Ladies were very nice, and the place was very busy on Friday. If you go on the weekend I would recommend booking in advance.

I arrived with my friend in the afternoon and was told there was a 15 min wait which was totally fine. 15 min turned into 30. My nail tech finally got to me and i realized she was working on another customer AT THE SAME TIME. I shrugged it off at first but then i was told to move stations THREE times to make room for other customers who came in after me. The lady was rude and kept walking off in the middle of doing my nails. She then finished with the other customer and told me to move to her seat and did NOT change the towel that she had been using with the other customer. Super unsanitary and unprofessional. Answered the phone multiple times while doing my nails. Lastly whenever I asked her to fix something I didn’t like, she rolled her eyes and me and threw down the brush and fixed it with a bad attitude. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I’ve had the best experiences with this nail salon for the past year, until today! The lady that sets at the first chair did my medi /pedi today. I left feeling like a 12 yrs old painted my toes and fingers. She could not give me any attention for answering the phone, checking on the lady next to me or talking to the walk-ins. I’ll be back but will wait for T, Kim or someone else before I let her do my nails!!

Everyone who worked there was incredibly kind! super relaxing experience and high quality work. first time ive ever liked the way my natural nails look. definitely recommend!

I was a walk in and the had about 10 people already getting manicures and pedicures. They were fast to help and sit me down! I didn’t feel like he was in a rush to do my nails. Great place!

I would recommend you not come here. The man does not listen to what you ask him to do on your nails. He did mine and they’re so think you can see through them I asked for squares and he made them oval.

Hands down the best of Norman! Best value anywhere! Tony is a perfectionist and it shows in his work! First time I went here was two years ago for my wedding and I have not been anywhere else since.

I love this salon and have been a regular for the past two years. They are very professional, detailed and engaging. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue to see them. They can get busy at times but there are enough people there so the wait time is limited but it is worth it.

Seriously have been coming here for YEARS! Best place I’ve found. Lee and Kim are my go to, but tbh EVERYONE here is awesome! Always do a great job and reasonable on pricing.

My wife and I have been going here for years. I get a deluxe pedicure that comes with a nice relaxing massage chair and a hot rock massage. I really look forward to spending time with the ladies there, they are always friendly.

Have been coming here 5-6 times in the last four months. 3 times they have taken over two hours just to do my nails because they have made us wait so long. I was here on Sunday and had an appointment at 4;30 with my great aunt. We got here at 4:10 and had to wait 30 min. Then the set her in a chair for her pedi and me in a chair for my Mani and left me sitting for 50 minutes before starting on my nails. I told them I needed to leave in 25 min and asked if they could do it in that amount of time and they said yes. 40 minutes later I was finally able to leave and my nails looked awful!!! The next day, the clear coat on top of started pealing off. Im now back trying to get them to fix them. They didnt apologize or offer me any kind of gift card or anything. They seem very irritated that I came back.

This place was awful. Came on my birthday to get a pedicure. It smells like listerine & so does all the products they use, the guy cut my big toe nails super short, only used one coat of polish, my chair was broken with an odd hole in the back even though there were at least six open chairs with massagers, the guy was rude and there was a dog running around near the front door. I won’t be back and only came here because I read this was the best in Norman.

Came here with 2 ingrown nails and way over due a pedicure. The service was fantastic and friendly staff. Price was fair, the best pedicure i have had in years.

Nice clean place just that they are all over the place. The lady first help me was very rude. Would I come here again probably not.

Great service but I wish I knew the language cause sometimes you get the sense they are talking about you.

This is our third visit. We drive an hour to this salon. They are always friendly, not pushy, professional. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly and clean atmosphere. I have used just about every nail tech and they are all quite good. When you get the deluxe mani or pedi, you get a little massage and hot towels! A little piece of heaven!

The people were very rude and the girl who did my nails didn’t talk to me at all ! She didn’t remove all my nail polish! She also didn’t want to wait so she used a uv light to dryed my nails ( they weren’t gel they were normal nails the guy who did my friends waited for hers to dry and didn’t use a uv light ) she also was on her phone the whole time and didn’t give me the full thing like she only filed my nails and put nail polish on then used and left in the middle of the process there was more but I’ll stop here !!! DON’T RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!!

Never disappointed with their level of professionalism and I’m never dissatisfied with their work. I live an hour away away and still come to this nail salon.

I thought this nail salon was average. I walked in and was able to get my no chip done right away. The service was ok and my nail polish has stayed on a week and a half now, but the nail tech could have painted closer to the cuticle because some nails had a noticeable gap between the cuticle and the polish. As for cleanliness, I would give them three stars, its just ok. I was not happy about the wait in the pedi chair in between my mani and pedi. Someone poured lukewarm water to soak in, and I then waited 30 minutes for the tech to do my pedi. At that point the water turned cold, so I had to have him refill the soak tub with hot water (this shouldnt happen). He told me he thought someone else was going to do my pedi... so basically they forgot about me. Ha! Nothing outstanding about this place except maybe color selection. Negatives were wait time, but overall just your run of the mill nail salon, maybe a bit less.
