Is zero stars possible? After getting what was supposed to be a simple manicure that my fiancée requested I get for our engagement pictures, I left with 2 bloodied fingers, and nails that looked even worse that when I went in. Be aware that they reused the last towel from the woman before me, and used that towel to wipe up my blood, and even as I left, I saw that towel still on the table. I’m dumbstruck as to how you could do this and still charge $20. What a pathetic job done, don’t waste your time or money here.I’m provide a receipt picture as proof of going as well.

Love my nails Wonderful job.. Hard gel is my favorite and I was more than satisfied with my fill. The salon is very cute and comfy .Im soooo thankful I found a wonderful nail tech! Natural Nails is the best!!!

I told her do not use power tools on my niece. She used it and cut my 11 year old niece. Then had the gall to tell my niece she is ok. And wouldnt let her up to tell me she hurt her. I look over and seen my nieces face. She hurt my baby!The lady who did my feet tried to use dirty tools on me. I flipped out. I plan on having my sister file a lawsuit the managers name is Nancy? She acted as if I was over reacting thats my niece and these are my feet. Disease can be passed this way! She the lady who did my feet dropped the sander block then dipped it in my water. Nasty people!!!

Favorite nail salon in Norman! Child friendly as well!We do family pedicures and everytime we have come we have a great experience. Our little one sits in the Panada chair and is pampered like the princess she is. The service is always top notch and they always go above and beyond with designs on her mani/pedi! 10/10 recommend!

Went in to get my nails done and I really like this place! Staff are friendly. Services is superb. Salon is sanitary. Smell really nice. Doesnt have any chemical smell lingering. Prices are justifiable. Didnt had to wait long till a nail tech came and took care of me. Even though it was pack. The nail tech was very gentle with me. She listen to all my requests and fulfill all of them with ease. She never once cut me either. Which I was really happy about because the past 2 salons Ive been too would cut my fingers to point I just got up and left. But, when she was done, my nails looked mesmerizing! Definitely what I wanted them to look like! Services here is amazing! I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

This is the place to go if you want a relaxing stress-free time! I just in love with with the chairs! It is very relaxing. I love two feet massage and the lady spent a lot of time with it . really appreciate her effort

I got a gel manicure and pedicure and they were very attentive to every detail of my nails. I had an absolute amazing experience. I will definitely be coming here again soon.

I walked in and asked if I can get a fill. They said yes and I waited 30 minutes before picking my color and sitting in a chair for them to tell me I needed to get a whole new set. Love wasting my time.

It was horrible. i can’t even explain. i got there on the day of my formal trying to get my nails done and they were terrible. the coats were uneven and the shape was not okay. my mom why in there after they charged us $45 for something a ten year old could have done. i’m quite disappointed. they did fix them but it should have been done right the first time.

They seemed rushed, when they didnt have to. (No one was waiting in line.) Ive had better experiences at other nail shops. Not everyone can do designs on nails... the lady that did mine tried twice and both easy designs looked messy. Wont go back.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Went in yesterday got a fill with shellac the guy charged me 35$ not to mention my husband got a mani and eyebrow wax total 70$ not including tip... nails look grown out and shellac is pealing off!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone

If I could rate a big fat zero I certainly would. We paid for 3 sets of actual nails. One set, her polish was up to her nuckles, one set was uneven & one side was even and one was curved. My nails however, were the worst. I explained to the lady around 4/5 times that the polish didn’t reach up to my nail bed and that mine were completely uneven. Still was not fixed, we paid $100 for horrible nails that we’re going to soak off later. NOT a good experience at all.

Went in to get a pedicure and he didnt even use the hard sponge to smooth the heels and pad of my foot. The polish looked terrible and my feet were in better condition before I came in. The worst part was customer service was TERRIBLE!....They were complaining to each other that my friend and I had shellac on our toes and had to take it off. Then after they were rude had the nerve to charge $5.00 to remove the shellac when their sign said Free removal or soak off with pedicure...Free hot stones with pedicure which we didnt get but that wasnt a big deal but the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and the pedicure was nothing more then a polish change. Dont waste your money. You will end up leaving mad.

If I could give zero stars I would. My little sister is now missing most of her finger nail because one of the ladies ripped it off. I get it wasn’t on purpose but the professionalism was lacking so much. They even charged her full price for it. Said to come back in a couple days and she would fix it but it’s going to be weeks before her nail even grows back.

Look at all the positive reviews, how similar they are (using some of the EXACT same comments) and how they read like someone who doesnt speak English as their primary language wrote them. Yeeeeah. Exactly. Not a good salon. I brought my own polish, and they wouldnt give it back afterward, claiming that since it was OPI it was obviously theirs. They didnt even work on the dead skin on my heels during my pedicure; I could have done a better job at home for free.

My time spent here getting a spa pedicure was absolutely perfect!

This was not a good experience at all the work was so sloppy they advertise free hot stone and hot towel but u barely get a massage..had to tell the lady multiple times water was cold....the lady took so long the stones got cold!!! And if you give pedicures u need to be able to paint nails!!! Thats why people pay for technique...she couldnt even polish right!!!!! It was just sloppy and what massage?!? She just put the lotion and oil on 😡😡😡...so glad I did not get the speciality pedicure for $50!! Highly highly didappointed...the manager/owner had to come redo the nails smh!! Will not come back to this again!!

This was awful! Do not go here. I asked for matte coffin acrylics and the lady gave me almond and when I told her it was wrong she huffed at me and rolled her eyes. She hit my hand on a few occasions as well. They kicked me out before the nails were completely dry so now theyre all chipped. Extremely rude and unprofessional, would not go again.

The worst pedi I have ever had !!!!! I took my daughter and myself in for a treat . my daughter got great service . which I am very glad !!!!! her lady was so nice to both of us and did at great job ! mine on the other hand was horrible, she barely touched my feet. she never said anything to me . when she started on my feet and trimming my toenails it hurt !!!!!!! I had to go home and take my foot file and get the dry skin of my feet . I just so happen to do hair and pedis and nails. I just thought Id be so nice to have mine done. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! my person needs to learn how to treat treat customer and how to do nails !!!!!!!!

Save your money and go to another nail salon because these ladies are scam artists!!My boyfriend and I went to Natural Nails to get pedicures and we told them that we wanted the basic Spa Pedicure that is $25. When our pedicures were complete my boyfriend went to pay and they charged him $70 ($35 each for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure). We explained to the ladies that we wanted the basic Spa Pedicure that is $25 and asked why we got charged for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure that is $35. The lady then decided to put words in my mouth and said that I asked for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure so thats what I got. I told her that I definitely asked for the basic Spa Pedicure and that my boyfriend asked for the same thing. And then the lady starts catching an attitude with us and declares that we BOTH asked for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure so thats what we got. Now, shes straight up lying because we both definitely asked for the basic Spa Pedicure. Then she says that its all on camera and that we can look at the tape. So we asked to look at the tape and she said we would have to talk to the manager. So we asked to talk to the manager and she said the manager would not be there until tomorrow. So were planning to go talk to the manager tomorrow. But as of right now, we were charged $20 more than what we asked for!Also, while we were there getting our pedicures done another lady came into Natural Nails to get a pedicure. She starts getting her pedicure done and the nail lady says to her that it costs $25. And the lady getting the pedicure said that the other nail lady told her that a pedicure was only $15. So they go back and forth debating the price of the pedicure and eventually the lady getting her nails done decides to leave without getting her pedicure completed.Clearly, these ladies do not need to be handling customers requests because they cannot get their customers requests correct. And then they give you a service you did not ask for, they charge you for this service, and when you confront them about it they lie and put words in your mouth, and then steal your money! So take my advice and save your hard earned money and go to a different nail salon!!!

Clean nail salon. They did my gel manicure and it lasted for weeks. Staffs were friendly and knew what they were doing.

One of the worst nail salons I have been to. I went in for a pedicure. They put me in the chair and told me to wait 5 minutes. I ended up waiting 25 minutes. They could have told me before sitting me down. They did not put the massage on the chair. They tried to make me get the more expensive pedicure. They acted like they didnt understand when I asked for the spa pedicure and not the deluxe. She looked at me like I was crazy. She was also very rough. They used a razor on the girl next to me. Im pretty sure those are illegal. The worst part was they had one of the lotions in a ketchup bottle! Save your money and find a better salon.

Crappy service was asking for money before toes where even painted paint job was horrible tried to tell them they were messed up and disappeared to the back oh shop !!!!! Do not go here its horrible
