Mike came out for water damage caused by a water heater failure and gave me great advice. Facing an insurance covered job, he gave me the most honest assessment I believe I have ever had. He was very professional and personable.

Mike, with PuroClean of Little Rock, was amazing! We had a pipe burst in our wall, creating a good amount of damage, and Mike was out the same day called to assess the situation and to devise a plan to restore our home back to normal. He was very calming in a stressful situation. He and his team did a great job with everything. I will definitely recommend PuroClean to anyone I know that is in need of restoration services. Worst company I have ever dealt with. The professionalism of the staff is subpar and the owner is not very professional. I wish I had chosen a different company to do the work on my house. The staff seems to have no clue what is going on and needs to have better management. Their customer service when. I talked with them was horrible. They did not show up to my house as they had told me. When I called to inquire as to why they were to let they were very rude and disrespectful.

Mike and the guys from little rock showed up to North Carolina to help folks get there homes back to normal after hurricane florence. They did an excellent job with mine and I would and have recommended them to others.

Just recently had a house fire. Which did massive damage to our kitchen. My husband was so down and I was to. Just moved into our new home two days in and this fire occurred was very very depressing.
