I love it there. The young lady who did my nails was very polite and professional. And her customer service was on point. There was a couple of times she would stop to answer the phone in the middle of doing my nails. But other then that she was A1. Im definitely going back. OH YEAH! MY NAILS ARE HITTIN. IM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Hannah did my eyelashes perfectly! I was amazed because they didn’t hurt getting put on individually. She took her time explaining the different styles of eyelashes that I could I get. They all dye eyebrows. My overlay was flawless and I have no nails. The shop is following Covid-19 pandemic guidelines to ensure the safety of themselves and others.

I called the day before I went and got a price for a leg and Brazilian wax made an appointment. The room was shady and not clean. I went to pay and she said _90. I said what!! I was told _50!!! And to top it off, she didnt do a good job with my legs. I will NEVER go back and will never recommend this place!!

Theyre terrible at designs. it looked nothing like the picture, there are gaps in between the colors, and my hands are now blue, not even just my nails. never going back

I write this with a heavy ❤, this was my go to place, but the last 2 visits left me so disappointed especially this last time . I had a coffin style first time and a water sticker design put on. They put one on my nail out of four, they couldnt get the rest to come of the plastic backing so I had to pick out a completely different design while still keeping the other one on my nail so I thought its ok I can just mix them up stuff happens. Then 2 days later they started to peal off and with in a week and a half I had 8 nails crack or break off I assumed because they were too thin so this leads to last visit which it was early in morning me and my daughter are only ones there and I asked to have them shorten and maybe a little thicker because they broke last time so I decided to get them really short and asked for a really square shape I went to check out the shape handing him my other hand thinking he was still in the process of shaping the nail but he started painting a pink color I didnt want and was done with the shaping which wasnt a square shape and then I felt like they were rushing to get me out of there because he has another lady come over to paint the other hand so two different people painting two different hands leads to both hands not looking like it was done by one person and in the end they looked horrible for the 115$ I spent I even had white nail polish all over the sides of my fingers and since i felt like they were in a hurry i felt awkward about saying something. Im just very upset and disappointed I spent 300$ in a 3week period and it wasnt worth that much money.

I went here for the first time today. I recently moved to the area and have not found a good nail place until today. Everyone was extremely nice and helped me pick out what was best. They were really busy but took me without an appointment and I did not feel rushed. Pricing was also very reasonable. Nina was especially helpful. I will definitely be returning.

Went for the first time to try this place, although the man that greeted me seemed nice I was told a 15 minute wait and after 30 minutes i decided to leave. I have no problem waiting but give an accurate measurement so I can decide if it would be better to come back.

Im new to the area and have been shopping around for a new go-to nail salon. Ive had my gel manicure without cracks, breaks or flaws for 2.5 weeks now!!! Thats a miracle, becayse my nails are so soft. Thats never happened!! Ill definitely be back during off peak hours. Their parking lot is on main street so I can easily tell how busy they are in my drive home.

A review for this place is long overdue! My fourth visit here and each time Hanna never failed to impress me. This time I booked an appointment to get the mental clarity pedicure. Speechless...Just speechless. Felt like my soul left my body. Hanna like always was so gentle and the whole experience was just so relaxing! Really LOVE the peppermint and rosemary lotion and the pink polished I picked out look stunning on my toe nails! Overall, all four trips to this salon was such a phenomenal experience and lastly, I want to thank Hanna for providing a truly impressive service.

Aside from rude service and terrible quality of work the manager and the owner harassed me constantly for three days as the credit card company was processing my payment.He obtained my phone number from when I called to make an appointment and proceeded to text me and call me repeatedly throughout the day for three days straight. Telling me my payment didn’t go through and that I needed to pay AGAIN. He kept asking for my credit card number over he phone so that he could run the number again, the payment had gone though it showed on my statement two minutes after he swiped and it said ‘pending’. It got to a point where I had to call the police to stop the man from calling and texting my personal number after I told him repeatedly that this is a personal line.On top of the terribly personal experience my nails were crooked, terribly painted, i bled multiple times and when I went back to get them fixed after I complained FOUR TIMES. The manager said that I would receive the fix for free but after they finished redoing my nails, with the understanding that the redo was free of charge, as it was their fault, the manager asks me to pay ANOTHER 35$.When I asked to speak to the owner, the owner says that I need to pay 35$ for today’s redo service and 35$ for yesterday’s service (which was terrible and ALREADY PAID FOR) for a grand total of 105$. Because the manager still didn’t understand that the transaction had went through.In the end a customer standing near by offered to pay for me because she wanted the manager to shut up but it wasn’t about paying it was the harassing, stupidity, lack of respect, and lack of training that angered me.The next day the manager SHOWS UP AT MY WORK PLACE!!!! He continues to harass at my job where customers are looking and staring.Again this got so bad that I had to contact the police, to tell the manager and the owner to not contact my phone, stop telling me to pay additional 35$, stop asking for my credit card information and to stop showing up at my work.Never ever go to this place I seriously felt troubled and scared after this experience.

If you want a design done by a relaxing artist go see Hanna! She does an amazing work. Very detailed and flawless. She also takes her time and doesnt rush through anything.

I walked in at 9:35 am. Nelson greeted me with a smile. I had a gel manicure and my eyebrows waxed. Great service and reasonable prices. I think I found my new nail salon.

Poor communication. Made an appointment over the phone and was not informed on new changes (I.e cash only, or arriving 10 minutes before). Made an appointment for 6 and was not seen. Left 45 min later. Also, super slow.

I come here with no appointment and they tell me it’s best to have an appointment because they take care of them first. I make an appointment it’s an hour later and still no service. A waste of my time.

I visited on Monday 07/22/2018 at 12:15. I was not greeted politely but, was told it would be a long wait. I asked how long was the wait she told me three hours. For my nails and feet to be done. There was 4 people in the salon at the time I went in so, i was confused why I would have to wait 3 hours. I called after I left and acted like I wanted to know how long the wait was for my feet and nails to be done and was told 1 hour so, I guess they did not want to serve me because I was black since everyone in there was white lol.

They are cheap for a reason !!! I was in there for 3 hours for a full set!! 3 different people had to work on my full set because the first guy messed them up !!! It looked like I had them on for 3 weeks !!! A horrible job !!!!!!!!!!i will never go back there and I hope nobody else does. !! Horrible place !! Horrible customer service !! They rush, my acrylics are now super thin. And she knew she messed up because she said if you let them be Ill give you a discount and I said you need to fix them. Its a damn mess I will never go back there. !! All they want is money and they dont care about customer satisfaction. Very unprofessional !!!

This salon was awful the worse service I have ever received in nail salon. I waited for an hour for them to get started and when they did they rushed. My nails looked better before I went into that salon. I will never go back there ever again.

If i could give less than a star i would! I was the first person in the salon and the 3rd person serviced. It took her 3 hours to do my nails, by the next day the rhinestones were falling off and my nails are crooked. Called to see how it would be fixed they told me that they need to look at it because i may be looking at my nails wrong! Horrible customer service and i will never come there again!!!!

Ive tried a few places in the area and they have really good prices. It is small inside but at least they play the radio unlike other places which had blaring infomercials or a weird movie playing. You dont there to chitchat. They did a nice job on my nails, but I wouldnt say any better than anywhere else.

I love the sanitary liners for pedicures. I wish more nail salons would adopt this concept.

Terrible service. I booked an appointment online for 5:50pm. I show up on time, I walk in and no one assisted me. I start to walk around and finally somene said something to me. She actually told me to go sit down. So I got sit down and patiently wait for someone else to take care of me. Im sitting there waiting for over 20 minutes. Not one person looked at me or said anything. I actually had an appointment. After observing how neglectful I was being treated. I got up and left. I went down the street to the next nail salon and got way better service. I refuse to be mistreated. Worse service ever!!!!!!!

I used to go to Fancy Nails in Phoenixville for close to 8 years the owner moved I tried the new owners yet never found one who was good at designs until Hanna. Hanna advised she was helping out her shop was located in Jeffersonville. I liked Hanna so much I now go to her shop if you like designs on your nails I recommend her very much she does a wonderful job. :)

Terrible filing not enough acrylic.. Flat non Shiny Nails uneven. Feels cheaply done n rushed thru when others walked into the place i felt like the lady stopped carin about my service. i spent 30$. I will never go here again not worth it. Ill go to Norristown nails or golden nails.

2nd time at this establishment came back because service the first was great however tonight i came in at 650pm when they close at 730 asked if it was possible to get services such....pedicure and refile. They told me that it was ok,while i was in the pedicure chair they were doing my nails which i didnt appreciate because the dust and debris was all over me!!!! However i did not complaine owner(man) fo ally took me to the nail station at this time he was painting my nails when i requested that he paint my whole nail because polish was missing from the sides i saw gaps that i asked him to fill at this time he slammed and broke bottle of polish which is all over my hands and arms. He cleaned and needed his first aid kit. He said you getting on my nerves i have never been so disrespected!!!!!He was paid in full not to mention tip was given to both employees!!!!60 dollars for someone to be mean when i paid for servies!!!!! I left out of fear and my services were not even complete. How would you rate this experience? Talk to me pls.
