She didnt clean off the old polish,completely, asked her to shorten my toe nails and to make sure she does the sides she didnt. My fingers, well she never even touched my cuticles. She put the clear on too soon.I wasted my hard earned money. Be warned! I should have just waited! My stupid mistake. Dont make the same as I did. WORST MANI PANI

I always get great service here. I come in during my hour lunch break and i am always in and out. The owner typically does my nails and he does a great time every time. Highly recommended :)

5 STARS for waxing by Lynn. You can’t beat the price and she does a fantastic job. I’ve paid $20-$30 to get my eyebrows waxed at high-end salons before and Lynn is just as good, if not better. She spends a good 15 minutes + and is awesome. She is also super sweet! For $8 — it’s a steal!

I went there last night to get my nails done by Kevin, He assured me he could fulfill my vision & did not, then I had to end up getting really short nails!! Which I did not want 7 then on top of it off they are running a 20% off promotion but yet I ended up paying the same $42.00 I always pay because they added on extra fees so the 20% really isnt 20% its a gamble & a way to draw people in, they are money hungry, Kevin rushed my nails & cut my fingers several times & did a terrible rush job in general im disgusted & will not return & I recommend no one does!!! They Do not even deserve 1 STAR! all that money I spent and my nails are not a clean cut shape, they are lumpy and they do not start back where my cuticle starts, just a crying shame, very disappointed !

I am always happy with my experience here! The owner is very sweet and nice and does a great job on eyebrows. My pedicure always lasts and always looks great. The couple times Ive gotten my nails done here have been great as well. The place is clean and parking is good.

I got a full set. I used to come here years ago and liked it and was in the area so I brought my daughter for us to both get sets.Not happy.They are very lumpy. Also, my cuticles were not addressed which is the 1st step and most important part of an extension process.The rim of the acrylic along my cuticle is very rigid and not blended. The paint is also everywhere. I wanted crystal designs (bling nails) but he had no idea what I was talking about. Come on, this is the trend and part of being in the beauty industry is keeping up with it.I am a cosmetology Procter and have also been doing nails for many years, but sometimes like to be a pampered client so Ill go to a shop.My daughters nails are so thick it looks like they glued boxes to her tips.They did a great was job tho.Normally Id fix them myself but we got gel color and its a bother. And i paid $120 for 2 sets.Ill be going back to my regular guy in NE Philly who takes the time to do it right, takes pride and stays educated and current on trends.

Ive gone here a few different times. In the summer I took my acrylic nails off and had a nail fungus. I was unsure of which nail salon it came from because I had gone to this one and another salon. I left my acrylics off until last month just to be sure the nail issue was resolved.. I had my acrylics for about two weeks and had them taken off and lo and behold.. I had a nail fungus. THIS PLACE IS OBVIOUSLY NOT CLEANING THEIR TOOLS PROPERL . if you choose to get your nails done here make sure they sanitize everything in front of you.

Was told two different prices after I had my pedicure done...I chose the 35.00 spa but they neglected to tell me they would charge me more for Gel polish, even after I had already said I wanted gel polish when I came in and they had it out already. They were not clear. But the service was good and they were nice other than that.

The nail techs are really comfortable with questioning your decision on how you would like your nails done. Most of them are not very friendly and they rush through services. I will not be going back. My toenails were painted sloppily and the nail tech could care less.

They were good the first time I went and second time they were real snappy due to the overwhelming clients.

PLEASE BEWARE! HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT - Inconsistant service and horrible customer service. Need to greatly improve nail care knowledge across all technicians. Dont offer a service and not stand behind it.Decided to try because their hours were more flexible with my schedule. Initially went in for a gel manicure but they sold me on the dip powder instead. Said it would be better for my nails, more durable, and last longer (they said approximately 3-4 weeks). Lasted 3 days before the gel powder started to peel completely away and chip from some of my nails. Definitely not suppose to happen. Unfortunately I was not able to return to the store until the following week.Instead of helping and acknowledging that it possibly may be the technician or that particular dip powder color, they blamed me and said I was too rough with my nails. MIND YOU NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE. They rush and dont spend enough time on your hands and are not as knowledgeable on product and services. They tried to charge me full price to fix the broken nails saying that they had to do my whole hand again. When I pressed the issue they insulted me with $5 off. I guess losing lifetime business from me and my family is worth more than just fixing my nails that you messed up.

Skillful manicurists who work quickly and are very friendly. I just had a basic manicure with no paint and it was only $12 - a complete bargain!

Horrible! It was the fastest pedicure ever and thats not a good thing! I was in and out the chair in 15 mins. When I get a pedicure, I want the individual to take his or her time and be detailed. How do you do someones nails and not shape them? This young girl did my pedicure and I swear she did not use an emery board at all! She missed so many other steps, it was just a mess! Then had a nerve to give me a bonus card to use on a future visit. I will never go back! Save yourself some money and a headache and go somewhere else!

I have been getting my nails done for over 5 years at another nail salon. I started going to Unique Nails the past 3 times for my nails and work with the owner Veronica.She does an excellent job.I get the SNS American technique and Veronica does multiple steps to make my nails perfect where the other salon which I was surprised to see they didnt do half the steps that the SNS technique is required.I highly recommend going to Unique Nails.

Just went there on Saturday to have gel tips done and a pedicure. The pedicure was good for the price- but the gels look horrible! They didnt do them all the way down to my cuticles- so now 3 days later they look grown out and gross. They are also already lifting and Im sure they will come off soon. The paint job was okay- but for $35 I expected them to do the gel correctly! Very disappointed. Would go again for a pedicure- but probably never again for gel tips or a manicure.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible. Will never go back to this place. How do you mess up a polish change???????????????? 5 mins later after I left my nail polish was coming off!!! the lady who sits in NUMBER 5 on the right side is bad and she rushed doing my nails!!! I had to keep telling her to re do my damn nail!!! She didnt even take off all of the old polish!! Terrible. ZERO STARS!

THE WORST. went here with a friend a few weeks ago. the nail technician destroyed my acrylics did a horrible paint job and was incredibly rude to me. My friend got gel that came off within a week. 0/10 do not recommend.

I know I have different nails but she didn’t have to file my toenail 1/2 off and clearly when you pull away STOP!! No she proceeded to soak it then cut it off now it’s bleeding everywhere and she tried to stop the bleeding with glue.

Its so horrible and unprofessional. I called them at 6:00 and tried to make an opponent for 6:15. This place is not supposed to close until 7:30. The person on the phone said they could not take me because he wanted to go home early. That to me is pathetic and unacceptable.
