and know what theyre doing. Even though the contractors who caused the sewage issue were not integrous, ServPro refused to cut corners like they asked them to, even though they were paying them and I never would have known. They advocated for me when I wasnt even there and walked in integrity every step of the way. The proper handling of my home and doing a good and thorough job was their main concern, no matter who was paying for it. Very rare when dealing with contractors as I have had my share of bad ones, but ServPro I can say are definitely one of the good ones. I am sincerely grateful.

Second, I want to let everyone know that Shawna, the sales marketing representative, is amazing. I have heard from countless insurance agents how good she is, how hard she works, how much she cares for their customers, and how faithful she is to consistently engage with them every few weeks and on top of that, she always communicates excellently with all parties involved during a claim. She has also helped me personally so after all of this, I highly recommend her!

Servpro came the same day I called. Lacey took the time to do a thorough survey of water damage, set up all the equipment and answered all of our questions. She came back to check on the situation later, too. Such professional and quality work. Would highly recommend.

I woke up to a busted water tank at 4 in the afternoon, insurance company called them and they were at my house by 7p starting the cleanup process. Quick turn around and returned all calls in timely matters. Highly recommend them with any clean up problems.

I actually thought I had done this already. Wes Kirtley and his crew were here knocking at the door while my head was still spinning from that pipe bursting in my bathroom and going through everything to the hardwoods. The insurance company sent them. They were all polite, courteous, knew a LOT about water disaster and they have Brenda, who must be the best packer in the world. No one would ever believe what she packed out of this house. Nick and Tyrek packed the truck, along with Lacey one day. They are superstars, and I mean it. Id tell anybody who would listen to call Servpro. I need to edit this. Shauna was not the person from the insurance company - she was with this team.

I work closely with Servpro through my job, and I can’t tell you enough how amazing this company’s team is! SERVPRO has been awesome! They came out right away and gave me an estimate the same day. They were able to get in and demo what was necessary and start drying to minimize time and cost. They have worked directly with my insurance adjuster and have been SO helpful in this mess during the holiday season! I will definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

Professional from the start!!!!The crew came out to inspect mold that was in my crawlspace. They were on time and very knowledgeable. I was given a play by play on what was going on when they started and after they were done for the day. The quality of service that I received, I will use them again! Dakota and Josh have been very responsive to the need for water damage clean up at our home. They have been cautious to protect undamaged areas and to thoroughly discover the full extent of water intrusion and mold. While their work is not yet finished, I believe they will continue to do what it takes to fully mitigate the effects of the water intrusion.

Josh and crew from SERVPRO of Nortwest Little Rock to excellent care of us when we had a recent water damage. Josh was on time and was here everyday until everything was dry. We woke up to water pouring from our ceiling. SERVPRO of Northwest Little Rock took care of everything and even helped us with our insurance. Great company with professional people. I would recommend them to anyone who has a water or fire loss.

My water pipe busted under my sink on a Sunday evening. I couldn’t cut the water off. I called a plumber and then had to call the city and still could not get water completely off. You can just imagine the feeling, water is steadily pouring out from under my sink. Got the leak fixed but I knew I had to get someone to get the water up. My insurance threw out a couple of names to call. I am so lucky I called Servepro. This nice guy Tony called me and said he was on his way. When he and Josh, “the A team” got here they came in, assessed the situation and got busy. They assured me they would get the water up and everything was going to be ok. They came everyday to check the progress. Dakota,Tony, Josh, and Sean. These guys know what they are doing. They are all nice, professional, show up when they say they will be there. Remember the name Servepro!!! You hope you never need them but if you do, they are the one to call.

My oven caught fire on Wednesday July 3, 2019. I called ServiceMaster by Smith that day and never heard back from them. I called back on Friday July the 5th because of the holiday and an agent Mary called me back and we set up an appointment for Monday the 8th at 9:30am. Mary called at 9am on Monday, the day of the appointment, and said she was going to be a little late, that she hadn’t left Benton yet, Oh she said by the way did I mention to you that there would be a service fee to give us an estimate and I said NO she said it would be $187. I asked her if insurance covers that and she mumbled and said she wasn’t sure but if they do we would have to get it back from the insurance because we would be responsible to pay it that day. We said no thank you and cancelled and she said ok andhung up!!I had also called SERVPRO and they called immediately right back and came Friday the 5th, arrived before time, took her notes and is also dealing with our insurance. Oh and by the way they didn’t charge us a service fee for their estimate!!!When your going through something tragic kindness and compassion goes a long way!!Thank you Alisha Stone with SERVPRO for your wellness, compassion and kindness!!
